First time I went was overcharged for my crack screen. I got a protector for my phone, dude said there is a year warranty! Well I go back last weeek guy no longer works there new guy said no warranty! I had my receipt and all. The protector broke down the center/ better thatthen my phone. Hands down the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. I had my iPhone 5 screen replaced on June 5th as well as adding tempered glass at their recommendation. Within 2 months the screen starting separating from the phone itself. I brought it back and they wouldn't do anything without my receipt. I'm shocked at this day and age a company doesn't have a computer system to look up a receipt. Anyway, I went home and found the receipt and returned. Gavin the technician started working on my phone (replacing the screen for free) but stopped to help another customer with 3 iPhones all the while holding my iPhone carelessly which leads to my main issue....after replacing my screen I left and assumed everything was fine. I plugged in my headphones and they wouldn't work. Nothing, not iTunes, voicemail, etc.... I promptly return and I was told by Gavin he didn't do anything to my phone and couldn't have broken it since he just "replaced the screen". He even told me my earphones must be broken. Gavin begrudgingly opened the display case and tried a new set of earphones. Guess what??? They didn't work either. (please see my reference above about Gavin carelessly handling my phone while talking to another customer). After much debate and a call to his manager Zach, he said there's nothing he can do. I asked to talk to Zach so he called him. Here's the best part....Zach wouldn't talk to me and told Gavin he doesn't talk to customers. Wait it gets better....Moses is another technician and he proceeded to tell me the company is all about "customer service" and making sure the customer is satisfied. At this point I wasn't feeling very "satisfied" since the manager wouldn't even talk to me. Here's the kicker..... Zach told Gavin they'd sell me the phone jack replacement part at HALF PRICE!!! Now I'm really beside myself. Gavin breaks my phone and won't take responsibility for it and now I need to buy a new part? Unfortunately I need my earphone to work and had no choice but to pay the $30 for the replacement part. I asked for Zach's last name and Gavin said he didn't know it. Really??? You don't know your bosses last name? In comes Moses to say how many people at Apple know there bosses last name? This is like a bad sitcom in which I'm the victim! Anyway, I could go on and on but I would simply recommend going upstairs and have Apple replace the screen. Unlike Gavin, Zach, and We Fix It....Apple will actually take responsibility for something they broke. Never again will I go there but I can assure you I'll tell my story many times over! read more

I should have just gone to the Apple store. Replaced my cracked screen and my phone is now ruined. 3 white finger prints on the inside of the glass. But worse, the home button is pushed in. Also, and really awful, the glass surrounding the home button is nowhere near flush; leaving rough and sharp edges. The glass on the L side of the phone is not flush. Chop shop job. A complete waste of money. Will probably need a whole new phone. TERRIBLE decision on my part. read more

The could only repair in Mission Viejo, so they picked up and dropped off in Dana Point. Repair was done nicely and NO added "I forgot" fees. The cost or charge?....well do you want your phone fixed ....it's cheaper than new and safer than buying a 2nd hand when you don't know if stolen. read more

I stopped at the Dana Point location and got my phone fixed quickly and affordably. A piece of my charger broke off into the charging port and got stuck. Had to get an IPhone 7 screen fixed. Called them ahead of time to see which side of the mall to park on and was able to find the kiosk right away (by Cheesecake Factory!). Walked up and told it would take 20 mins. I paid more for my wife's iPhone 6 screen at a different fix your phone type place and that was less damaged than mine. I had a cracked iPad screen repaired here and felt very comfortable with the knowledge, pricing, and integrity from Abdullah and Anthony form the start. Unfortunately, the screen that was used was defective and I did not realize that till I got home as the symptoms did not show till after my iPad was being used for about 10 minutes. I called Abdullah that night and it was clear he was very sorry and asked if he could remedy it the next day. I brought it in and he could not have been more sincerely concerned and took care of replacing a defective screen immediately. Stuff happens...I get that. What this company showed me was a real customer centric attitude and great competence. I would not hesitate to use them again if the need ever arises. He told me that if it started seizing up again he would fix it for no additional charge. I did take it back and Ben was able to fix the problem permanently. Today I took my i pad because the screen had turned strange colors. Once again, Ben was very kind and polite and explained the likely cause. In an hour my ipad was fixed and I was off. This place is thebombDOTcom. I was having problems with my Nexus 5. It kept rebooting over and over and I couldn't get it to stop. I brought the phone in and Daniel helped me out. He was super nice and informative. He figured out that the internal power button (the power button seemed to work fine from the outside) was actually broken and needed to be replaced. This place fixed my phone fast. After it was all said and I done, I did some Googling and found out this was a common problem, but people on message forums were paying $15 - $30 more than I paid for it. read more
