Came here for a tablet repair. Prices were good and better parts than the other guys. They ruined my home button. Luckily these technicians here were able to fix it for me. I believe Phonebulance fixed it with a cheap screen. Because my son barely touched it and the whole screen went out. read more

I've never written a bad review before. I brought my iPhone 6 here to switch out the screen due to it being cracked. The original screen lasted me 6 years! After I brought the phone here it started to overheat and battery drain significantly. Plus, I dropped it 1 time with a glass cover and phone protector and the screen is cracked again. It's been about a week a half! What ever parts they are using they are cheap. Anyhow, I bought a new phone already, but want to warn others about this place. #wasteofmoney Update: I brought my phone to another shop and when they opened the phone they told me a screw was unscrewed. Not surprised as I now see other reviewers mentioning the same happened to them. read more

EZ Tech Wireless - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Laguna Hills, California

Please read entirely. I originally called Orange County PC Repair in Laguna Niguel to help fix an issue with my PC. Here was my issue. I installed a new GPU and did not have the correct PSU to power it so I replaced it with my old one which was working. I could not get it past the black screen and "preparing automatic repair". I called and spoke with Mike. He said he'd take a look at it but to bring it down to their Laguna Hills location, EZ Wireless. I brought it down (Monday) and paid my $49 service fee. I explained the situation and he said he'll call me in an hour. An hour passes and no call so I give it some time. First update was that he is flashing my memory and reloading windows. He'll call me in an hour when its done. I said perfect. I called to follow up. He said the computer just shut down and he said that I possibly shorted something in the PSU. He asked if I unplugged my PC before working on it. I did. He says it's not turning on so you'll need a new PSU. He wanted to sell me a Cosair Gold 850w for $180 installed. I figured why not, I need one for my new GPU. He said it would be here the next morning. He also mentioned he would call me in the morning. The next day (Tuesday), I called late in the morning and Mike said that it would be here at 1pm and he would call me. He also stated instead of the Cosair Gold 850w he would install a PowerSpec 650w and save me some money. I figured cool. That's fine. I called at at 2:30pm or something like that and he said that there is a bunch of wires and it's going to take some time before they can get it running. It'll be available the next morning. He said things like "this can't be rushed". I'm a patient guy so I said fine. At about 3:30pm I get a call from Mike. He said the computer won't boot and recommended a new motherboard and CPU. He recommended a Ryzen 5 CPU. I cant remember the motherboard, but he was asking $600-$700. I said no and I will be by to pick up my computer. Keep in mind, my computer was able to boot up to a black screen but stalled. During my drive, he sent me a text saying he has parts for the computer for $400. I ignored it as I was on my way to EZ Wireless. I arrived to the shop and the computer was on the floor. He said sorry and pointed to the computer. I went to pick it up I noticed a screw was missing so I asked for it. He brought it from the back and I put it back on to secure the panel. I placed the computer on my front seat of my car and flipped it where I can see through the clear panel. I noticed my ram was missing. I went back in and said I'm missing it and again he went into the back and grabbed it. I installed it. I took it home and tried to troubleshoot it myself. I plugged my PC back in to see if it will turn on. It did. Not a PSU issue. But now it's not recognizing a drive. I never had this issue before...so I went in to take a look and noticed they didn't connect the power to my hard drive. So I connected it and boom it recognized the driver. Now I'm back to square one. It won't load past the black screen with the blue windows. I gave it a day and I returned back to it (now Wednesday). Did some adjustments in the BIOS and then the computer booted back up. Memory is wiped but now it's working! I hate to write negative reviews but this place deserves it. They tried to SCAM me into a new computer that I did not need. No way! I have basic understanding of computers and know when to trust my gut when things don't seem right. Please avoid Mike at EZ Wireless aka Orange County PC Repair in Laguna Niguel. He'll try to sell you a computer you don't need or repairs that are unnecessary. And not properly put your computer back together. read more

My wife left her phone on top of her car and drove off down the street. The iPhone flew off of the roof and was hurled into an intersection with many cars. It was then run over by a number of cars completely smashing the screen. Mike at EZ tech flawlessly fixed the iPhone 11 screen in under 30 min and it was a very reasonable cost. The phone works perfectly- Thanks Ez tech read more

Very pleased with the service and integrity. I brought in a barely 2 year old Amazon Fire tablet. I thought the battery needed replacing. It turned out to be the morher board which was to fried to replace. I was told it would not be worth the cost of repair and was not charged a cent for the diagnostic. What a nice guy :-) read more

I was unfortunately referred here by uhaul since they were an authorized dealer. To my dismay, the truck that I have reserved was not returned in time. The guy that I was talking to made it seem like it always happens and it was uhaul's fault not theirs. Even if it wasn't their fault I don't appreciate is how rude he was. He kept raising his voice at me and talked to me with an annoyed tone. The LEAST that he could do was be accommodating and helpful to resolve the issue. I asked for my options and he was very dismissive. Mind you, I was polite the whole time not once did I raise my voice and he had the nerve to talk to me with that demeanor. He gave me the wrong number of another branch and told me I should just google it then just left to go to the back and told me to sort my things out. Judging from the comments this was not the first occurrence. Save yourself a trip and just go somewhere else. Lake forest branch is 8 mins away from here and was more accommodating and delightful to interact with. read more

Above and beyond is how they treat you here. Best attitude around these parts in Laguna Hills. Jeff was more than nice enough to listen about my phone issue versus telling me what I wanted to hear. He was able to fix the back glass of my iPhone 8 by the end of the day. At a decent price too..he also cleaned up the charging port for free. read more

Trustworthy and honest phone repair shop. Very courteous in helping with my unique situation. My phone had recently been hacked and I spoke w Paul on the phone and he had me come in for a free consultation. When I arrived he felt very concerned about what other devices might have been compromised. He then scheduled an emergency appointment at my office and home. They found out my firewall routers at my house and home had been hacked. He immediately switch out equipment needed and set up the passwords and showed me how to update at anytime on my own convenience. Thorough work was done here and executed them professionally. These are the guys I wanted to find and glad i did through Yelp. So glad they took care of my issues on my laptop, networks and my iPhone. read more

Great location for purchasing a crypto miner. Very helpful to me as a newbie having zero knowledge.

We were rerouted to this location for a Uhaul pick up. We did a mobile check in and check out. The pictures of the truck we picked up were from too far and barely showed any of the dings or scratches. We had to take more of our own pictures when we picked up. The gas showed 1/4 more of a tank than it actually had. We took a pic and added it. When we dropped it off we put how much gas the picture showed just to be safe. When we dropped it off we put the keys in the Dropbox. We didn't realize that we were supposed to take pics again of the gas at drop off. They charged us for gas, even though we dropped it off with more gas than when we picked it up. If you have to pick up a uhaul from this location I'd recommend trying to get a different pick up location. read more

My phone's battery decided to give up on me, so based on a good review from my sister, I came here to try to get it fixed. Unfortunately, after getting the battery replaced (took about 30 mins), it still didn't work. A week later, I called back and they attempted to replace my battery again. While the issue was not resolved, I appreciated their willingness to continue to try to repair my phone when the first attempt didn't work. read more

I am not understanding why people that don't even live in OC are leaving bad comments about this place. Their comments are suspicious... Anyway , I LOVE THIS PLACE, Jose has replaced screens for my husband's Motorola Droid Razzr Max and my kids iphones. Also has unlocked a device I needed to send overseas. The place is clean , friendly, an the staff SUPERB, great customer service, reliable work and fair prices. EZ Tech Wireless - Screen was totally smashed after falling from my daughters pocket on Knott's ride. Looks beautiful after the replacement & works perfect - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Laguna Hills, California

Went the extra mile to make it right. I shopped around for a replacement screen for my Google Nexus 5x, and EZ-TECH came up as my best option for price ($95) and for reviews nearby. They ordered a screen and the next day I dropped my phone off for a couple hours to get it fixed. Unfortunately, when we turned it on it was clear there was an issue. There was a green line through the screen, and I had an international trip the next morning - there was no time to get another screen ordered in. On my trip, the faulty screen went from bad to worse, making the phone inoperable. I had to have it repaired out of country so I'd have a phone to use, and never got the faulty screen back. When I returned, I called EZ-TECH for a refund. They were in a tough spot because without the screen, they're out of pocket for the $58 screen. They offered to refund the labour price via check - fair, given the circumstances. However, the cheque arrived with a nice note, and a full refund for the entire price. I really appreciate them going the extra mile to make things right. read more

Worst service in my entire life! Its shady business practice really infuriated me. I'm a reasonable person and I will not leave a negative comment on any business if the service is satisfactory. I brought my iPhone in for a screen replacement and the very first day the screen stopped working. I came in the next day to get a replacement and the newly replaced screen looks and works just fine. HOWEVER THIS ONE BROKE DOWN ON ME JUST A FEW DAYS LATER! This time the owner refused to replace it for me cuz he told me that the screen does not have the security sticker and they are not able to fulfill the service. I honestly used the phone with care and I did not drop or damage the phone in anyway. I will go to a more legit business next time for my iPhone! read more

I have used EZ Tech to get my cell phones fixed. Always good service and reasonably priced. Will go back in the future.

We Took my sons phone in for a Screen repair. One month later while at college out of state he was having trouble with the phone and took it to be looked at. When they opened up the phone there had been a piece of rubber band left inside the phone with two pieces of tape. Needless to say $235 later the phone is working. EZ tech would do NOTHING because I didn't bring it to them. Ridiculous! Think twice before going to EZ Tech Wireless read more

Great local shop that stands by their work and the owner is friendly to boot! Jose has fixed a variety of my Apple product glass screens for the past year. He always gave me a great deal and fixed most items same day. He informed me that he started doing HDTV repairs, so I brought in my Samsung and he diagnosed the problem and repaired for a great price! Great fast service. I broke the glass on my iPhone 4 and they replaced it fast... They even put a protective film... I have three small children and one of them dropped my phone down two flights of stairs and everything is in tact... So I'm not sure why there are bad reviews but I guess you can't win them all! I took my Iphone to replace a bad battery. I got my phone back and was told I needed a new port as well. The tech said i should just buy a new phone. I do apologize for leaving upset. I did feel that I had been wronged and to be fair, I was not offered a replacement, I was offered to be able to BUY a replacement. Making this offer to me does show that you are serious about your customer service and in fact inverts my opinion to the point that I will now tout your service rather than critiquing it. Should you follow through here, which I don't doubt you will, you may not be able to win them all, but you will have won this one back. read more

Update: the reason the glass cracked again is the replacement clearly isn't installed properly. There is nothing supporting the glass around the button, so it just "caved in" causing the cracks. Absolute waste of money going to this place. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I cannot believe such a business exist. My iPhone 7 screen cracked and needed to be replaced; however, my phone worked perfectly fine before i brought it to this place. The screen was replaced but the home button DOES NOT WORK. Why would anyone fix the screen and not have the home button work??? I cannot unlock my phone with my thumb nor cannot use it properly. To top it off the color on the screen is off. They have RUINED my phone. The guy gave me my phone and said the software was updating so I was not able to check it out soon as he handed it back. He walked out the door right behind me. Their store sign stated they close at 7pm, but he left at 6:30pm when I left. He knew my phone would not work and left so I could not come back to complain the same day. THIS IS NOT A REAL BUSINESS. I will contact the better business bureau to file a complaint. read more

I am so glad I found EZ Tech! My wife and I had our iPhone 5 screens replaced, and Jose did an amazing job at a much lower price than was offered at any of the other local shops. It's like we both have brand new phones again! He also replaced a broken screen on an older iPhone for a very low price. Not only does he do quality work at a low price, Jose is also a very nice guy and has treated me like a valued customer. Highest marks for EZ Tech! read more

I highly recommend EZ Tech to anyone who needs a quick phone fix. I had shattered my iPhone 4 screen and came here to get the glass replaced; I only had a short half hour wait and then was out the door with the phone and a new screen protector as well for only $55 -- the cheapest that I found in Orange County. Later, I noticed that there was an odd blue tint/reflectiveness to the screen and called them up to ask about it because I had seen reviews warning of low quality glass screens from other repair places that refused to replace them; EZ Tech explained that it must have come from a bad batch, and had me come in later the same day to replace the screen again from a new batch for no charge! Had the original screen not been bad, I would've given 5 stars, but don't let the missing star fool you,the customer service here is incredible. Just make sure you check your screen more carefully than I did on your way out! read more
