I've had my PlayStation 5 since the console first launched, and up until recently it had been running great. I had my husband's phone screen replaced here for about $200. As soon as I put a phone case back on the phone, the new screen cracked. I was installing the case normally, not dropping the phone or using excessive force. When I contacted the store, they told me I was being "too rough" while putting the case on and refused to honor the warranty. Instead, they offered me only a 50% discount on another screen replacement. A properly installed screen should not crack from the normal process of putting on a phone case. I was very disappointed by how my concern was handled. Rather than standing behind their repair, they blamed me without any evidence. I had a crack on my Iphone and had it fixed by them. The charge was $258.59. One week later, the screen cracked again. I did not drop the Iphone or damage it in anyway. It cracked by itself. I included the pictures of the cracked screen. The owner said there was a 90 day warranty for the screen. I then took the Iphone to him, showing the cracked screen. He said he wouldn't do anything. He said the screen wouldn't crack by itself. I didn't do anything to this phone after it was fixed. It broke on its own. It broke because of the poor job he did installing the new screen. Instafix Foothill Ranch was able to fix my Lenovo laptop. Unfortunately, it's a common problem with the frame separating from the screen at the hinge.
