I had a crack on my Iphone and had it fixed by them. The charge was $258.59. One week later, the screen cracked again. I did not drop the Iphone or damage it in anyway. It cracked by itself. I included the pictures of the cracked screen. The owner said there was a 90 day warranty for the screen. I then took the Iphone to him, showing the cracked screen. He said he wouldn't do anything. He said the screen wouldn't crack by itself. I didn't do anything to this phone after it was fixed. It broke on its own. It broke because of the poor job he did installing the new screen. He stole my $258.59. He is a liar and a scammer. Do not trust this guy. He will steal your money. read more

I had a problem with my laptop computer that wouldn't charge -- I suspected that the charging port was broken. Instafix was one of the few places open on Sunday with a real person answering the phone. The guy was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. The guy was very fair and honest. He did some of the analysis right in front of me, testing the power supply with a voltmeter. He looked up the part he needed and gave me a price on the spot. My Apple Watch is about three years old. I submitted my request via online. Customer service form and someone responded that I really should just send it in to Apple Watch repair. As they often send back refurbished or replacement models. Anyway, I appreciated the honest advise and I did exactly that. read more

My kid shattered my iPhone 13 Pro screen and it was definitely my fault for not having a screen protector. I was not in the market for a new phone! I looked on Google/Google Reviews and found InstaFix. I gave a call and spoke with YK who provided me a quote on some options for after-market screen options. My iPhone 17 Pro Max was not working. It would not charge or turn on. I took it to InstaFix and I felt confident he was going to fix it. He told me it would take about 1 hr so I went to the nail shop, he came and and told me what it was and that he could fix it if I wanted to proceed. My phone was cooked, it was dying when i left my house and was on around 60% so I thought the issue was the charging port, so I took it to insta fix. YZ the GM was able to install a perfect match, but it turned out that I had a bigger problem with my phone, that couldn't be fixed as easily. He moved so quickly, giving me options and explaining throughly the things he could do for me to save the data, and number on my phone, as my original wouldn't be available to me in the time i needed. YZ did an absolutely fantastic job on a repair job for my 77-inch LG OLED. At first I was hesitant to drag this beast of a TV to their shop since I got an-house technician to look at it and they declared the TV toast (with maybe a 5% chance of repair).
