Some people are never satisfied or happy...they are impossible to please and the harder you try, the more anal they become, Every business owner that provides service to the GENERAL PUBLIC understands this. People are okay but the general public can be a general pain in the arse. Two percent of the population is mentally challenged. Some are narcissists, some are on drugs, some stopped taking their meds, and others are just miserable pucks. Pressed for time, stressed, abrupt and edgy...these people take their misdirected angst out on the unsuspecting all the time. If you have not "served time serving the general public" then you're lucky and won't understand my perspective. Lemme tell ya, healthy, balanced, normal people see Julie as being an absolute gem. She goes out of her way for people and is just the sweetest thing. If you don't like her then look in the mirror...it'll probably shatter. Just give yourself ample time because everyone loves Julie and she's often doing her best to make customers happy...one at a time...in the order they arrived. I saw one person arrive in a miff wearing an imaginary tiara who clearly did not give themselves adequate time and guess what...those who are there ahead of you come first. I have no problem awaiting my turn...Julie is totally worth the wait. Been here for Livescans, Notary & Passport services, shipping and just gift shopping...never had one bad experience. The Post Stop sets the customer care bar so high...FEDEX, UPS and DHL need to charter a plane just to see it. Zero room for improvement. The Post Stop is a special place.

I called a few times near opening because I was not sure if they were open MLK Jr day, and they were! Ariana even called me back and asked about my plans for live scan so she could help with our forms ahead of our arrival! Our church volunteers have been coming here from near and far. Ariana remembers us and helped us out kindly with a fee of only $18 per person. I learned from Ariana and some shops in Anaheim that fees depend on type of background check needed, and whether needs are for a volunteer or employee. I am impressed with their service and kindness, as they even printed a few copies of our form ahead of time so that we can hand out our forms to future volunteers ahead of time. This is above and beyond, as generally, places require you to bring your form filled out. We even got a great restaurant rec on the way out :D. Would recommend people make the drive out if can arrange it, then get some pho down the street!

I have used Mission Wrap and Mail for years, and I can't recommend Tino highly enough!…read moreI first started working with him when I was with a small business that shipped mail orders. Tino was always honest, fairly priced, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Over the years, I've also relied on him for notary services. Most recently, I entrusted Tino with shipping a very large and valuable piece of art across the country. He took care of everything--from arranging the specialized packing and packaging to coordinating the shipping and delivery. The entire process was seamless, and the artwork arrived in perfect condition. It's such a relief to know you can hand something important over to someone you trust completely. I'm so grateful for Tino and all the help he has provided over the years. If you need shipping, packing, mailing, or notary services, I highly recommend Mission Wrap and Mail!
