Long overdue but I wanted to leave a glowing review for Alan at Forest Printing! We worked with them to create our wedding save the dates and we're so happy with them - we did the rest of our wedding signage with them too! Alan was so attentive and easy to work with, he was helpful in confirming all the details were perfect. They also had a super quick turnaround, respond via email for a quote and have very affordable prices that are well worth what you're getting. Overall, cannot recommend them enough for all your printing needs! read more

Just wow!! After contacting all the best printers in Orange County and Los Angeles, Alan at Forest Printing is truly the best to work with! He has graphic design skills and goes the extra mile to make sure that your print comes out perfect and better than you expected. Whether you're a business owner, experienced graphic designer, or someone who knows nothing about printing and need very important prints, just contact Alan and see how him and his team can help you. I wanted to pay him extra for the extra work he did to make sure my prints were flawless but he insisted that I only pay him what was due. No hidden costs, you can get an estimate quote via email or phone call, and the prices are the best for the amazing quality of work. read more

EXCELLENT PHONE ETIQUETTE The first printer I called was rude and annoyed that I didn't know that embossed (i.e., raised paper) business cards are very expensive and demand a time-intensive process. (I should have acquired specialized printer knowledge before calling a printer; my bad.) They refused to even give me a ballpark quote. I called Forest Printing and spoke to Anne who was polite, patient, and explained to me that embossed business cards are so expensive because they have to create a custom die for the part of your card that you want embossed. She invited me to send over my business card design, drop in and look at sample cards (without an appointment), and she even gave me a ballpark quote over the phone. EXCELLENT SERVICE I spoke in person with a different person, Alan, who not only showed me samples of business cards they had done, but also showed me cards that approximated the colors and texture of card stock that I wanted. Alan understood that embossment was prohibitively expensive, so he provided me with alternatives like thermography (raised ink instead of raised paper) to distinguish my card. Ultimately, I took his recommendation for spot gloss, which adds a finishing sheen to the card. This brief, but essential, conversation ensured that I had a very good idea of what I was going to get before placing my order. Alan promised the business cards in five business days, and then had them ready in three. EXCELLENT PRICING Even with the added touch of spot gloss on my business cards, Alan still gave me a discount. The cards are pricier than a big box store like VistaPrint, but still affordable. For a higher price, you receive high-quality craftsmanship that's tailored to your specifications. I don't mind paying for added value. EXCELLENT PRODUCT So happy that I went with Forest Printing. My business card looks and feels professional -- all at a reasonable price. Forest Printing has been around for more than 30 years because they produce superlative work. Couldn't recommend more highly. read more

Typically when I see all 5 star reviews I think it must be friends and family. True in this case: Alan's work over years has made him a friend. From last minute coming on site to help put a logo on a product launch when all else failed, to consistently exceeding every expectation in quality, price and turnaround. This is one of the best small businesses out there. If you have any questions or are unsure, p/m me and I am happy to give you many more positive stories, as all his customers would. read more

As long as I live in this area, I will always come to Forest Printing & Copying for all of my printing needs. I had used this shop's printing services on two occasions: 1) in 2016 for printing a poster board for my Dad's funeral service; 2) since June of this year on the design and printing of our High school class reunion T-Shirts. On both occasions, I am very impressed and very appreciative of the unsurpassed customer service, genuine consideration, attention to details and professionalism exhibited by Alan. The shop owner has also made us feel very welcome every time we saw her. Our reunion T-shirts came out really nice! The design details and the printing came out really crisp! The material is of great quality! The pricing is very fair given the great quality of the products. Once again a big Thank You to Alan and to the Forest Printing shop! read more

This was my first time using Forest Printing. I was under extreme time constraints with a memorial service program that I had to have completed. Michael was exceptionally responsive every step of the way. He responded immediately to a quote request and provided a detailed explanation of the process with a very reasonable price (which is exactly what he charged in the end - No surprises or up charges). He took my very rough draft/concept and created a beautiful memorial of our loved one. Everyone who saw the program commented about how nicely done it was and how well it captured our loved one's personality. Michael was very professional and compassionate to work with. I'll use Forest Printing for all my printing needs in the future. read more

I love this company. It's a family business and everyone is so friendly, professional, and accommodating. I have used them for a few years now, I first used them for my wedding invitations, which came out absolutely great! I also just used them for my baby shower invitations too. They put together the perfect invitation for me. They made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Michael, their graphic designer is awesome! They print and copy anything you need from posters/banners to business cards or flyers, even menus. Everything has came out the way I've expected it to. I would recommend this place to anyone who needed any services they provide. Bernadette helped me with my baby shower invitations and she was excellent. I wanted to express how thankful I am to the team that run this place for their Great customer service, professionalism, and amazing work that was done in my opinion " last minute ". Before checking this place I went to 5 different printing and designing place , I even send the request to thumbtack and every time. As far as thumbtack goes... over price quotes As far as other printing and designing business go that I went ... not felt welcome at all, every time I went to one of these locations in lake forest, I felt they making me feel that their doing me a favor for just giving me a basic pricing. One of them even said let me check with my designer and I'll get back to you later while their designers was in that place and could have simply give me an idea instead of having me wait at least 24 hrs Alan, I think the owner and one of the designers was extremely friendly and very nice and he made everything simple from the pricing to how long will it take to what the work is going to be look like everything was just great. Once I told him what I want and what I need he got my phone number he gave me an estimate and he told me you have what he needs from me to do the job as soon as possible and he was very proactive in communicating through my cell phone if we needed anything. He promised to deliver to job on Wednesday and guess what? He delivered to job on Monday and made me very happy because he just didn't want to set an expectation like some other company to get my businesses . Overall amazing staff, great teamwork ! I will definitely come back to this location again and do more business and send more Referral read more

I went into this shop to get a sizeable printing job completed faster than our usual printer could. I expected to hear the same ol' 3-5 day turnaround, must be "press ready files" story. Instead, Anh Tran, the owner took my existing files on a CD ROM, and got the job done in about 30 minutes. This is one of the best printing companies out there for great customer service and quick turnaround. read more

Great place to get work done. We brought in wedding invitations that we purchased from Michaels that needed to be printed on. Of course it was a nicely textured paper that many places were having trouble printing on. Forest printing couldn't print on it either, but they had to send it out and it came back very nice. They gave me a great price too and were very understanding about my budget. They are A+!!! read more

Wow what amazing service. I needed some last minute wedding invitation prints done an hour before close and they gladly worked over the store hours to get what I needed finished in time. Thank you so much. read more

I had all my wedding invitations printed here. I just provided the graphic files and paper. They even cut everything to size. I was thinking of doing it myself but they have a huge machine that cuts everything precisely and super fast. I was insane to think that I could cut everything by hand. $1.50 for one cut (max 100 pages). The people there were really nice, especially Andrew Tran, and the prices are very reasonable. I was also impressed by the quality of their ink. It was vibrant and did not bleed. My invitations turned out great and we got lots of compliments on how professional they looked. Also, their turnaround time was super fast, all my print jobs were finished same day! read more

Great family run business. Dropped in to get 80 two sided color print from PDF datasheets done. I brought my own thick paper stock. They didn't hesitate, was courteous, and got it done in 15 minutes as promised. Price was very fair. There is clearly more knowledge and talent at a family business than compared to the big box office supply stores and all their employee turnover. read more

These guys are awesome. Its so true that you get the best customer service from family owned businesses! They are prompt, and provide accurate quotes in way less than an hour, they can do same day printing, charge really fair prices, and always make sure the order is right. Best of all, they under promise and over-deliver. If they tell you something will be done by 4:00 on Friday, they probably will call you at 3:00 on Friday and tell you its done. Many times they've even finished my order days early. They are great. read more

i agree with what everyone says, but I feel the need to consolidate that 5 stars rating for the service that you get at forest printing. if anybody else rated anything less than a 5 stars it's probably their own problem. i order business cards here for my company employees for the past year or so, they are extremely professional, courteous, and fast in service, great with follow ups and accuracy. this place truly took care of us and made business cards printing one less thing to worry about. read more
