Still good! I signed in and was seen right away. The guy working there was a very nice older gentleman. Masked and gloved up he reassured me that everything was disinfected the night before when he left. Fingerprints were done in about 5 mins and I paid and left. I came here as I got hired as an accountant for a Health Care company and it was mandatory for my employment. When I arrived, I handed them my paperwork and asked what they were actually doing. They advised that this was a background check and the fee would be $74. I asked if I yelped, would I get a discount. They said yes, $5, bringing my total due to $69. They then told me to wait while they entered my information into the computer. When they finished, they called me in and said that they erred in telling me how much it would cost. It is now $84 and they would deduct $5 so it would be $79. Poor business practice. Once you quote a price and discount, you should stick to it. read more

I had called a different company and was quoted a fair price but, when I was ready to pay the woman decided to charge alot more than she had said. Everyone loves to save money, especially when you are paying out of pocket to get a job. He was quick, courteous and, professional. He did joke a little with me but I think it's due to the fact he saw I wasn't in the best of moods.
