I almost forced my business on them and even that did not work. Zoran wasted an important week out of my life waiting for a price quote. He replied immediately after sending the material to be printed saying it was received and a quote will follow. 4 days later I call and say I'm still waiting and he apologizes and promising to send it over within the next hour. great! only that he doesn't! 3 day's later, after business hours, after giving him all the benefits of the doubt I'm emailing back to him saying I'm moving on to the next vendor as he clearly don't need nor appreciate my business. what does Zoran do you ask? he replies immediately, within seconds with another, un sincere apology about having family over and other un professional excuses BUT that's not all. He also gave me a price for my desired printings. at that point I was only more upset that he had me wait all this time when he could obviously quoted me right then and there. It is unclear to me why he would waste my time in such manner, making me push a deadline with Google for my advanced verification process with them as i did not have the company van marked as necessary because of his foul play. BTW, if that wasn't enough, when i sourced another trusted vendor for the task it became evident to me that the $245 he eventually quoted me was expensive as I got it done in 2 days from approaching to pick-up, in a place that appreciated my business for only $125 on the same desirable 3M laminate vinyl. Shop around people and don't compromise on customer service. read more

I don't ever write Yelp reviews but I feel I needed to write this after what an incredible job Zoran did! I came to him asking for a logo for my physical therapy clinic that I will be opening soon. I had no idea what I wanted and had no direction and still Zoran was able to create something I absolutely love! I am blown away at the speed and quality of the work that OC Designers does. I needed a banner for my scout unit to sell ice cream sandwiches this weekend. On Wednesday morning I contacted them with a rough idea of what I wanted and by that night they had a design for me. I approved the design and by Friday noon, the product was waiting for me. I did have to pay a rush fee for the quick turnaround, but that was fair. Last time, I procrastinated on getting a banner because I didn't have a design. OC Designers made a great design and next time I won't wait so long to start the process. It was easy, easier than I thought it would be. read more

I had an amazing time working with this company. The team is incredibly responsive, proactive, flexible, and pays so much attention to every detail; they want to give you a perfect end-result. Turn around time ended up being 1/3 of what I was quoted. It was the definition of overdelivering. The quality of the product is also unmatched. I have been trying to get the perfect mug printed for months, and this company took care of me in 2 weeks. Will be exclusively going here for any printing I need to do. Highly highly recommend. read more

We have had the same Internet guy, and the same printing guys for years. I met Zoran a few years ago, and finally sat down with him a couple of months ago to review our buisness layout. He showed us where we could improve, as well as save some money. Needless to say, we grouped everything together, and made the switch to this company. Believe it or not, we have seen changes after the first couple of months, and that's not typical in the Internet market. Thanks again for all your hard work, you have a customer, and friend, for life. Highly recommend to anyone with a buisness, needing to get visable to the people searching for your services. read more

When I started my own business, I found that advertising and marketing was very difficult without spending a ton of money. I searched around for a business that could help me get my business on the right path with new and helpful ideas. Orange County Designers did exactly that. Zoran spent many hours with me discussing ideas that we could go with at a low cost. If I needed T-shirts made for an event at the last minute, Zoran was there to get it done asap. The vehicle wrap was one of the best advertising decisions I made. Orange County Designers is currently building a new and improved website for us and seeing the preview of it was shocking on the great work that was put into making it stand out from many other sites. thegrilldudes.com read more

If you are looking for top design professional, look no further. I provided an image that needed some work (I accidentally saved a crappy image, but did not have time to change it.) I contacted Orange County Designers by email to ask about having some trade show banners printed. I received a quick reply that included helpful information on pricing, materials, and turnaround times, and later talked to them by phone. It was my first time trying to have banners printed and, simply put, their customer service was as good as it gets--patient, positive, instructive, and all around friendly and helpful. I didn't end up ordering--having the banners printed closer to the conference we're traveling to will get us some important lead time that we wouldn't have printing locally--but the next time I need trade-show materials, I know where to go. I had a really great experience with Orange County Designers this morning. read more

Zoran is an artist with his work! I am a small business owner and needed some advertising info on one of my work trucks. He not only redesigned the old ideas I had, but he took the time to show me what he was doing to maximise advertising space, so it made sense and I went with it. I'm very happy and will continue to use this company to design all future graphics for my company! I've had more complements over the last year about the designs Zoran made from my customers than the last five years of using the last company I had doing my designs. 5/5 stars all around! read more

I do not have enough kind words for Orange County Designers! Every part of my experience with them (with Zoran specifically) was so smooth and stress-free!! I had been searching all over for a company in Orange County that would print some pint glass wedding favors for my upcoming wedding and that would also allow me to pick them up to save on shipping charges, but every single location wouldn't allow pick up and wanted to charge exorbitant amounts just to ship them to my house that's only a short drive away (one location was something like $200 for shipping...which was MORE than the cost of the glasses themselves). I was so lucky to have found Orange County Designers!! Not only were their rates EXTREMELY competitive, but they allowed me to pick up my glasses straight from their office at no additional charge. That in itself was a big win, but then they won me over even more when Zoran took the time to ensure that my design I had sent him was of the best quality for printing, and didn't just submit my design with its fuzzy edges to the printer, but reached out to me and asked if I could submit a better quality image to ensure that our glasses would be 100% to my liking. Zoran was always quick to respond to my emails and to answer my questions, and once the design and all was set for printing, he kept me in the loop during production. When I finally received my glasses, I was so SO happy with the order!! They were exactly as I had imagined they'd be and perfect in every way, all thanks to Zoran taking the extra time to ensure that they would be exactly as I had hoped. I absolutely cannot WAIT for our guests to receive these glasses!! Thanks Zoran & Orange County Designers!! It was a pleasure to work with you, and you have definitely made me one incredibly happy bride :) read more

I am remiss in not having reviewed this fine company; I used them last year to design and produce some mugs and coupons for my business to place in a swag bag for the 2015 Golden Foodies Award attendees.
