In the past, I had excellent service from Carlo Vescovi, and when I had to reprint business cards, Brian Snee and Travis Munoz were very receptive and helped me get my cards reprinted. Spoiler alert: This is one of those reviews I started writing in the parking lot, because I'm just so impressed! Back in the day, we used Avanti Printing for a friend's business cards. They came out wonderfully: silk finish, spot UV, great color and saturation, on time, and letter perfect. She's a professional who networks a lot, and she gets rave reviews regularly for her cards. Fast forward a few years. Now we need a different feel, with a more natural finish, for a family member's business. Turns out Avanti sold to Main Graphics in the intervening years. Most of the Avanti staff came over. Their new location (by Spectrum) has easy parking and a big sign on their corner unit. We popped in without an appointment, towards the tail end of their business day. Their numerous customer service folk weren't immediately available, so Rick took us into the conference room to help us out. *What a guy.* Rick has an eye for color, a nose for marketing, and an ear for hearing what clients are really saying. He helped us refine our vision and choose the perfect color for the logo. He patiently reminded us of how colors print differently depending on printing method and paper type, and offered us examples and suggestions until we were satisfied. We also decided the kind and weight of the paper and shape of the card. And we did it all in less than 30 minutes! So efficient and so friendly. For what amounts to a tiny order in their world! We'll be placing our order online and will update this review once the cards come in. Rick is what all companies need to be: responsive, informed, adept, and likable. We have utilized Main Graphics for a number of years. They were instrumental during our re brand two years ago- I'm talking about everything from letterhead, folders, envelopes, business cards... you name it. It's easy for us to place a reorder as it just takes an email to let them know we are running low on something. We also use Main Graphics to print our quarterly newsletter. They handle the fulfillment of this piece as well (mail merge, sending it out, etc.). You should also consider them for printing for your event needs--they produce beautiful programs and invitations. I love their proofing process as it ensures your print job is of the highest quality. There have been occasions where they caught some things that were off with the artwork I sent in and walked me through on how to fix it. Another plus is that they drop off print jobs to you once completed. Pricing is very fair and they can get you a quote usually within the same day. I believe they also provide an array of other services so definitely inquire with them on what they can do for you. Each member of their team is available every step of the way for your projects. WOW! I am so impressed with this company. I contacted them for a project for my own personal business and Tracy helped me in every way from start to finish. I was pressed for time and he let me know from the jump that I would be taken care of and not to worry about a thing.
