Everyone at the store is always helpful and friendly. Every time I go in I never have to wait not sure if that's just the time of day but in general very happy with the customer service and selection of products that they have. I highly recommend this location! read more

Amazing service Elli and Freddy both helped me out tremendously. They go above and beyond for their customer base.

The staff here, such as Freddy, are super friendly and welcoming every single time I come in. I originally decided to get a mailbox at this location because my mail was being stolen while living at one of the apartment complexes owned by the Irvine Company, and choosing this UPS Store was the best decision. I've never had an issue receiving packages here. Everything is handled smoothly and securely. The team is always happy to help, answers questions without rushing you, and genuinely makes the experience easy and stressfree. It's clear they care about their customers, and that's why I continue to come back. If you're looking for a reliable, safe place for your mail and packages with great customer service, this is the spot. read more

Rudest UPS worker ever. Extremely passive aggressive for no reason, like he was having a bad day I wanted to pick a fight with me by triggering the customer. He was very short with me, smart ass remarks, attitude and acted like he was so busy and he took forever. Then he mumbled shit under his breath, which was extremely unprofessional, then proceeded to say have a good day. Fake as hell and a clown! During this I am completely trying to ignore this behavior and he kept being nasty to me the whole time... he should be fired. read more

Freddy was super helpful and polite. Fast service and great location with convenient parking

Ellie and Ahmad were both amazingly helpful and pro at this UPS Store- they both deserve pay rises!

Amazing service and staff. Highly recommend this location. Very nice and attentive they helped me w everything

I frequent this UPS Location often because it's closest to me; however, I will not be coming back. The lady who took me to process my Amazon return was rude and sassy to me for absolutely no reason. She was wearing colorful rainbow-esque eyeshadow. I was returning a package and she told me I needed a shipping box and then told me I also need to pay for shipping. This is all fine. It is what it is, but the way she spoke to me really was uncalled for and unnecessarily sassy. If you need to return an Amazon package, chose another option instead of this UPS location. She's very unpleasant. read more

I came into this UPS store with a difficult scanning job; they had to take apart a book to scan for me (mine, so no copywrite issues!). As a result of the binding materials, the pages were slightly crooked. This team spent, literally, days trying to straighten out over 300 pages. I was able to eventually confirm that the crooked pages would be fine for my purposes. The level of service here is incredible and I give this store my highest recommendation!! read more

Freddy was very helpful and kind I appreciated the service here! Worth the value I've always had a good experience at this UPS I recently moved down here and wow the different in service. read more

Outstanding Service and a True Community Gem! I can't say enough good things about The UPS Store #6814 in Los Olivos Marketplace! This locally owned location (shoutout to owner Bamshad Bashirtash and his amazing team) consistently delivers exceptional customer service that goes far beyond what you'd expect from a shipping center. Every time I've visited--whether for packing and shipping fragile items, printing important documents, notary services, or even just dropping off Amazon returns--the staff has been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They take the time to explain options, offer the best solutions for my needs, and always handle everything with care. Special mentions to team members like Eli and Isaac, who have provided wonderful, helpful service on multiple occasions! What sets this store apart is their genuine commitment to customers. They've expertly packed and shipped valuable items for me with confidence (thanks to their Certified Packing Experts), and everything has arrived perfectly. The store is always clean, well-organized, and conveniently located in the vibrant Los Olivos Marketplace. In a world of rushed service, this UPS Store feels like a breath of fresh air--professional yet warm and welcoming. If you're in Irvine or the Spectrum area, this is hands-down the best UPS location. Highly recommend! I'll be a loyal customer for life. Thank you, Team #6814--you make shipping stress-free and even enjoyable! read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Irvine, California

In May 2025, I trusted this UPS Store to pack and ship a $5,000 custom-built PC and a 49" OLED monitor. Their staff specifically advised me not to pack the items myself, claiming they offered "professional packaging" with custom crates and full responsibility if anything happened. The shipment arrived severely damaged. The GPU was bent beyond repair, the water cooling loop destroyed, the monitor completely ruined. The store's representative (I remember his name as Freddy) called me personally, acknowledged the damage, and clearly promised full reimbursement. I relied on that promise in good faith and paused any legal action. UPS corporate later reimbursed me $2,267.08 -- far below the cost to replace what was destroyed. When I returned to the store, I was told it was no longer their problem, despite: Their packing failure Failure to provide the "signature required" delivery I paid for Their own verbal commitment to cover damages The store now claims their employee "misspoke" and wasn't authorized to make that promise. They've offered only a refund for shipping and handling, while refusing to take responsibility for the rest. I've since filed a complaint with the BBB, the FTC, and have initiated a California small claims lawsuit for full restitution. It didn't have to be this way. I was patient and gave the store weeks to do the right thing. They chose not to. I'm documenting the entire situation publicly so others don't suffer the same treatment. read more

Great customer service at the UPS store at Irvine Center Dr. Eli is always gives excellent customer service and always smiling.

Manager Freddy- The most disrespectful and dishonest individual. He charged me almost double what I pay every month. He was so rude and disrespectful and lied to me regarding the packaging. He also refused to package it in front of me. He is unprofessional, rude, double up-charged me what I always pay every month. This location has lost my business and I will certainly let my friends know as well! Avoid this location! To UPS.. it is in your best interest to get new management.. Manager Freddy is a liability. He is not what you stand for or what you represent. read more
