Truly great service! I was looking for a place to print some business cards and other designs for an event I'm going to in a few months so I used yelp to request a quote from a few places. Emad got back to me within a few minutes. He was very responsive and helpful when it came to some questions I had regarding the prints I needed. I had a border on my design and it wasn't coming out even after printing so he suggested changes and helped me adjust my design so it looked cleaner on the business card. This is my preferred UPS store to use because the staff is top notch. Every time I've had to come here for something they've been friendly and quite fast at getting me in and out of there. They are very efficient, comptent and the customer service is outstanding. I sometimes also to to the other UPS location down Bristol near Sunflower and while the staff there is also great, the store is busy and sometimes the actual store itself is quite literally a hot mess so I prefer to come here where things are super clean and organized. read more
