    Went there for quick drop off. It's 817am they open at 8am and they are still closed. Their posted hours are 8am opening.

    TRASH PANDA FOR $300, Negative 100 Stars. Told me $230…read more.. then it was $300. BE PATIENT & GO TO THE APPLE STORE - $354. iPhone 16Pro shattered screen. Dude installed a subpar Temu like screen that left a huge gap on the display & the iPhone dynamic island was half missing- then lied about it. Quoted be $230 out the door. Picked up my phone as he is charging my card, "$300 plus tax", I say "Woah this doesn't look fixed? There is a big black section at the bottom of my screen". This dude literally gaslights me multiple times... 1) Tells me "That's how the iPhone is...." LOL I show him my husbands phone isn't like that.... 2) "Oh it must be in your settings..." blah blah blah. I tell him "Okay so go into my settings and recalibrate the screen you just installed"... "I only work on hardware, I can't do anything software related." I am showing him the display settings and calling out where is the setting?... He lies, he proceeds to start rambling........ 3) "Maybe you have more broken hardware than just your screen." I ask for a refund etc. He argues.. more lies... Finally just said - no problem I will just start a credit card dispute. I walk over to Apple- the tech was like "Hmmm I see this all the time. The dude next to Old Navy? It's not a display setting issue. Yeah he installed a screen that he knew wouldn't work. Check out this..." Points to 7 things that I didn't even notice; display, bezels, dynamic island, refresh rates, pixel density. Basically the dude installed Temu like screen & tried to charge me $54 less than Apple.

It's been about a month and it is working flawlessly. Thanks. Btw I had contacted Apple and it was twice the price. And these guys used a genuine Apple screen 11" iPad Pro. Well done nice repair.

I took my daughters phone in to get the back glass replaced. when we got the phone back and paid, my daughter noticed the screen on/off side button wasn't working anymore. we asked the tech about it, and he just bragged about what a good job he did and how pretty the phone was after repair. we pointed out again that it wasn't working appropriately. rather than try to help us figure out a solution, here are some of the things he told us "I have no proof that it was working before. you must be trying to get me to fix a problem you were already having for free" "if it's really a new problem you can just take it into Verizon and they'll give you a new phone for free because this one is so pretty now" "you are a joke if you think i broke your phone" no ownership or accountability. no willingness to provide any customer service. he got mad very quickly and started accusing me of all sorts of crazy stuff. all I wanted was to have a conversation as to how they might make this right. the next day I called the parent store in Huntington Beach. their recommendation: take it back in and have them take a look at it. they wouldn't give me a price estimate or any concessions that they might try to make it right, other than I would get charged full price for whatever new repairs the phone might need. I am not sinking any more money into this company. im guessing most people have positive results, but if anything at all goes wrong, don't expect any customer service of any sort.

Again, look at the evidence and the response. They don't take accountability for cracking the frame, let alone how they never told us about the bent in the frame. ONLY wants to respond to 1 out of the 3 issues. I will see them in Claims Court. UPDATE: The manager finally called me after 2 days, and was rude and unhelpful as well. I will be taking them to small claims court and have everything recorded, and all the evidence I need. DO NOT TAKE UR ITEMS HERE DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY. The next day, the screen started to glitch and not work, so I brought it in, and that's when he said: "oh the screen also has water damage". Was kinda skeptical as to why he didn't mention that when fixing the Ipad but again, I paid for the screen replacement. Its now a month later and not only is the ENTIRE screen lifting from the titanium base and he says its going to continue to happen because the base is bent (never did he mention that when fixing my Ipad, so now Im thinking he bent it) but he also CRACKED the base where the charging port was replaced (slipped up and admitted to using a cheap part) so even if he does fix the screen. I'll have issues later on about water and dust getting inside the base (check other reviews because this happened to another customer) So now I'm sitting and waiting to talk to this man's boss, who had me call 4 DIFFERENT numbers, he's calling 4 DIFFERENT numbers, including the number you find on Google, trying to get ahold of his boss, and NOTHING. Oh, and he likes to use the excuse that he doesn't know English well and how God is gonna judge me cause he's not a bad person, but he is a SCAM ARTIST.
