One time I brought in a slip saying I had a package waiting, and the male employee looked for 10 seconds and then came back and said "I can't find it." I asked him to look again and he said well it's not there I can't find it. I told him to look again and he did begrudgingly, and guess what....he found it. No sorry, no nothing. Just a high sigh of annoyance. I recommend any other option to this store. The owner needs to fire every single male employee there as they are consistently rude and not helpful.

A Mistake I Will NEVER Make Again…read more This morning after dropping off my kids at school, I hopped online to see if there was any JellyCat Authorized Retailers in the area as both my girls expressed wanting a certain one for Valentines Day. Luckily, there was one close and it was currently open. I walked in to Paper Annex, there was one gentleman at the counter, I saw where the JellyCats were located, they didn't have any Valentines Day ones out so I asked, (Who I believe is the owner Scott) "Do you have any of the Valentines Day JellyCats available?" He replied "Oh, yes we have them, we have had for some time but, we are not putting them out yet though" I thought to myself (seems odd to not put them out to SELL THEM) but whatever. So I asked. "When are you putting them out" In comes from the back and older blonde lady, who I am assuming is his wife Colleen & she says, "we are not putting them out til the 15th" I Replied, "Oh Weird, I thought it was the 13th as I had seen at some others shops that are not in the area posting about them" She replied, super snotty and said, "well, we are not putting them out til the 15th, people come in and buy them all up and re sell them" (she acted as if she thought I was trying to do that, based on the fact maybe, I'm a husky dude with tattoos and doesn't look like a Jelly Cat collector) "I Replied I thought online that they were out now" She told me "Well, we are putting them out on the 15th" I said ok Left this store and will NEVER return. I am not reseller I am a single, widowed dad of two girls that was trying to get a jump on getting their valentines day gifts early. It seems like UPS delivers to…read morethem at about 1pm (?), yet delivers to my house at 4pm about a mile away, and I used to go to work at 2pm, so that gave me a way to not have my deliveries sitting in front of my door for 6-8 hours before I got home. Used them as a notary a few times - all good there. Also wanted to mail a front door mat with picture of her pooch to mom, and they made it easy with a cylinder mailing tube. I was also told I could not receive mail under my shortened name since it's not my legal name, even though I have been receiving mail from USP and UPSB all my life ‍‍. I had placed an order for some office supplies, which they declined!! And returned to sender, I assumed It was because I was new and they didn't know my name yet, so I placed the order again ! Now in desperate need of supplies, I was so desperate I had to run to Staples to get a few things to hold me until my new shipment arrived, with my disbelief!! They returned that shipment AGAIN!! When I confronted them, their response was, basically the mail boxes are only for mail not large shipments , and they only receive shipments from certain truck companies ‍‍. They did not even have the courtesy to call us and notify us!! Now I'm needing to change my forwarding address again, paying the post office again because of their incompetence. They have caused me loss of time, money and agitation. Thank goodness our rental is up next month. We will not renew!! Bad service, poor attitude, hours suck. Oh and don't forget your key They won't give you your mail even if you have your ID. That's just pure laziness. I would never recommend this place! I give them 0 stars if I could!!
