I was recommended to Mayorga to see Jaime by someone that gave the card to my hair stylist and she, in turn, gave it to me. I needed some help and wanted to go and see someone who was understanding and knowledgeable. I went with my gut instinct and made an appointment. Jaime was efficient in scheduling, and I pretty much saw him right away. His office location is easy to get to with plenty of parking -- nice and clean, warm and friendly office. Jaime welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like I was going to be in good hands. The process was smooth and easy as Jamie worked with me on the process explaining things to me the whole time. Upon returning to receive all my paperwork and sign all documents, Jaime had everything neatly organized and ready to go. My copies were in nice folders that were dated on the outside (nice touch). And my papers that were needed to be mailed were all ready to go with the certified forms already filled in and prepared to take a right up to the window at the post office. While in his office I noticed that he also does medical insurance and legal processing of immigration applications/legal filing and assistance. Needless to say, my gut instinct and some divine intervention (also learning to trust my gut through Kundalini Yoga this past year) I was placed perfectly! I am currently working on renewing my immigration status and getting my medical insurance with him as well. And on top of all of this, Jamie can do payrolling and accounting services. Unbeatable! He does it all! So the new company that I have started working for and starting up and running now needs payroll services...and you guessed it! WE ARE USING Jaime and Mayorga Professional Services from now on, and I have found the tax guy that can help me with it all! I'm the hairstylist that has been referring clients to Jaime, but no more. I'm extremely disappointed by his rudeness. He did a decent job on my taxes but not so much for my son and trying to get a hold of him is impossible considering he doesn't have a receptionist. Today though was unacceptable behavior. I made an appointment last week for 2:30pm for me and my son. We get there at 2:20 and knock, no one answered but I can hear that he's there. We decided to wait, at 2:40 I knock again, this time he answered and tells me that my appointment was at 2pm and since I was "late" he took another client. He said to wait that he can see us after. So we wait. At 3pm another person walks up, knocks the people that were in the office leave and the other person walks in the door gets closed and me and my son sit thinking he can't take another person without saying a word to us and just leave us hanging, right? So I decided to text him that maybe we should just reschedule. He doesn't reply, so I decide to call the office. At this point I'm getting frustrated, his wife answered the phone obviously not from the office but from her car. I told her what happened and she tells me that he schedules 30min appt. times so when we were 20min late he took someone else and I say but there are 2 of us here so we should have an hour of his time, if we were 20min late how was it that the people were in his office already. At no point did he come out and say anything. His wife called to tell him that we're still sitting outside his door....she tried to fix the situation, but she was driving. This would have been all worked out if he just opened the door and said let's reschedule, sadly he didn't. read more
