OC PrintWorks has been my go-to printer now for just shy of a decade! Shout out to Jesse, my main contact I've worked with over the years. You have treated every project I've had with you guys with the utmost professionalism, excellent communication, and speed! I've had all my Christmas Cards printed with them for years, and recently asked them to print all the things for my wedding as well, from Save The Dates, to name cards and even little stickers! I have been working with PrintWorks for over a year and have had a fantastic customer experience. Jesse specifically has always been extremely helpful, responsive, and kind. I loved the work that they did for our Church so much that my wife and I ended up printing both our save-the-dates and our wedding invitations with them, and they did a fantastic job with both. I used OC Printworks for all the printing for my daughter's wedding and rehearsal dinner. They were fast, the quality was excellent and the price was better than the other companies I checked with. Jesse made the process so easy. Responding to all my emails very quickly and even made suggestion on some of the files I sent him. John stayed after closing to finish up something I had forgotten and needed that night for the rehearsal dinner. OC Printworks is wonderful to work with and I can't recommend them enough. read more

Excellent shop that's flexible to customer needs. I requested a Christmas card to be printed the Wednesday before the holiday. Jesse from PrintWorks went above and beyond to help us through the process, and to get the print job turned around quickly, so we could get these in the mail on time. PROPS: A+ experience. Incredibly fair prices. SLOPS: Their website is NOT awesome, and it's hard to get an idea of their prices and print options online. I was able to get excellent service over the phone with PrintWorks. read more

I was in need of a specific paper size that I could not find anywhere and was under a very tight deadline for work. When I called OC PrintWorks to find out if they carried that paper size, which they didn't, Jesse told me that he could print my job and cut down the paper to the specific size I needed. I looked into a bunch of places in my area that could make a batch of 100 stickers for me, I had the design I wanted and a reference sticker for size. I was in my lunch and just decided to swing by Printworks because it wasn't far. I met with John and showed him what I wanted (I've never made a sticker before or requested one) he was super professional and laid back. I emailed him the design, he printed a sample sticker right then And there, very nice vinyl. we talked prices and I was happy with his offer. I picked up my stickers the same day in fact a few hours after I ordered them. They were cut for distribution, stacked and sealed, he printed a couple extras and said he just threw them in no added cost. I instantly referred this place to a few buddy's of mine that have stickers made regularly. And I will 100% be back in the future when I run out. Thanks John! You rock! read more

Needed to split a 1000+ page textbook, and they got the job done pretty quickly! I gave them my book around 2-3PM yesterday, and they had it done by noon today. Each section was spiral bound with a cover and protective back, despite me not mentioning or thinking about it. In total there were 11 sections. I called ahead of time for a quick quote, and it was very reasonably priced, compared to other places....like half their price. Employees were really kind for all three times I visited! I'd definitely visit again if I need to get any stationary/print works done here read more

I have now used OC PrintWorks to print colorful Treasure Hunt instructions for our neighborhood and for my business: handouts, flyers and a lawn sign announcing a workshop. GO-TO-PRINTERS The shop is conveniently located with an easy on/off to the freeway whereby the first impressions coupled with their professional business sense will have you smiling... The small to large projects are treated the same with the owner "John" taking a personal interest in each. On the experience side, John stayed with me on every step of the way when my book needed to be published for submission(s) to various houses. I've looked around for many places to do a print job I needed, one in color, many pages, and spiral bound. The price was going to be steep for many places, and I had never come around to getting my job done even though I needed it for studying. However, I decided to shoot PrintWorks a message and inquired about the job. They gave me a really reasonable price and did an excellent job with the book! I am thoroughly impressed. The quality of the color print was simply amazing, the spiral bound was done excellently, and they made alterations to the book that could only be positive in my book (no pun intended). I strongly recommend PrintWorks for any print jobs you need! You won't be disappointed. read more

They Wouldn't accept my return on an unused, brand new with tags item because I didnt have my receipt. I understand my responsibility to have a proof of purchase. However to not even have an exchange or store credit offered when clearly the item still had their original price tags on it is absurd. They could have issued me store credit, charged a restocking fee, and they would still have us as customers. Store credit would not only guarantee a return customer, but it would also show ' good faith ' and appreciation to their customers. We wont be returning. And im sure thats exactly what they wanted given how they treat people.

For comfort, my husband decided to stand outside while I proceeded to look around the store. When I walked into the store, the manager and an associate were just standing there, completely engrossed in a personal conversation. There was absolutely no greeting, no eye contact, and zero effort made to welcome customers into the space. It felt as though the staff couldn't care less that people were walking through the door, treating their own personal chatter as the priority. To make matters worse, when I proactively tried to be polite and asked them, "How are you?", I was met with an incredibly pretentious, cold, and ignorant attitude. Instead of a standard, courteous professional response, they made me feel like an interruption to their personal conversation. This wasn't just isolated to me, either. I watched as they treated other customers who walked into the store the exact same way-ignoring them, refusing to welcome them, and continuing their personal conversation right in front of everyone. For a manager to actively participate in this behavior alongside a casual associate sets an incredibly poor standard for the entire store. The atmosphere here is deeply unwelcoming and elitist. I will not be spending my money at a business that treats basic courtesy with such arrogance. Management needs to seriously retrain this team on fundamental customer service. The final products were all perfect, and many guests specifically reached out to tell us how beautiful the invitations were. If at any point I had questions, Elif was always easy to reach by email or phone, and was very responsive. Elif's prices are more than fair for the excellent products she provides, and her turnaround time can't be beat. This shop is very nicely organized and aesthetic, however, the lady at the cash register who might be the owner did not greet us or anything, and seemed very bothered by us just walking in. I take a few pictures of my friend and as we're looking at them some customers walk in and are taking a look around and we scooted to the corner so they can shop. The last thing my friend and I wanted was to make her upset, which is why we asked permission first and purchased an item so we could stay longer in the store. But, the lack of customer service and passive aggressive tone was what makes us not want to shop here anymore. A simple "if customers come in I would appreciate if you guys step aside for them to shop" (which we did either way) in the beginning when I first asked for permission would've been nice instead of telling us to "get out" after I had already purchased something.

He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! I witnessed my friend order from this company for pick up while in route to work only to wait and be told it was not ready. She had to leave and then come back another day because they are not organized. It's a shxt show every single time she goes and the only reason she did not go elsewhere was b/c she wanted to support local black people and businesses. Unfortunately it did not work out. THEY STOLE hundreds from her and I have watched as she has asked to be refunded for mistakes they made with items she can not sell. They will LIE and say they will refund you but you will NEVER see that refund. A report will be filed with the police department for this theft because they will not get away with this. read more

I live near the village so often times I'll email my print request over to the shop and by the time I get there, it's already down and waiting for me. I'm usually printing pre-paid USPS labels for shipping items so I often use the little desk set up inside to apply my label to packages and then walk them over to the USPS on Forest. On busier days (or during covid) I had to wait outside but it really is not a place people hang out for a long time so you're never waiting long. This location is right across from Bank of America (on the east side) so using their lot for parking can be helpful too. Sometimes I see stacks of menus from the local restaurants or big signage waiting to be picked up too so you know this is a well-engrained local print shop and I'm happy to bring them my little print jobs as well.
