First time using this company and found using Google/Yelp search. Elad (Tech) responded and serviced my broken Kitchaid refrigerator. He was professional, friendly and respectful of my home. My freezer department was failing to remain frozen. The upper ice maker also had stopped working, but it was a secondary issue. Elad diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate for the freezer department repair. Parts were ordered on a Thursday and the repair was completed on the next Tuesday. Elad also told he believed the ice maker would start working within a week, as he felt the repair completed were related. He also gave me a second estimate in case it didn't but suggested I wait. The ice machine started making ice after 5 days which was a great ending. Very impressed with this company and Elad. It is a pleasant surprise to find a technician with integrity that doesn't make unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend this business and would use them in the future if needed. read more

What really stood out was that he genuinely tried the most affordable solutions first to keep things as cost effective as possible for me. My wife's new iPhone 16 Pro Max had water get into the charging port and it completely shorted out. Unfortunately, her account wasn't synced to iCloud, which meant we were at risk of losing over 1,000 videos and 17,000 photos of our two young boys growing up. That would have been devastating. James was able to recover all of the data. While the recovery wasn't cheap, in the grand scheme of things it was absolutely priceless and worth every penny. On top of that, he also helped diagnose an issue with my laptop and even assisted me in selling my old PS5 for parts on eBay. They even cleaned up my mic and speaker so I could hear and people could hear me. Really took care of my needs and then through in a screen protector at no additional cost. I got more than the work I requested here. I was given a time frame for the job to be done even though they were super busy and they beat the estimated time. When I came in there was another customer getting some computer work done before going back to school and I overheard the knowledgeable conversation including recommendations that didn't make them any extra money but fit the clients needs.
