I am done printing labels at home. Done! Why? Because every time I do and I come to drop it off, these Logistical Shipping Ninjas set me straight. Yes, its easy to do it at home, if I remember my passwords for five shipping sites, and the printer has ink, and I have the exact shipping label sticker I have to print out. However, every time I do, I am told by these Gurus "If you just use this box, or trade the box for the envelope, or use Fedex over USPS for this international or USPS over DHL for this particular domestic, with this box, I save far more money than going retail through the DHL/UPS/USPS/FEDEX websites. Bottom line for me, these guys know how to stop from my money being separated from my pocket..they seem know the system, where the best rates are and so they are my, I guess free, broker of choice. Oh and they sell Chocolate too, where I guess all my savings have gone read more

A little overdue, but I wanted to share my experience from about two weeks ago at AIM Mail Center in Laguna Niguel. Noel helped me with my passport renewal and was so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I also used their passport photo service, which was quick and easy. He made the whole process completely stress-free, such a nice change when dealing with passport paperwork! Highly recommend Noel and AIM Mail Center! read more

When I walked in the associate was behind the counter. I asked about mailbox pricing. The associate told me it was on the flyer. I explained I didn't see a flyer. She came from behind the counter walked towards the front of the store and pulled a tri-fold flyer from top of the shelf (in eyesight, I just didn't see it). She went on to explain the various pricing for box type, security, access to certain boxes 24/7 (at a higher charge). All in all it was a decent visit. I called back later in the day and spoke to a gentleman about the availability of a notary (I forgot to ask earlier). The gentleman was enthusiastic and pleasant to speak with and knowledgeable. read more

Got my I-9 fingerprinting done here. Super fast service. Great quality and value. Noel made the process very simple and easy.

I looked around for a place to have wedding items printed. I needed custom order prints such as... invitations, name cards, table numbers, custom menus, lots of large photos, and thank you cards. I met the owner who was able to get back to me with very reasonable pricing for everything. Turnaround time was perfect since I wasn't in a rush. Everything came out great. I'm glad I came across their page on Yelp. Thank you AIM Mail Center read more

Wow this place is awesome. The best customer service, which is hard to find these days. I did a live scan and it was so quick. Plus they have cool things in their store. And the live scan was less expensive than another place that I was first recommended. The owner is a super cool guy too. All the staff was very friendly, helpful, and personable. I'm definitely coming back here next time! Thank you AIM Mail Center! read more

I want to commend Noel, the owner of this mail center. I needed help uploading my tax documents, and he was more than gracious. He uploaded them for me. He also had to reformat some other information so there would not be a problem sending the necessary link. If you have any technology concerns, he is your man. I will come back to this mail center. I feel welcome. read more

The new owner is fantastic!!! I've been coming to this location for over 20 years and lived through all of the different owners. This one is by far the best - the store is cleaned up & decluttered, you can visibly see the services offered and look at everything clearly in the store without being overwhelmed by immense amount of stuff that used to be present in every nook of the store. I went in for finger printing and it was smooth, fast & easy process compared to the times before under prior ownership. So glad this location has a new owner! read more

The owner is so personable and really really cares about his neighborhood!!! He went the extra mile with me. I did not know how to print something off of my phone and he took my phone and actually helped me and did it himself. What an amazing guy!!! They are a one stop shop for everything that we need!!! read more

So easy...the post office was a mess so I went to AIM. Returned two packages with two different shippers and packaged up a bunch of Christmas presents. I was in and out in 5 mins and he saved me money using UPS ground over USPS. My new go to for any shipping. read more

Printing and 3 hole punch . I called this in, sent a file and in an hour the job was done, correctly, professionally and with welcome kindness. Also, for less than Staples had quoted, Many thanks Mark read more

The reviews for this center are all mail related so here is the first fingerprinting related review on yelp. DO NOT COME HERE. the staff will rush through you and then blame it on your "worn ridges" but that's because the FBI only saw straight black since they do not know how to do these fingerprints correctly. I've already reached out and requested a refund that they denied and said they'd do my fingerprints for a third time (got denied twice from them) Why would I come back? My program ended up not allowing me to resubmit prints after my 2nd one got denied and I was absolutely devastated. I had to put my school on hold over a service that wasn't done correctly. Go to secure livescan on journey if your looking for prints they were able to be passed there. Must've been an off day for those worn ridges. "Un-constructive reviews are of little importance" to them, but reviews mean everything to the community. read more

I came in during my lunch break to get a live scan and some photos done for my passport application. The staff was very knowledgeable and handled all my needs efficiently. I'll probably open up a mail box here soon. They seem to be going for the one "one-stop shopping" experience, so it's a big time saver for me. read more

This entire team went above and beyond! I'm an artist and I had to get a rather large artwork boxed (safely) for shipping and find the best way to get it to the destination. The entire AIM team worked together to secure the artwork and then to make calls to find the best pricing to ship the large package. Great service, great job! Thank you. read more

AIM provided great customer service and very good pricing for shipment of a rocking chair from California to London. Popped in to see if the had a box to send a golf driver. Just planned on getting the box and putting it in the box myself. They offered to pack it up and ship it. I usually do my shipping here anyway but today a unexpected surprise. Had my own shipping label. So this only cost me the price of the box. Great Service. read more

Horrible service. I don't recommend. I was next in line and they service everyone else and forgot about me. Then rudely ask why I was looking upset. Sorry but that's just disrespectful lady with your smurk face. Not nice behavior from a business read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! The service was amazing and the staff was very helpful. Use their services you won't be sorry !!

This place stole my package and the owner is very rude and dismissive. Had kind of like an o well attitude about it. Never got my package and never heard back even though she said she's research it, never heard from her regarding the matter again. She Gave me the runaround and kept blaming the usps when usps never received my package. Beware! Untrustworthy and dishonest. I have a feeling this place won't do very well based on the other reviews I've read. I'll definitely never ever do business here again. read more

i love the service here! i had a very difficult item i needed to return and with the help of these nice young men, we solved the problem. it is really hard to get service today where someone goes the extra mile. i went to the Laguna Niguel location off of Alicia close to Albertsons. Very reasonable price for my difficult project! read more

Come here if you like high prices. Bad attitude is what you will get when you meet the new owner. Incompetent employees and staff is what you will find when you walk in the door. Old and a bad smell is what you will immediately sense of this store if you can call it that. Losing packages are your last worry besides getting screamed at my the Indian owner here if you dare ask a simple question about tracking your shipment. Dazed and confused is the feeling when you realize you are the customer and the staff is basically the bosses in this place. read more

Did not tell us there will be an extra charges if we paid with credit card. Notarized fee usually is between $10 to $15 for each signature. It's free at some bank. He said the TOTAL is $60 for four signatures which is fine, but when we got home we got the text from the credit card company and it shows $62.40. We called and the owner wasn't nice and said you can come back and pay with cash if you like. read more

Had an I9 appointment. Walked in and there was a small line. The older lady scream at me for asking a simple question. The new owner wasn't around so, the new associate says in USA! We wait patiently unlike your country! I I'm Hispanic and that wasn't necessary to say to my face nor in front of 3 other customer's in there. Too bad the previous owner left. He was kind and appreciative of customer's coming in. This place is going downhill. read more

Scared and running out the door is why you decide to close your mailbox here. Sad and unfortunate is what happens when the new owner came thru! Rude and horrible customer service is what you get now that She's here. Jolie and Mrunal have the worst customer service ever! Dumb and dumber is running out the show now. They both got bad attitudes. Screams back at me for asking a simple question about how long will it take for my package to arrive via DHL. Will take my business elsewhere from now on. Their attitudes have failed this city! read more

Alex and team are the best! Never gotten anything but kindness and great service. They've gone above and beyond for me many times, even when I get a little weepy in front of them (needed to overnight a letter and dog treats to my mom for our family dog that was soon to pass away). Consistently quick, competent service and way easier than standing in line at the post office. Thanks and keep up the great work! read more
