When I went to the location to obtain a quote, Monty, the owner, was assisting another client. After I asked for a quote for a window vinyl, the other client walked out, she said, "Just go with it. They're wonderful here. I've gone to many places and had many quotes. This place is always the best." I did receive a quote, and he mentioned the layout we had been provided looked a bit old. I let it escape my mind. Too many other things were happening. After a week, Monty followed up on it. Of course, I still needed it. I did love the follow up, asked the price again and sent him the details I had showed him over the counter. He remembered his quote and told me after looking at it more closely, the second quote was better. I let him know as long as the verbiage and all the required elements were in it, I'd let him lay it out. Eventually, I received the proof. It looked good. The installation was scheduled. I did not realize what went into installing vinyl on the windows. Watching it go up was like magic. The detail that went into assuring everything was centered and aesthetically pleasing was great. A friend told me about Tustin Graphics. Monty helped me design a bumper sticker that would be distributed to our high school families during registration in August. He was quick with emailing me different design options. While we were placing the order, he told me he was using a certain paint so that the ink wouldn't fade in the sun as quickly (two of our colors were red and black).
