My freezer department was failing to remain frozen. The upper ice maker also had stopped working, but it was a secondary issue. Elad diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate for the freezer department repair. Parts were ordered on a Thursday and the repair was completed on the next Tuesday. Elad also told he believed the ice maker would start working within a week, as he felt the repair completed were related. He also gave me a second estimate in case it didn't but suggested I wait. The ice machine started making ice after 5 days which was a great ending. Very impressed with this company and Elad. I thought about scrapping my iPad, but it does have some sentimental value since it was bought for me by my husband after I passed my CA real estate license exam. After searching some more, I stumbled upon RXTech Repair in Mission Viejo. I sent a request via their online form, asking if they also service my older model iPad. I received a quick email reply, stating the price for replacing the charging port. I had to make sure it was including both labor and the part, as his price was so much more reasonable than other places! When I told Abdullah I would bring my iPad in, he gave me very detailed directions as to where to find the shop. I'm so glad he did, because it's in a shopping center at the corner of La Paz and Marguerite, and there are several shopping centers around there. Even told me where to park! He told me he would try to look at it later on that day (Friday) since he has shorter hours on Saturday and he's closed on Sunday. Sure enough, it was the charging port. He contacted me later that day, telling me when the iPad would be ready for pickup. I went on Saturday before my open house. Paid cash since I didn't want him to have to pay for credit card fees (even though he doesn't charge extra), and I refused to take the $1 change from the cash I gave him. My iPad now works great! I cracked my iPhone screen pretty badly and needed it fixed. He warranties his work for the lifetime of the phone. The screen isn't from apple but I haven't had any issues so far.
