My sister in law unexpectedly passed away, and my husband and I were the ones responsible for everything. We were in a scramble to get everything ready for her funeral, and I needed a last second job to get printed - a large canvas photo for her memorial and an obituary. Really wanted to like this place. We were looking for a new print shop for our graphic prints and our first visit was good. Shannon assisted us, and while she was not particularly friendly or personable the quality and price of the print and paper were excellent compared to Staples so we looked past that. On our second visit, we had another print done by Matt (I'm assuming), and we brought in the previous print to show the paper and also said which one it was. He printed it on lesser weight, and then when we asked about it said that they don't carry the thickness of the print that we brought in - the one we had printed there a few weeks before. He went back to check and was able to locate it but the quality was terrible. Super grainy, off colors and nothing you should stand by as a PRINT SHOP. He basically shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. He wasn't interested in helping figure out the issue even though it's the same type of print and graphic that has come out fine before. It was clear we were wasting his time since we were just a single print order. Customer service is non existent here (unless you're spending lots of money, it seems) and we'll be looking for another place that treats all its customers equally with respect and value no matter how big or small the project is. read more

Tom especially was VERY helpful with fixing my screwed up saddlestitch layout thanks to the booklet option in Indesign being messed up on my computer, and kept in contact with me when their paper cutter (very temporarily) broke.
