I am a digital native so I love the convenience and environmental impact of reducing print wherever possible but sometimes you really do need it! This cute little shop only charges .22 cents a copy and has a very convenient email-pick up option that makes not owning a personal printer a no brainer! So worth it! I live near the village so often times I'll email my print request over to the shop and by the time I get there, it's already down and waiting for me. I'm usually printing pre-paid USPS labels for shipping items so I often use the little desk set up inside to apply my label to packages and then walk them over to the USPS on Forest. On busier days (or during covid) I had to wait outside but it really is not a place people hang out for a long time so you're never waiting long. This location is right across from Bank of America (on the east side) so using their lot for parking can be helpful too. Sometimes I see stacks of menus from the local restaurants or big signage waiting to be picked up too so you know this is a well-engrained local print shop and I'm happy to bring them my little print jobs as well. read more

I needed printing done for some double-sided full color wedding invitation templates I bought on Etsy. Mehdi and Mindy responded with a quote under one hour of my initial inquiry. They offered to make minor adjustments at no cost if I needed it, and had the project done within one day (I had no pressing deadline). The owner Mendhi has gotten so bitter and so mean that I will never go here again. He used to be lovely and got all my business. But, my teenage daughter went to have a passport photo taken and felt so bullied by him that she broke into tears. A week before, I had something important sent to London and it didn't go through. He didn't even bother to tell me that he wasn't able to send it and he had all my contact info! When I told him it could have delayed an important business transaction, he just shrugged. At 5:30pm I found out that a signed letter I had for an application also needed to notarized that same day. I called around and everywhere I tried was already closed or done with notaries for the day. Then at 5:45 I spoke with Mehdi at Copy and Print Center. He said come on down and he'd make sure it got done. Well, he's a man of his word. I arrived at 5:55 and he took care of everything as promised, staying past closing to make sure it got done. I just went to this little print shop to do a quick document scan of four pages. There were two workers: an older man, I'm assuming he's the owner, and a younger woman. I asked the man if they scan, he said yes, and I handed him the pages and wrote my email address on a notepad he gave me. About 2 or 3 minutes later, all done. He rings me up and says, "Sixty cents." At least that's what I thought he said, and so I gave him a dollar. He looks at the dollar, and then at me, and says: "No, six dollars." What?? Totally my fault for not asking the price beforehand, but this is just straight ghetto -- $6 for scanning a document of four pages?? I'm not sure if $1.50 per page is his actual price for document scanning or if he just thought, "Why not, I'll get a few extra bucks from this guy" and so charged me more than normal. But either way, I've no interest in coming back, and that's a shame because I live right around the corner. Incidentally, the man had a sign up saying something like, "Support small business". I don't relate to this. Why support something because it's small -- or big or medium sized? I frequent stores that have a combo of killer products and customer service. I couldn't care less how big or small they are (unless size actually affects shopping, e.g., it's too cramped). "Big" doesn't equal bad, and "small" doesn't equal good -- as the small Copy & Print Center demonstrated in my experience with them. read more

On vacation and needed a place to print an email, make copies and have something scanned and emailed to me. Found Copy and Print Center easily and was a little nervous I could get it all done in 30 minutes since that was the max time allowed where I parked. I used the self-service copier and required assistance for printing and scanning. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. I was able to complete the task in under 30 minutes! You pay for the convenience as the services were not cheap ($16 to scan and email a 16 page document). read more

My experience at this print shop was far below my expectations. The owner was very rude, and the print quality was fair at best. I ended up taking the job to be reprinted at another print shop at my own expense. It was worth it not to have to deal with Mehdi again. His female employee was very nice, but unfortunately she wasn't there when I picked up my order. If I had not had a positive interaction with her I would give 1 less star. Maybe I caught Mehdi at the end of a bad day, but I won't be back to find out. read more

Over the years I've used them for so many things, not just having my photos printed custom sized (good luck trying to do that at CVS or Costco) but they even helped design my business cards.
