We did walkins for passport photos and was in and out within like 10-15 minutes (depending on how many people they're helping before you get there). For TSA pre-check we were going to do a walk-in due to the site having issues but noticed they didn't do walk-ins but the guy working that day said he can probably help us out. He went as far as check the site to see if it was down and we got lucky that it wasn't! We filled out the application on our phone and immediately got helped afterwards. Was in and out for TSA pre-check stuff in also 10-15 minutes. Recommend coming here for passport photos, TSA-precheck and other needs.

They made the entire process seamless for me, which was so appreciated, because I've never had it done before. I don't have very good fingerprints and the woman helping me really took her time to make sure to get the best possible prints for me, even when multiple fingers needed to be scanned 3-4 times. She was direct, knowledgeable, clear, and was patient with me asking questions or for clarification. I'm glad I came here instead of going to a larger chain store, because I felt I was taken care of and looked after, while still only needing to be in the store for 10-15 minutes. Also, if I ever need to pay for a package to be delivered to a destination with the cheapest shipping route possible, I am able to do so with no trouble whatsoever. You can drop off UPS or USPS packages here (and avoid the post office!) and the mail truck will pick them up by a specific hour every day between Monday - Saturday. When I questioned the charge, the excuse I was given was that "the post office won't send it." I pushed back because that simply didn't make sense to me. Instead of explaining the charges clearly or trying to work with me, Julie refused to send my packages at all. So let me understand this: I come in with 10 packages, pay what I'm quoted, leave, and then get a call the next day saying I owe another $55 because the wrong rate was entered. When I question it, I'm told the post office won't send it -- and when I push back, you refuse to ship my packages. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Apparently private mail centers can add their own fees and charges, and I was told I had received a "discount." Thanks, but no thanks. I'd rather know exactly what I'm paying and not be surprised afterward. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, especially under the new ownership. This was not the customer service I experienced here before. For starters, the people that work there are really the star of the show. Super nice, very welcoming and make you feel like family. It's nice when you find a business that isn't there to check you in and check you out like the DMV. This is one of the reasons I live this place so much. Another nice aspect of this is the app that they use, even though I live in Las Vegas, our LLC is still in Southern California. Whenever we get mail we get notified via the app. The place is only open Monday through Friday, so you'll need to plan accordingly to get your mail. Instead of just taping it up, the lady at the counter--who was quite rude about the whole thing--told me I either had to pay a $2 'packing fee' just to have them put a single piece of tape on the box, or I had to buy an entire roll of tape from their store to do it myself. It's absolutely ridiculous to nickel-and-dime customers over a single strip of packing tape. Very unaccommodating and frustrating experience. I definitely will not be returning to this location.
