I unfortunately had to take my phone for repair to them twice in the last few months, because apparently there is a small region of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra that if hit with even a tiny bit of force won't only crack your screen, but will ruin the display as well. I shopped around to various repair places and this one was definitely the cheapest as their name suggests. They were honorable and when I was unhappy with the original aftermarket repair they did, they redid the repair to an OEM screen for no additional cost except the difference in price between the two. If I could give this place a lower rating, I would. I'm writing this so one else is fooled by this establishment. I took my iPhone 15 in to get 1 of the lenses of the cameras fixed because it had a tiny crack. I could take clear pictures with it but in certain lighting, the crack would cause a glare, but there was no blurriness whatsoever. I take it in and this kid named Ryan takes my phone and tells me to come back in 45 minutes to pay and pick it up. I come back and as I'm about to pay I thankfully checked to see how a picture would look now when I go to the camera. When I checked the entire screen was blurry, completely blurry. I told the guy and he sprayed it with something to clean it and realized it was still blurry. He went to a back room and I could hear him call someone and explain the problem. He comes back out and tells me that this isn't his fault and that sometimes when changing the lens, the camera can get damaged or there can be dust particles that mess it up and that's in their terms & conditions. He said he could go in from the front and check to see if there's dust but warned me that there's a chance the entire screen could crack and that they're not liable if that happens, how does that make sense? I explained that my camera is in worse condition than when I brought it in an hour ago and that I would like to speak to the manager and he said the manager is busy and not accepting calls, so unprofessional during business hours on a Friday. I asked to speak to a technician at a different location and he placed him on speaker only for him to explain the same thing and take no accountability. I explained I was not paying for a service that left my phone in worse condition than when I brought it in even though they were trying to get me to pay because "they finished the repair". Their "repair" ruined the entire camera view. They said they could take off the lens and then I could leave and not pay so I agreed and they literally had to break off the lens they placed, even though if they truly cared about and respected their customers they could've left it on. I called a more reputable establishment, explained the entire situation, and they explained that clearly this repair kid had no idea how to fix it because you don't enter the camera from the front for iPhone 15, you enter it from the back, and thankfully I didn't let him do that. Phonebulance was able to come and completely replace my entire camera. They said the first place had no idea what they were doing and melted plastic onto my camera and ruined the camera. They ended up costing me 3x what I was to pay for the lens originally. This Ryan kid doesn't have any basic knowledge and I wouldn't trust him with any device. Heed this warning or you'll have the same frustrating, unprofessional experience. read more

Sad to give an updated 1 star - The screen was actually NOT FUNCTIONING IN HALF A YEAR! I even purchased the best (or one of the best) screens they recommended, and there is no solution they can offer other than "change the screen again" because they said it is out of their warranty window (45 days?). I never dropped or soaked my phone, and even the store person said it is the screen issue. In my life I have owed many iphones and had them repaired before as well, never had a repaired screen that goes bad in half a year after paying hundreds to replace. Perhaps that's why it's cheap - BAD QUALITY SCREEN to fool people..... Very dissapointed as I thought they were good, turns out it's just temporary. read more
