I have a last minute request for a funeral on the next day, and Jesse was really helpful to get it done even when I put the order an hour before they close. I'm a graphic designer with my own business that does pretty good considering the state of the economy. I don't take that for granted. John at Printworks is a big part of my success. He delivers excellent printing, quick turnaround and at a good rate. Not to mention the friendly staff. I highly recommend Printworks!! read more

Called the top 5 printers in the Woodbury Irvine area and John was the first person to answer his telephone! It was half past one o' clock and I told him that I needed 20 greeting cards printed out. It was almost two forty-five when he called back to notify me that my order was complete. I was at Wal-Mart picking out 5x7 egg shell envelops and learned that they were right across the street, off Technology! My project saved me so much time, that I was able to drop these off at the local United States Postal Service office, and be ready for happy hour at The Counter. All in all, I was very satisfied and I would give PrintWorks another rush job that ends in a beautiful, and professionally created cards. PS. it was nice to meet their dog! read more

This review is purely for Jesse! He is absolutely great! We've used PrintWorks for our last minute orders a couple of times now and JESSE ALWAYS GETS IT DONE. Honestly, he's so friendly and nice and you can tell he tries his best for you! The prices are pretty decent here but I've only used them for small quantities/rush orders. The work is quality is great as well! Call/ email / send your files/ask for a quote from Jesse and he won't let you down. Thank you Jesse for always having my back when a client needs a rushed order!!! read more

John and Christine are great people! I've been going to Printworks for a year now and I've never been disappointed :) I travel and work a lot so most of the time I need a lot of printing done in a short amount of time. I usually time it so that I can give John a few days to do my printing but if you need something done by the next day, they will get it done. The pricing is also very reasonable and affordable, especially if you're still an amateur artist taking baby steps into the professional world. I once wanted to test out a banner I made which was nine feet long. It was a very unorthodox shape and length so I knew most printing places would refuse unless I sized it a certain way. Or it would be an unbelievable price. John took one look at it and listened to my meager explanation and told me "We can do that" ..and he did! At a very reasonable price too. I'm still very pleased and happy with my banner. Printworks has a variety of products that can be printed and I really want to try making new things with them. Like large canvas posters or stickers. If you have a specific project in mind, I have confidence that they will help you get your project done, with quality work and friendly customer service. Thank you John and Christine for all your hard work! read more

Best place ever. I called to make a last minute order and it was ready the next day. They give you updates on the process: when they are making the order and when the order is complete! AND their prices are great! I am definitely comming back soon and I have been telling my friends about this location. read more

Jesse was a pleasure to work with. He helped with our holiday cards and some lawns signs we needed. They were competitively priced as we got quotes from 2 other places. Turnaround time was awesome and quality of work was top notch. I would highly recommend using them. read more

Incredibly fast, amazing quality and kind hearts. We asked him to print little booklets about our son with Down syndrome for his school and we were FLOORED with how gorgeous they looked. We've gotten raves from everyone. And the big kicker was when we picked up the order, the owner himself met us and said, "Looks like an amazing little boy you have." Well, that seals it. We are coming here all the time now and gonna rave about this place to everyone we know! read more

PrintWorks saved my day. I had ordered Prayer cards for a funeral mass at some online company and after paying expedite shipping, I found out the day before the funeral that they hadn't even been shipped yet. My husband called PrintWorks and they were able to print my order same day and at a responsible price. Jesse was very helpful and the cards look great. I appreciate the quick turnaround and friendly customer service so I didn't have to stress about getting these cards in time. read more

Very fast, helpful, and creative, great work. I needed something printed on oversized parchment-like paper - all the other printers I called said no way - plain white was all they could do. Christine offered to digitize the paper to look like parchment, and it came out beautifully. I highly recommend them for special print jobs. read more

There are three considerations.... important to my printing needs.. . Convenience... the company is located in a very easy to get to .. and centrally located.. .. location.. location... location.. Quality... the company is easily capable of handling all of my printing ..and I've seen some simple and very complex projects on the tables.. Staff.... Here's what makes me return... the staff is head and shoulders above the rest... with an incredible eye for detail.. . they hit the target every time.. And.. the owner.. 'John' ... lust put up an artist board.. in his free time.. and donated the proceeds to help in "Childrens Cancer Research and Treatment"... what a hero.. ! I will be going out of my way to use this company... they are what others should be !. read more

Got some invites printed here. Great quality, fast response time and quick turn around!

This must be the second or third review I have ever given, and I truly mean every word of this. I have used OC Printworks on 3 separate occasions now, and I can't say enough good things about this company! John is so helpful, and overall there is excellent customer service here. The turn around time is quick, and you absolutely can't beat the prices or the quality. Other places charge double or triple from my experience; I wish I had discovered this place sooner! read more

I. am. so. pleased. Needed a last minute print job and got a turn-around time of less than 5 hours! Not to mention the hard to beat cost point. John was easygoing during our phone call, patient during our email correspondence, and the pickup process was painless + quick. I will definitely be using PrintWorks again! read more

The worst customer service I have ever received from any provider anywhere in my 25 years of doing business. I recently started a new business and needed business cards developed and printed utilizing a new logo I had previously developed. My first encounter/job with Printworks was good: Quality output and a good price. My second job was fraught with poor responsiveness and a terrible output. The business cards were printed on the wrong paper and with poor quality print. At the store, I expressed my dissatisfaction and the owner got really pushy with me. Finally he agreed to redo them per the original spec. A week later I had still not heard back from them however, I received an invoice for the full set of business cards for all my employees. When I called printworks, the owner called me a "Butthead", and said I needed to pay in advance. I mean, who calls a customer "Butthead"? Even after that, I told him I'd be happy to pay once the job was completed. He eventually did do the job and I paid him. What A tremendous amount of unnecessary aggravation. I would not recommend them. I would encourage people to go to SirSpeedy, where I have gotten such quality service. SirSpeedy is a bit more expensive, but they do excellent work and the service is absolutely outstanding. read more
