Came here for my TSA Pre-Check for a trip I am planning this spring. After checking the website, found that this was the closest location to my home. I filled out the enrollment form online and then made my appointment. Staples does accept walk-ins, but I just like to make sure it goes as smooth and quickly as possible. There is one person who will find your name on the appointment sheet, confirm your identity, scan your document (RealID or Passport), take two sets of fingerprints (six images total), ask you the same questions that you answered on the enrollment form, take your payment and send you on your way. I hope the $80 charge will be worth it. We'll find out later this year. If you have any procedural questions, he was happy to answer. I was done in about 5 minutes and checked out the rest of the store. About what you'd expect from Staples. On June 6, 2026, I visited Staples to print some documents. While I was using the self-service printing area, I witnessed a customer with limited English proficiency asking an employee named Julia for assistance. Instead of helping her, Julia raised her voice and repeatedly told the customer to print whatever was on her phone while pointing toward the self-service machine. At the same time, a young man nearby was also struggling to print his documents and appeared ready to leave without completing his task. The customer who had been spoken to by Julia asked the young man for help. He tried but was unable to assist her. They then asked me for help, and I assisted both customers with the printing process. After I finished printing, I approached the print services desk. Julia and another associate ignored me. I had to ask them to at least acknowledge my presence and let me know they would be with me shortly. One of the machines I had been using indicated that it was jammed, which I wanted to report. I also informed Julia that I did not appreciate the way she had spoken to the customer with limited English proficiency. I explained that a language barrier does not make someone deaf and that raising your voice is not appropriate customer service. Julia responded that she was not yelling, stating that she was not speaking to me that way. However, the customer she was addressing was still visibly struggling to understand the printing process and did not receive the assistance she needed. I then requested to speak with a manager. Julia informed me that the manager was at lunch. While I waited, Julia walked out from behind the service desk and handed me her business card, stating it was so I would not misspell her name. It appeared she was willing to leave her workstation to make that point, yet she had not been willing to provide the same level of effort to assist a customer who genuinely needed help. My concern is not only the lack of customer service shown toward me, but more importantly the treatment of a customer who was clearly struggling with a language barrier and simply needed assistance. I believe all customers deserve to be treated with patience, respect, and professionalism. read more

I love how easy it is to order simple prints online! Great quality and quick turn around- especially if you pay a little extra for the rush ;) Service has always been fast and efficient. This shopping center can get busy but still easy to find parking. Staples also now has a "party city" corner with party supplies and balloons if you're looking for that. read more

So here's the scoop, I usually go here to return items from Amazon. (and then I receive a 10% off coupon after doing so on my next item from Staples ) So this review is basically based upon the Amazon return process at Staples. It's efficient, doesn't take too long, I've gone to other places that had Amazon returns excepted, and they missed placed the package. But not here at Staples. In addition, This is the place that I go to for emergency art supplies, printer, ink, printer, paper, basically emergency office supplies! Customer service has always just been OK not fast not slow, the print department, I found to be the most efficient part of the store. And the value, when you have to runoff 50 copies of something really saves time and energy. read more

Look for Chris! He's an amazing guy! I needed stuff to be printed and I was asking if he could make sure the outcome was centered. Other locations have looked at me weirdly and said they couldn't. But Chris? He took the time to explain to me about different machines that the other locations might not have. So now I know what to look and ask for whenever I need to print something at Staples. I was talking about machines but in this location? Definitely look and ask for Chris! I didn't need to have my certificates reprinted again and again since Chris knows his stuff and he did it wonderfully. Didn't even have to ask for a sample. He's great! read more

Went here today to drop off an Amaxon package. The line was 6 people deep and the regular check out line was 8 people deep. 1 cashier taking care of everyone. She kept calling for backup but nobody came. Horrible service. The manager should have stepped in. 5 people were standing around in electronics. Rediculous. read more

Staff: I was helped by Camden who was nice. Quality: It is a nice store (sorry no pics) which is nicely laid out and full of lots of items you'd expect to find at Staples. I was pleasantly surprised to find a UPS shipping option and an Amazon return section. Overall: I came in to ship a pair of shoes to my friend. I was greatly bothered to learn after the item was boxed and ready to ship that they charge $4.50 to have the employee put the item in the box and seal it. Unbelievable to me that the cost of doing business which equates to 30 seconds is passed on to the customer. Fun fact early in life I worked at mail boxes etc (preceded ups store) and we never charged to pack something. My visit today should have consisted of the cost of the box and shipping but nothing more. This alone was such a disappointment that I will not be returning. read more

I came into Staples yesterday to do an Amazon return and was helped by a very sweet employee who was kind and professional. While I was browsing, I witnessed something that left me disturbed. A large man, who I later learned was her manager (his name badge said Michael), put his hand on her head and then on her chest/shoulder area. From her body language, she looked very uncomfortable. After he left, I quietly asked her if they were related, and she said no, that he was her manager. When I asked if she was okay, she shook her head "no." This behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. It was upsetting to see an employee placed in such an uncomfortable situation, especially by someone in a position of authority. I hope Staples takes this kind of conduct seriously and ensures their employees feel safe and respected at work. read more

This review is for the Balloons / Party City services in this store. They had a fantastic and well stocked selection of balloons, strings, weights, etc!! They helped me on a tight timeline for pick up and were extremely communicative with me to make sure my son got his 2nd birthday balloons on time. I cannot tell you how amazing this team is here. I received well thought input, recommendations, and above and beyond friendly customer service. They were willing to refer to another store if they didn't receive their helium on time. This team was on top of it. As soon as their helium came in they took care of the order. You helped my little boys celebration sparkle and the balloons made beautiful pictures and memories for me to hold onto forever. He was absolutely thrilled to see his favorite characters this morning and you made his day! This team's communication in these areas impressed me: they told me at purchase of the balloons to bring them in within a certain amount of days before the event. So they front loaded expectations. When I brought them in, they said the holiday wiped out their helium supply and if worst case happened they'd refer to another store (above and beyond). They were handling multiple guests at one time with such grace. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I'll be back. read more

Office supplies aren't exactly the most exciting thing are they...this location has plenty of parking as it's in a big center with a home goods, Ralph's etc... Henry was very patient and explained how to format everything, and printed out what we needed on a bigger size paper so that everything would fit. He knows what he is doing, and is clearly a professional in the printing and technology area. Please let this young man know he is doing an amazing job. I usually come here for some light duty printing for my office. Printing leadtime is always very good but the print quality is subpar. I feel like a decently priced home printer prints flyers, business cards better. It's not really the worst quality, but just ok. What gets me is this skinny kid working at the print shop. He has staring problem with this really odd stoic look. I arrived at the counter and he looked up and said "yes?" I pointed at the other customers to the side of me and told the kid that I think they were here before me. The guy just looks at me blankly as if I said something completely ridiculous. Complete silence with laser beam stare for good 5 seconds before his female coworker noticed the awkwardness and told me that these folks are waiting for something else. I never shop at the Staples in El Toro, Ca but I needed to order Christmas cards asap..the boy/young man that saw me walked in ignored me as I searched for the counter to order cards... he finally acknowledged me when I asked for help. The sad, non-smiling, miserable look on face made me think he doesn't want to be there, or the way things are nowadays, young people don't care to be pleasant or helpful. Thank goodness for Steve(I can't remember his name) the only older gentleman there was very helpful, kind, funny, & had a great attitude! This is by far the best Staples I've ever been to. Both Cameron and James in the Print Department gave me the best customer service I've ever had at any store. I received excellent customer service when I was dropping off my order, and excellent customer service when I picked up my order. Even though this isn't the closest Staples to my house, this will forever be my Staples of choice. Today I received the worst service I have ever received from any branch of any Staples store anywhere. Jonathan was working the cash register at 10 o'clock on a Sunday morning. I did not see one other employee anywhere in the store. As I was checking out, I wanted to ask a question about the laser printer cartridges I was buying. Before I even got the question out of my mouth, he put his hands up in the air and said he knew nothing about anything. He was the only employee in the store, and he knew nothing. I asked if he could print and email my receipt and he couldn't do it. I asked him another question. He didn't know the answer. What is going on, Staples? I spent $445 and couldn't get the most basic of the questions answered by the only employee I saw in the store. read more

This 5 star review is for Kevin in the copy department. My cat had gotten out of my house and was lost. He is 15 years old and he is an indoor cat. I live near a golf course with lots of coyotes and I was frantic when I came to Staples to get lost cat flyers made. Kevin was so accommodating. He had lots of orders before mine but he worked mine in between so I didn't have to wait too long. He was the only person on at the copy center but he took the time to get the flyer just right. His calm, reassuring manner was just what I needed. And, when I called because I needed more flyers, he got them done right away for me even though I could see he had lots of orders to fill. His kindness made me feel hopeful that my cat would be found. And I am happy to report that my cat was found and returned to me. With Kevin's help! read more

TRU RED product is unreliable-4 shredders in 5 weeks. They won't admit but I believe their product to be a continuous line of reconditioned rejects. No 1 shredder only one to last over week of easy, light use. Only good products are office services and paper supply (hard to go wrong with paper). Or chairs-but bulky. read more

I went into the store and had to make 20 copies for my accountant. I thought this was going to be a nightmare but Santiago said: "I will help you". Santiago made all the copies for me in a matter of 8 minutes!and the total was $2.15. You just do not find a person like him, he made this a joyful experience, actually had me laughing (which I really needed) Staples should be very proud to have an employee like Santiago in every store. As I was leaving I spoke to the manager Paul and he is the nicest down to earth person and I really like that quality in a person.
