Convenient location with excellent & friendly service - every visit is productive, professional and personable. This UPS store is always my first and favorite place for shipping, supplies and satisfaction ~ I recommend it highly! read more

Sooooo, this is the worst US store I've ever encountered. The employees are consistently rude and go out of their way to not help you with ANYTHING. It is obvious that they absolutely hate their job. One time I brought in a slip saying I had a package waiting, and the male employee looked for 10 seconds and then came back and said "I can't find it." I asked him to look again and he said well it's not there I can't find it. I told him to look again and he did begrudgingly, and guess what....he found it. No sorry, no nothing. Just a high sigh of annoyance. I recommend any other option to this store. The owner needs to fire every single male employee there as they are consistently rude and not helpful. read more

Jeremy was absolutely awesome!!! He was so helpful, patient and professional! Excellent service!!! It's a comfort to know he's at this location to help me deal with current technical issues. Bless you Jeremy!!!! read more

I went in to take a box for shipment the girl working was super helpful but than I got some mean guy who was trying to tell me my box was going to bust fine that was nice of them but than he threw a box at me to pack it than instead of saying you can do it in here after me spending $400 to ship out he made me go outside like a was some kind of peasant it was not a welcoming feeling at all. 0/0 would not recommend I would like to mention I went to another UPS store after for my other boxes in Newport Beach wow they were so nice!! What a night and day difference!! They even helped with a little extra bubble wrap helped me pick up the box and were so kind they also said my original box was fine and it help up to 70pounds. read more

Great go to spot for Amazon returns, faxing and printing of documents. All the staff are professional and very helpful.

Service here is excellent, and they are never too busy. They take Amazon returns, which is my main reason for coming here and are always very friendly about it. Plenty easy parking, and great hours! read more

I've never had a bad experience here! Always willing to help and the wait isn't long! Sent large paintings, shoes, returns. Keep cooking as my son would say read more

I love this UPS store probably because... ***The owner is so handsome ***They call you when you have mail! This morning he called and said he has a package for me. I was very EXCITE!!! **They are dog friendly! read more

I brought a package in to return yesterday, and when I checked on the status of my return today, the status shows that it has not been received by UPS. I called and spoke to Megan to get some insight/help. She was very unfriendly, and showed very poor customer service. She never said , "I'm sorry to hear about that" or "no problem, let me see how I can help you" it was as if I was an annoyance to her day. Once she looked into things for me, all I got was that my item would have been picked up yesterday by one of the trucks, and if its still showing "not received" in my email then it's now out of her hands. That's a little concerning!. I brought my expensive package in for UPS to return, and Megan basically said there's nothing she can do about it showing not received and it's out of her hands. I realize maybe things have still not updated 24 hours later, and hopefully that's the case, as I do have a receipt, but unfortunately, this was not handled properly. I rarely leave reviews, and if Megan had been a friendly customer service person, or shown a little grace. It would be a different outcome. I'm sure the store as a whole is great, but she really ruined it for me! read more

I give this ups store in San Clemente a big fat 0 because they are very unprofessional, extremely RUDE with no customer service at all . I return a ring doorbell from Amazon on Aug first , they lost my package and I'm still waiting for my refund . I'm never going back there and warn you all , stay away from this store ! read more

Best experience here with Megan so helpful center i really enjoyed ..........................,.,,,,,,..,,

I've been to this location approximately 3 times and each time I felt like the owner couldn't care less about customer service. He's very "arrogant". I think it's time for him to hang up his coat and take a vacation. Luckily his employee caught on to his arrogance and ended up helping me with a smile. I see I'm not the only one who has had this experience. I'll stick to going to the El Camino location. read more

I miss my old UPS store, It was hassle free and had friendly employees. I've been to this store about 5 times after moving here and every time I walk out not feeling good about this place. Just weird vibes, employees and owner don't greet you most of the time and just talk to each other, they won't accept an Amazon return in original box (they try to sell you a plain box to put your box in, for over $10/box) they charge $2 for printing just one shipping label! Also the worker will make sure you know that they don't like taking multiple Amazon returns by their attitude. Stay away if possible! read more

I'm a Amazon lover. I have been coming into this UPS location #1430 for years. It's always a pleasant experience. IM GREETED every time I step in the door. Everything and anything is right at your fingertips. Shipping Amazon returns I MEAN LOTS OF RETURNS Fax Printing Copier And more! This is your place for everything!!! read more

Is anyone else having problems with their amazon returns at this location? Just received another recharge. I have had 5 returns over the last 6 months recharged to my account because Amazon never received the return. All of these items have been dropped off on different dates. While it may seem like a fluke it's hard to imagine that just by chance all of these missing items are just mine and no one else is having an issue. Keeping my return receipts and having to dispute the charges with amazon each time. read more

This is a great UPS store. Have gone here periodically throughout the years, mostly to drop off Amazon returns. But, have also gone here to ship Christmas gifts, and, more recently, to have the book that I wrote be binded. The gentleman who took my call when I inquired about binding/printing services was kind and answered my questions. Then, later that day, when I went in to the store to have the book that I wrote binded, the two gentlemen working in this store were kind, and my book was binded, comb binded, within minutes, and it only cost $5. Really great staff who works at this store! Every time I have went to this store, the service is quick, and the staff working at this UPS store are friendly. Overall, I would highly recommend this UPS for needing to ship items, and also for the other services that this UPS store offers. read more

My first experience was with a female employee that I had notarize two pages. She didn't review the documents at all and a box wasn't checked so it cost me 2 weeks and another $30 to have the pages redone. The very next time I went in to have the pages redone the male employee spelled my name wrong on the document. I just think they are a bit sloppy and should pay more attention to what they are doing. They also charge way more than the post office for supplies and postage. I will go to the post office next time. read more

The two guys working in there are grumpy. No smile, no greetings, act like you are an inconvenience and not a customer.

Had to get form notarized. Fast, simple, and nice service. Very friendly and professional service.

I've never had a problem with an Amazon package return. I dropped one off here and it never got returned. I went back a few days later and they said it happens all the time and give it a couple weeks. Still has not been processed. It's my fault for not asking for a receipt but I always get a text and Amazon notification so I thought I didn't need it. I usually go to the UPS store on pico but I was close to this one. I'll never go back. Very dishonest. read more

The guy with curly hair is unprofessional and rude, I stood there for a few minutes until one of them finally decided to acknowledge me even though i said hello twice. I understand that one of the guys was busy packaging up a box, but the other was just standing there spacing off. When he decided to walk over, he let out this huge sigh, sorry my business is an inconvenience for you. As well as, he repeatedly told me he "couldn't hear me" I'm yelling already, if you still can't hear me maybe it's time to invest in some hearing aides. Which wouldn't be hard with their outrages prices. read more

The UPS Store - this is the guy btw. - Shipping Centers Near Me - San Clemente, California

Copying this over from my Google review. "Was berated for not knowing that "The UPS Store is different from UPS" I think the real issue is the guy working the counter just didn't know anything about flat rate shipping pricing. Said it didn't exist. And rather than being helpful just interrupted me whenever I tried to speak and was dismissive, rude, and all-around kind of a pompous ass. While I'll likely be using UPS/The UPS Store still, it will NOT be at this location. I'd rather drive an extra 10 miles than come here. Thankfully the Dana Point UPS Store is still very close." read more

This is a great UPS store. Usually I come here to drop off packages. Everyone is always really nice and helpful.

So impressed with the owner of this establishment.we met him on our last notary visit and he was so helpful, pleasant and available! The staff as well are cooperative and professional and they keep the Amazon return lines moving to the point there's never been one or two others in line. Thank you for being a wonderful neighborhood establishment. read more

I've been using this UPS location for 15 years. I've always had a good experience. Recently went to the San Juan store and it was a nightmare, in the future sticking to SC UPS in the Trader Joe's Plaza. read more

The worst customer service the owner is the rudest man I've ever met I said to myself last year I will never step foot in this establishment again. Had a couple Amazon returns grab a Starbucks coffee felt convenient and he is horrible. Super grateful there are other UPS stores in San Clemente that are friendly helpful and kind. I will not take this abuse ever again. Good luck to you UPS store in the Ralph's parking lot by Yogurtland. You need Jesus. read more

The young man at the front counter was very nice and helping someone else when I walked in. The manager, Nick, was talking with 2 others, one of whom was wearing a mask beneath his nose. Although I walked in, Nick continued a personal conversation with the other two customers/friends? while I was waiting. When I asked the one customer to put his mask over his nose, he did not, and said since I was 6 feet from him it didn't matter. I stated it did matter and requested he put it over his nose. Again, he did not and asked me if I could "just stop talking". When I replied in the negative, the customer then said 'goodbye' and left the store. At that point the young man at the front counter was free and able to take care of me very promptly and efficiently. So no Covid compliance by manager Nick and no support from him for a customer needing it. Poor management read more

These guys are friendly and helpful. From dropping off Amazon returns, packing and shipping items, or simply mailing different sized envelopes, I rely on this UPS Store rather than have the agony inflicted by a USPS official post office. Their reviews tend to be all good or all bad. For me they provide great service. read more

Do NOT go here The guy was acting like he was high Completely useless We came here to get a standard form notarized. He essentially refused to do it for no clear reason...other than he seemed high and confused read more

Complete idiots here. Don't expect any help with a UPS shipment. "We are not UPS" they say. Came in with a simple question about my shipping label. Goof behind the counter grabs the new label from me and slaps it onto the box without asking, covering up the old label that I had come in to inquire about. Made the problem worse because now I can't see the old label info to file a claim. Thanks! read more

As a small business owner, my local UPS store has been a tremendous help in shipping. I sell items through Amazon, and often walk in with large, heavy boxes, and I am always assisted with them. I am always greeted with a smile and a hello and always providing super-fast service. I am in the store quite often and it's always been quick, friendly, and professional setting. Thanks guys!! read more

I think UPS is great. Always great service. They get your package there on time and most of the time early. Never any lost packages. Quicker service than USPS. The list goes on... I've come to this location many times and it has always been a good experience. There was one time though that they didn't get to work on time so I had to wait a little bit, but that is just me being nitpicky haha. Overall, great! read more

I really miss my old UPS store. Customer service was awesome. Some of the staff here is awesome too but there's one particular employee that is unacceptable and is a one star. I don't think he should be working in customer service.Do not expect much from this ups. I gave three stars bc of the other employees. I do not plan to renew my box and may leave early due to this continued poor experience. read more

Incredibly helpful and patient! I want to thank Craig for helping us out today. We needed a rush job done from one UPS Store to another in CA (I'm in Chicago). There were a number of variables that had to be coordinated with others outside of UPS, leading to several calls with Craig as I confirmed this and that. Craig was kind, patient and competent from start to finish. He saved us! Thank you so much!! Julie read more
