Bad experience. This woman charged me for a box. I paid almost $5. She was rushing me and said just drop your product there on the counter I'll pack it all. She moved so fast like ok go already. They suck and do not understand English. I have a sign on my front porch that states no soliciting but they ignore it and put two flyers on my door today like it was some kind of eviction notice. I called them and they were not even apologetic at all, kind of dumbfounded too. They think they have the right to put things on anyone's door and it's a free country. I came in to get my LiveScan done yesterday. The staff was so helpful and informative. They even double checked with me to make sure I hadn't overpaid or been over charged (I paid online and came in using a token). They made the entire process seamless for me, which was so appreciated, because I've never had it done before. I don't have very good fingerprints and the woman helping me really took her time to make sure to get the best possible prints for me, even when multiple fingers needed to be scanned 3-4 times. She was direct, knowledgeable, clear, and was patient with me asking questions or for clarification. I'm glad I came here instead of going to a larger chain store, because I felt I was taken care of and looked after, while still only needing to be in the store for 10-15 minutes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs the LiveScan service and if I ever need to do it again, I would come back to this location. read more

This place is conveniently located by plenty of places I frequent. Every time I come here with my packages they kindly welcome me and efficiently care for my needs. If you need to package anything or if you didn't do the best job packaging a drop off they are happy to add tape or bubble wrap. Whenever I go there they have my addresses I send to regularly saved to their system and print out a label for me within seconds. They are able to balance care and concern with efficiency. Which is probably the best compliment you can get from me in regards to a business. They service FedEx, UPS, and USPS. One time the line at the USPS down the street was out on the side walk and taking forever. I turned around and went here and was seen in seconds. I love this place. I went in to get my live, scan fingerprints done here. I have gotten them done at other places in the past where it took 20-30 minutes for them to properly scan my fingers. This location has a UPS locker inside of it - which is great if you don't want to have UPS deliver your package to your front door when you're not home, or if you can't make it to any of the other UPS Stores in the area for package pickup. The downside is that if the store itself is closed, UPS won't be able to access the locker (why isn't it located outside like the Amazon locker that is also located in this shopping center, next to Albertsons? The clerk was generally friendly when I stopped in to pick up my package from the UPS locker. They were helping another customer when I walked in, so there wasn't much engagement on their part - the UPS locker is self-sufficient and does not need clerk assistance, and even has a feature to check/scan your ID for high-value packages. I noticed they had packing supplies, cards, copy/print services - but didn't utilize any of those options during my visit. Parking is shared with the rest of the shopping center, they are located next to Strickland's ice cream shop. read more

I came here to fax something important since I don't have a fax machine myself and I called here to make sure they do fax services too. Easily spotted as it is right next to Strickland's Ice Creamery. Excellent service as the lady who was working there quickly helped me fax over something and even gave me a confirmation paper saying that it was faxed over correctly. The charge for just the first page fax is $2.00 and every page after that is $1.00 only. This MAILBOXES place is definitely cheaper than the Fedex/Kinko's office in UTC for fax/make copies. The girl plays trick on the customers with one additional paper charging u additional $12 which you can save at any other notary service center since the latter ones will notarize directly on your bring-in paper. This is the second time we used Maiboxes Irvine on Campus for signing, notarizing, collating, and shipping loan closing documents to my mortgage bank in a different state. My wife happens to work in the same shopping center, and she is the one who first recommended this place to me. Boy, am I glad she did! I was impressed with the service and thoroughness of the notary (and owner) Mindy, the first time we used her so that is why we drove almost 30 miles round trip just to have her perform these services this second time. She allowed me to email my package of loan closing documents to her ahead of our arrival (80 pages). When we got there, not only did she already have the package printed, she already had the specific pages requiring notarized signatures selected and in order, ready for our signatures. She had also printed the UPS label in the package and prepared the package for shipping. Mindy is obviously very well qualified and familiar with these types of documents, as evidenced by how easy she made the whole process. I couldn't believe how quickly we got it all done! And the price was very reasonable, competitive with (or better than) anyone else doing this in Orange County. I also have to say every other person that works there is also super nice (and capable)! While we were there other customers came in continuously and they were handled quickly and professionally. The shop is also very nice and has rental mailboxes and UPS pickup lockers as well. For practically any business service you need, you can rely on this business to take care of you expertly and quickly. Next time I need these services, guess where I'm going?
