Called him out on the fact that I spoke to him earlier, he admitted then proceeded to tell me I told him black & white (to which I responded never because I know I'm looking specifically for color lol) Asked him to honor his mistake since I drove to his location - he said he couldn't do it because "he can't make the changes / remove the way he bills / etc" couple of lies if I believe so myself. Walked into the shop with the hopes of supporting a small business since I have one myself. I truly felt like I was being ripped off. They have $65 for 250 business cards but they charge you for the ink which is $45. I've never heard of this before If you want double sided that's another $45. My total for a basic business card was $109. Went to my Car, thought about it, and instantly regret it I walked back inside, and they were kind enough to refund me. After this I logged into staples.com ordered 500 custom-made back and front business cards that were ready the next day for only $27 with tax. I really wanted to give you my business but charging for the ink. I think it's just ridiculous, you could've made something instead of nothing and I could've brought more business since I'm in company with 12 other DJs. Please reconsider changing your pricing and try to stay competitive with the big chains. I know you're a small business, but come on man $45 for ink. read more

This is the horrible shop ever. Marco charged me over $1,000 and printed out the wrong images by his mistake. He sent me a NEW quote for printing the right images so I complained why I would pay for that. He said it's already printed out and I need to pay half of this. He never listens to the client and kept talking while I was talking. I complained about the wrong print and he said to me "JUST CHILD". I cannot believe how this horrible shop is existing and work for customers. I never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Horrible service! I really wanted to like this place since it was conveniently near me and prices were fair. Literally, had to keep calling to follow up on my order.Every time I called it was like it was my first time calling .. baffled.. unorganized! scrambling to find what I emailed him no knowledge of anything ... run around for 4 days only to be told "it was too difficult" Black writing on ivory paper? As simple as it gets?! I've probably printed harder things at home. The guy made me drive to HIS paper store (should be his job) where they didn't have the paper he sent me there for!? Horrible horrible customer service not only is the guy Marco rude but turns out hes the owner too. I never knew he was the owner. A couple months ago he did business cards and flyers for me and misspelled several words on my flyers and still charged me for them at full price because he said he couldn't do anything about it. I called again and i asked to speak to someone else because last time i dealt with marco "The Owner" he messed up my flyers and still charged me and couldn't do nothing about it so i didn't want that to happen again . He answered me with "theres nobody else you can talk to im the owner " so i responded with wow your the owner and you couldn't do nothing about the mistake you made on my flyers and his response was "Well if you dont like it go somewhere else!" How can someone run a business and talk to customers like this and expect customers to continue to do business with him. And hes the owner. Busy day, but I wanted to remember to tell you about a great printing company, OC Printing Services! A few months ago I was recreating files and needed copies made with little time before my appointment. Siri came up with a few printing companies in the area and I called 1 or 2 before happily ending up at Printing Service. Marcos was very pleasant, helpful and reasonably priced.
