I was about to write a review for this UPS store when I came across another review describing an incident that I personally witnessed while standing in line as the next customer. I normally do not read other people's opinions, but I felt this review was unfair and did not present the full situation. I witnessed and heard the entire conversation because I was directly behind the customer in line, waiting while he spent a long time arguing over a small return charge. The customer was upset about being charged for an Amazon return through UPS, while the same return could have been free through Walmart or Whole Foods. The manager calmly tried several times to explain that the charge was related to Amazon's return policy, not the UPS store itself. Unfortunately, the customer was unwilling to listen, became very disrespectful, used inappropriate language, and left angrily. What surprised me most was seeing such a negative review afterward without including the full context. I have personally used this UPS store for years and have always received excellent, professional, and helpful service from the staff. It is disappointing to see them unfairly criticized. read more

Today was a real disappointment! My wife came here to retrieve a package that her and I spent a lot of money on and unfortunately they wouldn't give it to her all because she accidentally spelt her name wrong. She showed her passport to show her name and they still wouldn't give her the package because the passport didn't have her address on it. I hope this location goes out of business!! read more

The woman who manages this location (calls herself Alka) is extremely unkind to elderly women. My wife has been treated poorly on multiple occasions & this evening was no exception. She overcharges for stamps, shipping and other services. We will be contacting cooperate ASAP to file an official complaint. We are telling our friends & neighbors to not use this UPS store. read more

Today I encountered one of the rudest UPS associates. I brought in 3 items to return to Amazon, and one of the items had come in a cardboard box. Normally, they want all of the packaging for returns. This associate told me she couldn't take it, I asked her if she could recycle the box because I had my hands full with my husband and newborn baby in the car. She was beyond rude and told me no. Thanks for the empathy. This behavior falls in line with how other workers treated me when I was 9 months pregnant. Rather than offering to help me they tried to force the self service machine on me. This store has horrible customer service in comparison to many other stores. Your job is to assist customers, not give an attitude when they need help. read more

Be careful getting your fingerprints done here thru the kiosk. My daughter needed to get her fingerprints scanned for a background check for a visa. The lady didn't seem to know what she was doing. It took a good 15 min. After few weeks later, we had not received an email that the report had come back (should take less than a week). So we called accurate biometrics. They had not received them and said they had never been submitted and were probably offline when they did it. I called the ups store and they assured me that they were sent. Not true! Had a hilarious interaction today at this location. I'm reading how customer service sucks. This female employee with glasses asked if I had tape for my package I said no and she said next time I'll have to charge you. Then I noticed her zipper was down so I mouthed to her that her zipper was down so nobody could hear me and she reacted really loud and gave herself away. I must've offended her by letting her know because she didn't notice that I went over to the Amazon return machine and told the other girl that she should have charged me for tape. So, because I told her that her zipper was down she said she should've charged me for tape! I wanted to laugh so bad. I turned around and said my gosh I was just being nice. Then her eyes got all big and she said I was just joking. I said next time I hope nobody tells you. Anyways she was rude and miserable and was taking it out on all her customers. I've used UPS to return my clothing subscription items for many years now, including this location. Today, though, I had a DoorDash driver drop my return off for me. The kid at UPS was refusing to take it, saying that we wouldn't get the money back on the shipping (we don't pay anything for shipping), that the barcode on the bag was unclear and that they wouldn't be able to scan it... And when we questioned him on why we couldn't drop it off as usual, he said, "You know, what? I'm just gonna take this. Have a good day." and HUNG UP. No conversation, no defense of his refusal. Lisa was very helpful and accommodating. I was unaware that my oversized box had to be taped closed by "the customer" (me). She said it's normally a $3 charge but she waived it as a courtesy. I live right across the street so I would have come back to save that money but it was a very friendly courtesy she extended me. Do not do your livescan fingerprinting here. They do not know how the process works and wasted my time this morning. I called ahead to make sure I would be helped right away and turns out I needed to print out something that was never mentioned over the phone call. Waste of time. Incompetent. I went over to Postal Annex down the street and they were able to complete my scan no problem. read more

I do a lot of Amazon returns and this is my go to location in the surrounding area. Shannon is awesome, but Shannon also gets bad reviews for her customer service. She's not a bubbly person, but Shannon does her job and tells you how it is. She once told me that I packaged my return wrong and why if the barcode says no box no label, I have leave as is so that they can put it in an ear plastic bag for return. I'm always happy to see Shannon at the front desk. Whatever you do, avoid the UPS location in Foothills ranch. read more

I went there late this afternoon, along with 10-15 other people. I had to get an ink rolled finger prints and that takes time. There were three people working and they kept the flow of customers moving with courtesy and a smile. Their job isn't easy, especially at that hour when everyone is tired after work, but these three kept everything moving. They were fantastic and if you need anything they do, go there, you won't be disdisappointed! read more

I frequent this store for dropping off assorted packages, and doing Amazon shipping returns. I have to say that Lisa went above and beyond for me the other day. They were a few minutes past closing, and she processed a return for me and even taped up an open box that should've been packaged by me. I wasn't sure how I was going to package and send an item I had and I went into this UPS store for a quick quote. The lady behind the counter, Lisa, greeted me with a friendly smile and was extremely knowledgeable and informative. She was able to make me feel at ease while she meticulously packaged my fragile item and made sure it would not break! She even got me a great deal on the shipping! I was happy to find out she was also a notary so I can get all my forms notarized by her with ease and way cheaper then the mobile notary was going to be! read more

the owner , black hair woman is extremely rude . she never greets customer not even an fake smile. always in rush. this store has had a lot of great employees but they only last a few weeks . if you ask her any question she sometimes doesn't answer or if she ever does ,she angrily want to answer to humiliate you. especially if you have amazon return packages. She also pushes you ALWAYS TO BUY SOMETHING , when just returning your AMAZON PACKAGES And if you don't she gets really upset & gives you a dirty look. i found another ups store not too far , in front of albertsons in MUIRLAND , the owner man is very pleasant and polite & courteous. still the best amazon , fedex, return package store ( used to be ups but now she accepts & sells fedex services too) is on el toro road , ROCKFIELD ( in the same shopping center big old 99 store was located -cross the street from DUNKIN DONUT & mexican fast food ): the owner , young lady gives the most outstanding , friendly ,polite service possible. on scale of one to ten , her service and professionalism is twenty. read more

Terrible customer service experience! They consistently impose arbitrary rules, like charging $10 to tape a box lid when the entire tape roll costs $3. Today i had big heavy boxes that i brought them in with a dolly and the old lady at the front refuses me to bring the dolly inside because she said "it will ruin her carpet" while the ups guy loading the boxes from inside of the store on his dolly haha. Its a joke! This store is totally a joke. I also had two boxes shipping together and she refuses again to ship them because they are having same shipping labels. I asked how ups could deliver the packages to me with the same label and now you cant ship them out with the same label? She responded, " i Don't care how they shipped it to you" Great job UPS. I was making a simple return for my stitch fix that is always a UPS drop off no problems. Today however I had DoorDash take my stitch fixed to this location and The Man refused to return it so I had him talk to me on the phone and he literally was flipant and then hung up on me when I told him that he needed to take it. do not use this UPS. read more

Get in , no one great you or even acknowledge you. 3 people busy with one customer in the phone, finally getting to you , instead of been helpful , first thing they said you need a package for that and you can buy it, instead of saying the package you have need a extra box would you like to get it back with the box or you want us to provide it to you. This UPS Store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any retail type store. AVOID THIS UPS AT ALL COSTS. I ship packages for my job daily and unfortunately this is the most convenient UPS Store however, I'm done giving them any of my business. The staff are all extremely rude and look miserable. They make you wait outside even if you are holding heavy packages or it's raining. They try to charge you for 1 inch pieces of packing tape and yet the packing slips for shipping labels are free? How does that make any sense. They also refuse to give me an Express pak when I have a next day air shipping label. (It is UPS policy to give them out for free if you have a next day air label and yet they refuse which literally goes against their own policy!) I am appalled by the service this UPS Store gives. I get in line happy as can be and in the 5 minutes I'm in the store, it ruins the day because of how extremely rude the staff is. They had a "now hiring" sign up for a while and I thought it would get better but instead the already rude staff decided to hire even more rude staff... read more

Amazon returns? No problem. For some Amazon orders that were damaged or missing items, my family has gone to this UPS store for returns. On one of my visits, I incorrectly said that the package did not need to be packed. The patient staff member explained that it actually did need to be customer packed and pointed it out clearly on the return label. The worker also offered to help me tape one of my packages shut by purchasing the tape they offered in the store and keep the rest of the unused tape. This is a better deal than the fee that I would have had to pay for them to pack it once for me. Overall, haven't had any problems with this location besides the wait. Sometimes there will be a small line out the door. All the staff that I've met here have been professional and efficient. read more
