My freezer department was failing to remain frozen. The upper ice maker also had stopped working, but it was a secondary issue. Elad diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate for the freezer department repair. Parts were ordered on a Thursday and the repair was completed on the next Tuesday. Elad also told he believed the ice maker would start working within a week, as he felt the repair completed were related. He also gave me a second estimate in case it didn't but suggested I wait. The ice machine started making ice after 5 days which was a great ending. Very impressed with this company and Elad. It is a pleasant surprise to find a technician with integrity that doesn't make unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend this business and would use them in the future if needed.

When I returned to ask about the issue, there was no effort to stand behind the repair. I was told it was my fault. I eventually took my phone to the Apple Store, where the technician immediately pointed out that the screen had been improperly installed, including visible gaps around the display, and explained that the repair should not have passed quality standards.

I gave him a call to confirm pricing and it was so simple, and I scheduled him to come to me around 4pm same day. He communicated leading up to the appointment and arrived right to my unit and called when he was downstairs. He evaluated the crack and said to come back in 15 minutes. I came back right at 15 and he was already done, phone screen fixed, and face ID working again! I ended up also getting a screen protector that he put on for me on the spot. I paid in cash as well but venmo was an option which was great if I didn't have cash on me. He was SO friendly, easy to communicate with, and made the process so seamless. The next day, the screen started to glitch and not work, so I brought it in, and that's when he said: "oh the screen also has water damage". Was kinda skeptical as to why he didn't mention that when fixing the Ipad but again, I paid for the screen replacement. Its now a month later and not only is the ENTIRE screen lifting from the titanium base and he says its going to continue to happen because the base is bent (never did he mention that when fixing my Ipad, so now Im thinking he bent it) but he also CRACKED the base where the charging port was replaced (slipped up and admitted to using a cheap part) so even if he does fix the screen. I'll have issues later on about water and dust getting inside the base (check other reviews because this happened to another customer) So now I'm sitting and waiting to talk to this man's boss, who had me call 4 DIFFERENT numbers, he's calling 4 DIFFERENT numbers, including the number you find on Google, trying to get ahold of his boss, and NOTHING. Oh, and he likes to use the excuse that he doesn't know English well and how God is gonna judge me cause he's not a bad person, but he is a SCAM ARTIST.
