DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! I would give a 0 star if possib I am not a complainer by any means, but my experience here was so horrible. The prices here are so atrociously high for no reason and the wait was horridly long. I normally go to Staples for my printing needs, but I decided to visit here since I live a few minutes away, but after today, I will gladly drive out of my way for Staples to avoid having to come here. After waiting 10 minutes in line, I was told to email my file to the store. In the few seconds I took to do that, the employee helped the woman behind me in line, who had a very complex shipping need out of country. While she was calling her husband to figure out the answers to the questions, the employee looked at me but did not resume helping me even though my need was a lot quicker and I was there first. While waiting another 20 minutes for her to finish, another employee came out to help the person behind me in line, despite me being before everyone else. When it was finally my turn, they charged me a $3.99 "one hour computer use" fee for the SOLE act of them pulling up my file (that I used my own devices to send over) to print my one piece of paper ($0.99). This was so ridiculously overpriced as I did not even use their computer yet I got charged for the sole act of them using the store computer to print out my paper. After waiting 30-40 minutes and spending $5 to print a SINGULAR piece of paper, I saw that there was a line almost out the door of people trying to ship their packages. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience here, and am extremely disappointed in UPS for trying to make a quick buck off their customers. read more

Best Customer Service Hands Down! And I mean all time not just UPS stores. I'm not at all surprised by their yelp rating as I haven't had one negative experience here. Tonight is a perfect example. I needed to ship something out and despite being busy and with the store about to close, I was greeted with such a warm and inviting approach. Mina (hopefully spelling the name right) walked me through the process, answered all my questions and provided guidance on what was the best options. Such an amazingly positive/upbeat approach to work. Meanwhile I noticed another employee helping a customer with her hands full with the Amazon self service kiosk. Then also he carried a heavy box to a customers car. I later found out his name is Joe. He is the one I normally interact with and just is a class act. Always greeting everyone and just doing his best to be helpful while brightening someone's day. This may seem like an over embellishment but I literally have the UPS store near our old place a 1 star last year because every time I went in there it was a nightmare where customers were confronted with hostility. This is easily the best experience one can have when dealing with shipping and receiving. No matter what day or time, the consistency and quality of their customer service is something one must experience. Incredible service and amazing human beings. I had a large box to return to Amazon. After lifting it out of my trunk and using the UPS dolly, I got it inside. Only then did I realize I had forgot the printed barcode and my cell phone! They let me keep the package there while I went home, got the barcode and my phone. Returned to find out I had started the wrong kind of Amazon return. Nina was wonderful and guided me through canceling and restarting the return process. As soon as she had a barcode she could use, she handed me my receipt and I was on my way. I really hate to pull my earlier 5 star review on this business. However this last visit was negative and there are too many locations to go to in order to avoid bad service. What happened? I was waiting in line patiently. An employee (Brunette tattoos) wasn't paying attention and looked right passed me and allowed someone to go in front of me - I'm a big guy hard to miss. Anyways I politely smiled to get her attention - nada - no apologies nothing. So I waited. Anyway - typical Amazon return scenario. The instructions said the UPS location would package and label the item - we all know how this works. This employee said she would be refusing the return even though she admitted the instructions did say the UPS store would be packing and labeling the item for the Amazon return. It wasn't that big - just a couple of pillows with the air taken out for easy packaging. So she said they didn't have any boxes and I would need to pay for a box. I realized I needed to cut my losses and go to another store. FYI - I went to the UPS store in Woodbury - down the street. They took the return without issue. When I shared what happened they were pretty surprised this location refused to do a pack and label ‍. Anyways - I have a new location in Woodbury Irvine and it will be worth the extra distance to get quick excellent service read more

Five Stars are for Mina and Joe's attention to detail, knowledge, and amazing customer service skills. I went in for passport photos back in January. Mina immediately greeted me with a warm hello upon entering the store. I asked about passport photos and she was really thorough sharing the visual guidelines to ensure it would be approved and not get returned. I'm very grateful for her. Mina is wonderful. I went in to ship a large box last week. Joe was super kind and let us use the dolly and offered to help my husband bring the item from our car. He was extremely informative and made sure I understood their shipping insurance policy with pre-packaged non-UPS boxes. Joe was very friendly throughout the entire process. I called today to double check I didn't mix up any of the information he provided last week as I want to bring in another shipment. He immediately asked if last week's package arrived to the desired location. I could tell he was being genuine and wanted to make sure everything was okay. I needed to make a return at a UPS store and I looked up the store that has the best ratings. The Jamboree Road in Tustin had a five star rating, so I decided to take my return to that store. Once I arrived Joe, the manager of the store greeted me immediately and asked if I needed any assistance carrying in my package which he kindly went out to my car and took into his store, and processed the label promptly. Joe introduced himself to me, shook my hand, asked for my name and invited me back to the store for any future services with a friendly smile.I wanted to make sure that this store stays with a five star plus rating. This is my absolute go-to place for all my UPS shipping needs! It's located in the Tustin Ranch Plaza between to Ralphs/Rite-Aid. The workers are always super friendly and helpful no matter how busy they get. Yep there's circles on the ground for social distancing waiting from the entrance but usually goes really fast. They do have notary service here also and PO boxes for rent if you need. Note this is also a local Amazon return site for label-less shipping. Just bring your item and show them your barcode and they'll handle the rest with boxing and shipping it back to Amazon. read more

As I was opening the door and trying to bring in an oversized package, Joe walked over quickly to relieve me and picked up the box like it weighed nothing. (He later advised me not to "pivot" the box because it will cause problems during transit.) Not only did Joe save me the trouble by putting the package on the scale, but he also helped his coworker Tyler B. This employee politely asked for my preprinted shipping label, scanned it, registered the weight and provided me confirmation of the package dropoff. He also provided clear, plastic sleeves for the label and commercial documents... and wrapped the package one more time for my peace of mind. This UPS Store is conveniently located between Tustin and Irvine. In addition the staff are more cheerful than the other UPS Store in the area, which I used five years ago. Joe takes a very personal approach with the people that walk in there; I was shocked the first instance he greeted me by name, because I at the time hadn't popped in all that much. And Michael is the go-to guy for complex shipments. Today I walked up to him with tens of thousands of dollars of stuff (some of it oversize) to ship out to four separate locations and was there at the desk for almost 2 hours being helped but in the hands of someone less on top of it, it could have taken all day! Came here for a live scan. It was crowded and there was a bit of a wait. I stayed distracted/by watching Michael absolutely kill it with all of the customers. He does a fantastic job at everything, always has a pleasant outlook on life, makes me laugh and works well under pressure.
