Twice I've felt with this store and twice I get the same rude person. Once at the store & the other time I just had a simple question over the phone. I immediately recognised the rude tone. The only caring person that works there is the owner Mike. Tyler laughed in my face as I was hysterically crying because they lost a heirloom painting that they boxed and said they sent to USPS and now no one can find it. Mike is trying to do his best and helping me out, but if you want people who care who aren't gonna laugh at your face and say they can say whatever they want . If you're looking for good customer service do not go there. Tyler is horrible and all they do is make you go through loops just to talk to somebody who can help you, which is the owner .they saw I was upset. And no one's claiming responsibility for the package and they just said well it's not here. Can't do anything that is until they let me talk to the owner and said that he'll try to figure it out like I said I used to come here all the time, but I will not be back because of Tyler specifically horrible customer service and his manager had to yell at him because he just kept talking and talking and talking saying he can say whatever he wants while I'm sitting here distraught over something that means a lot to me. And then you had the audacity to tell his manager not to raise his voice at him like he's some God. read more

My wife wanted to create a photo collage for our home. I brought in PDF files for UPS to print and I would put into frames we had chosen. We were both astounded with the quality of the prints! Our photos varied size from 24x36, 20x16 & 14x11 they were able to print everything. We found that choosing our frames and printing the images at this UPS store was a wise choice for both quality and price! Thank you to the owner who helped our family achieve our goal in the project. Dropped off an Amazon return in the box it came in and the man helping me said he could not take the box and I said OK but the next customer came in and asked the same while I was there and the other clerk said yes. I turned around and went to give him my box and the other guy said oh no we can't take your box. It was only a little bit larger in medium size and hers was close to my size. This store is an example of small business ownership done right. The owner is present and engaged with his staff, who clearly respect him. It's rare to hear an employee address the owner/operator as "sir" these days, and mean it genuinely. That boss took an impractically large amount of time out of his day in order to assist me with an Amazon return. There's a sob story to go along with it, and he took the time to be a bright spot in a series of tough days. I can confidently recommend this UPS store as the one of choice. Well I went in on Saturday and had 3 Amazon returns it was 4:30 and one was boxed label ready to go easy peasy just needed to scan. The other two just needed QR scan and my fault left phone on seat ran out got less than 1 minute . So when I went out side he didn't scan box he went in back and started doing something else so the other guy was help someone else that wasn't ready figuring out what to purchase how to send so time is running and getting close to closing . I am still wait and guy in back not helping . I am thing my box is scanned NOT! So finally while this lady is still shopping he decides to help me scans box and QR says wholefoods my fault ok move on he was just going to stop no way let's do next one it's correct so scans that one so two out of three get done . I am taking responsibility for my error but he was just lazy. So I get to car and still have 10 min till closing go on Amazon change to UPS from wholefoods try to run back in they had lock door. Oh well I guess Amazon doesn't pay well ! So much for that Place!!! read more

The African American man is the rudest man I've EVER dealt with! They charged me $17 for a box to return something and $13 for his "labor" of putting it in the box. What a joke. He was so rude, degrading & mad at me for him having to do his job. Get a life buddy!!!! (Or a new job) read more

I will not renew my post office box with this location. There were issues with my packages, it was clear this location did not want to handle package deliveries. The parking is limited and the traffic flow is not convenient. I will go out of my way to use a different UPS store. read more

It's so refreshing to have great customer service these days especially at a place like this when you really need it. I moved here about eight months ago and being one of those Amazon shoppers I'm always coming in with returns. Most of the time I'm organized and I have my QR codes all lined up with the packages I'm returning but sometimes it gets a little hectic and I gotta honestly say that not once have they lost their patience with me or have been rude, or have hurried me along or have given me an attitude. When they say they close at 6:30PM they close at 6:30, not 6:15, not 6:20... 6:30PM which means that when I rush in at 6:29 they're gonna help me with a smile on their face and say "you made it!" I've needed last minute XMAS packages sent, instant Notary Public signatures, photo copies, you name it and never have I been disappointed. This UPS store provides efficient service at an easy-in-easy-out location with a competent friendly staff who does their job with a fantastic attitude. Obviously a well managed operation. After paying good money for a business PO Box there come to find out McKenzie The store associate and the owner Mike. Were very rude as a business owner myself I would never handle a situation that way my mail was lost very important business card over a mixup McKenzie was very rude to me saying that it was my fault instead of being professional ask her to throw it back in the mail for $.45 stamp she refuse my mail never got to me and it being that important they never cared go to the other UPS store they are a lot more friendlier I will be getting my business box elsewhere I also will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! read more

Response to business : I went to my usual store in RSM and they had no problem taking care of it. It also indeed states on Amazon that no label or box is needed. I'm dragging a fairly big box into the store for an Amazon return. A male and female come out from the back of the store and offer no help. The "male" then tells me that the box needs to be taped up. I tell him that Amazon states that if it is returned to a UPS store, no label or box is needed (it was in a box though). He told me it doesn't matter what Amazon says, they don't provide that service. read more

My dad and I needed some documents recorded, so my dad went to this UPS store and had Francisco Rodriguez notarize the documents. After waiting several weeks for an appointment at the County Clerk, I submitted the documents and was told that the notary form was incorrect and that the notary should have known that. I couldn't believe that I would have to start all over again, but I made another appointment, the earliest of which was 2 weeks later. For some reason, my dad used Francisco again to notarize the documents a second time. When I went to my second appointment at the County Clerk, they rejected it again, saying he filled it out incorrectly. They made it clear that notaries take classes to get certified, and that he definitely should know this. I would like the public to know that Francisco Rodriguez cost me a lot of time, money, and headaches by providing incomplete notaries 2 times. If you are getting something notarized, odds are that it's important. There are also high odds that if someone screws up, it will cost you dearly. I cannot in any way recommend this store for notary services. read more

Mike is INCREDIBLE. Saved me from a complete disaster when UPS wanted to ship my package back to the sender instead of to a local access point. I was at my wits end since UPS wouldn't allow customer service calls (due to COVID) but Mike called and got the package successfully redirected. Definitely above and beyond customer service, since I know it's not their duty at the stores. Very happy customer! read more
