My freezer department was failing to remain frozen. The upper ice maker also had stopped working, but it was a secondary issue. Elad diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate for the freezer department repair. Parts were ordered on a Thursday and the repair was completed on the next Tuesday. Elad also told he believed the ice maker would start working within a week, as he felt the repair completed were related. He also gave me a second estimate in case it didn't but suggested I wait. The ice machine started making ice after 5 days which was a great ending. Very impressed with this company and Elad. I called around to some places, and searched online, and the prices I was quoted at other places were significantly higher. I thought about scrapping my iPad, but it does have some sentimental value since it was bought for me by my husband after I passed my CA real estate license exam. After searching some more, I stumbled upon RXTech Repair in Mission Viejo. I sent a request via their online form, asking if they also service my older model iPad. I received a quick email reply, stating the price for replacing the charging port. I had to make sure it was including both labor and the part, as his price was so much more reasonable than other places! When I told Abdullah I would bring my iPad in, he gave me very detailed directions as to where to find the shop. I'm so glad he did, because it's in a shopping center at the corner of La Paz and Marguerite, and there are several shopping centers around there. Even told me where to park! He told me he would try to look at it later on that day (Friday) since he has shorter hours on Saturday and he's closed on Sunday. Sure enough, it was the charging port. He contacted me later that day, telling me when the iPad would be ready for pickup. I went on Saturday before my open house. Paid cash since I didn't want him to have to pay for credit card fees (even though he doesn't charge extra), and I refused to take the $1 change from the cash I gave him. My iPad now works great! I cracked my iPhone screen pretty badly and needed it fixed. He warranties his work for the lifetime of the phone. The screen isn't from apple but I haven't had any issues so far. It was $200 for my iphone 17 pro. I hope I never crack my screen again, but if I do, I know where Im going.

When my daughter and I first walked in, we were quoted what seemed like a fair and reasonable price to fix her phone. She had saved her own money and was so happy to finally get it repaired. The employee clearly stated the price multiple times, and we left feeling good about the decision. We dropped the phone off and came back later to pick it up. The repair was done, but when it came time to pay, the price was suddenly much higher than what we were quoted. There was no prior call, no explanation, and no attempt to honor the original quote. I immediately questioned it and asked to see the video footage of our initial visit -- with sound -- to verify whether the price had been my misunderstanding or theirs. I made it clear that if the video proved it was my mistake, I was more than willing to pay the difference. Instead, I was given an excuse that it "takes time" to access the video from their Ring camera system. Days passed, and despite me calling multiple times to follow up, no one ever returned my calls or provided the footage. It became obvious they had no intention of resolving the issue or being transparent. To make things worse, we later discovered that the phone's camera stopped working after their repair. I called again to try and address both problems -- the price discrepancy and the new camera issue -- but no one ever answered or got back to me. At this point, it's clear this business operates with zero accountability. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic: quote one price to get the customer in the door, then change it afterward and dodge responsibility when questioned. Adding to the concern, many of the so-called "positive" reviews for this store look suspiciously fake -- vague wording, no details, and profiles with no other review history.
