Had to get a live scan for a part time job I was getting. The first impression i got when I walked in was cleanliness. It was very organized. I was there maybe 15 min. They're super nice and quick. I would definitely recommend this place!

I came to secure LiveScan about 6 months ago for my elementary volunteering fingerprinting so I could help on field trips. I had a great experience then so here's my recent experience this past week: My nursing license was up for renewal the end of this month so like my usual procrastinator self for this thing, I renewed with my CEUs 12 days before expiration finished my application online and realized crap I need LiveScan fingerprints done?! The ones done when I sat for my boards don't count anymore?! Quick calls around local places states a few places stopped LiveScan services due to COVID19 but luckily secure LiveScan still was up and running. Thanks to their machine recording, I was able to confirm and plan for the next morning. The message recording stated masks were required so I was even happier to give them business since they were fully complying with the orders for masks. I went in at 10:05 am (opened at 10), there was a sign on the door with a person wearing a mask, stating "masks are required", there was a tray marked "clean pens" and a cup marked "dirty pens" for sign in. Still good! I signed in and was seen right away. The guy working there was a very nice older gentleman. Masked and gloved up he reassured me that everything was disinfected the night before when he left. Fingerprints were done in about 5 mins and I paid and left. Two days later, fingerprints were at the BRN with DOJ and FBI clearance confirmed and my license was renewed! Thanks secure LiveScan!

My new job required a background check and this is always my to go place no matter how further away I move. They are always very professional and do their best to get you in and out. Just by showing them that you've checked in with Yelp they will give you a discount. Also they are following cdc COVID guidelines by offering limited waiting area seating, wearing gloves and mask too. read more

Like the professional and cheerful LiveScan service for sending prints to DOJ and FBI for law license continuance. Sorry to say there is a risk of identity theft or invasion of privacy when submitting prints etc., so it seemed best to go with this family business versus an office of a national firm. Even though no private info or prints are supposed to be left in the hands of private contractors, who knows what hackers can do to siphon off sensitive information and prints. A previous set of my prints and identify facts, given to a larger firm to get a security clearance, was hacked, so my inclination this time was to be cautious and work with a smaller contractor. Thankfully, these Secure Live Scan folks know what they are doing and provided what the FBI and DOJ needed within say 15 minutes of my arrival at the Secure Live Scan offices. Plenty of parking. read more

I didn't realize everyone and their brother was doing Live Scan fingerprinting these days with not much to distinguish one from another except service and price. In this case, they exceeded on both. Much cheaper than a local competitor and even a few dollars cheaper than the public college nearby. The five dollars off with check-in was gravy. Thanks for everything. read more

Did a walk-in to get my live scan needed for CSUF, UCI, and Concordia U teaching credential program application. A lot of places are closed due to COVID, and one location recommended coming here. They take walk ins and I only had to wait 5 minutes. I was immediately greeted and I took a seat in a nice comfortable chair in a clean and neat waiting room. Quick service, worth paying more than Sheriff station as you don't need an appointment. So if immediate service is important than stop by Live Scan! Efficient friendly service, I'll recommend them to anyone who asks who I used and even those who don't jus in case I can send them some business! Good people deserve the business. I've been to this live scan center 3 times for different jobs. They are always quick and efficient! You can easily come on your lunch break because they are so fast. The wait has never been more than 10 minutes. You are required to bring your own live scan form that has the info from your employer with their live scan code written on it. If you do not bring your paper, you will not be seen so make sure you bring it! The entire finger printing process took about 2 minutes for DOJ and FBI. I will return to this location. read more

Ariana even called me back and asked about my plans for live scan so she could help with our forms ahead of our arrival! Our church volunteers have been coming here from near and far. Ariana remembers us and helped us out kindly with a fee of only $18 per person. I learned from Ariana and some shops in Anaheim that fees depend on type of background check needed, and whether needs are for a volunteer or employee. I am impressed with their service and kindness, as they even printed a few copies of our form ahead of time so that we can hand out our forms to future volunteers ahead of time. This is above and beyond, as generally, places require you to bring your form filled out. We even got a great restaurant rec on the way out :D. Would recommend people make the drive out if can arrange it, then get some pho down the street!

For the notary, they were careful and detail-oriented. When it came to my baby's passport photo, they initially suggested taking the photo at home since it can be easier for babies. However, when I arrived, they were more than willing to try taking the photo there--and my baby did just fine. The photo was printed within about ten minutes and it cost $18.31 for two copies of 2x2. This price is reasonable compared to other places. The staff member who helped us was very kind and patient with both me and my baby. I also noticed they assist with TSA PreCheck processing, which is super convenient. The location is clean, the staff are helpful, and I highly recommend Postal Annex for notary services, passports, and shipping needs.

I had heard that PostalAnnex specialized in multiple sizes passport and visa photos (Postal Annex came recommended to me for Chinese Visas - you can even pay them to fill out and submit the application for you! But I opted to do it myself but I still needed the photo). I called just to make sure and they told me they indeed do passport and visa photos (including for China) and when I asked if I needed to make an appointment - they said "no you can just show up anytime during opening hours but it's good to come at least 15 minutes before closing because the whole process takes about 15 minutes) When I showed up there was plenty of parking (it is located on the intersection of Culver and Irvine Center Drive in the main shopping center across from the McDonalds. There was also a sign on the window advertising that they do photos and the Chinese Visas so that was a good sign. The man who took my photo was very nice and knowledgeable - I liked that he seemed very experienced and had done a ton of these before. I also liked how he showed me my photo to make sure I liked it for final approval before he just printed it. You give them your email address for the digital copy and then you also get 2 printed photos for $24.99 which came to about $26 after tax. I just waited in the store (they have 3 chairs you can wait in and have a fridge with drinks to purchase too - or you can walk around the center while you wait). The woman Amrit who works there was also very reassuring and friendly and super helpful as was the man (whose name I didn't get). I chose this location because the other Postal Annex has received some negative Yelp reviews for unfriendly service but at this location (15333 Culver Dr) the service was OUTSTANDING and I will be coming here for all my future passport and visa photo needs! (They also do mailing, have mailboxes, etc.)

I first went to Aliso sheriff station to get live scan and they were completely booked And not taking any more appointments until October, however one of the deputies encouraged me too go to secure live scan which was directly across the street. Everybody in the office there were two males and one female was so pleasantly nice and it only cost me $20 and it took me less than five minutes. The man that took my fingerprints Carried on a nice conversation which is rare nowadays I would tell all my friends that need to get a live scan for either working in the schools or for their job to go to secure live scan cheap fast and everybody was great.
