I explain, "I have a QR code and need a package to mail my item in." He says, "grab the black bag." I don't see a black bag. Person in front of me turns around points to a floral print bag next to me. I get to counter and tell the guy again, "I have a QR code". He tries getting my information and then asks if the person behind me can cut in front of me, which was both odd and rude. She says, "that's okay". As he is taking my information I tell him a 3rd time that I have a QR code. He gets annoyed and says, "why didn't you tell me that?" I explain that I did. I almost walked out of the place. I won't return. You're better off going to the post office.
