I had a very poor experience at this UPS Store. I arrived before the posted 7:00 p.m. closing time, but the store had already closed early. When I tried to address the issue, the staff was rude and dismissive. One employee even had the nerve to ask me whether I was a manager and whether I knew how to run a store. No, I am not a manager of a UPS Store, but I have worked in some form of customer service for several years, and I do know that if a customer arrives before the posted closing time, they should be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Closing early and then being rude to a customer who arrived during business hours is unacceptable. At minimum, this location should honor its posted hours and train its staff on how to handle customers respectfully. read more

I went in with 5 packages on 3/19/26 2 were Amazon returns 3 were personal Employee CINDY had the nastiest attitude. As soon as I step in she says I'm using the wrong boxes (express instead of ground like my label says) and that they won't move because of that. She rambles on and on and I'm keeping my cool bc my baby is with me. She at the end says I'll do it for you this one time but next time no. Okay so, she has the authority to make the boxes ship even in wrong box? Ok Cindy Makes sense. Then for my Amazon returns I had already packed those and she says you're not even supposed to pack these it says it on your instructions and she starts ripping my stuff out of their packages. I ship out multiple times a month and never has anyone been so nasty about what kind of boxes I'm shipping in. She's even saying stuff like "nothing in this life is free"?! Like WHAT? This place sucks and is a ripoff. First off, they won't let you ship on behalf of a company account for "security reasons" when FedEx will do it no problem. They also charge you $3 for a single piece of tape for a pre-paid return... again, FedEx does this for free. I will not be using this UPS location ever again. read more

This place has return features unique from other UPS Stores. A self-service station in case the staff are busy. The associate was nice to help show me how it works. Had package shipped to store by the company I purchased product from instead of shipping to my home. Charged $10 nuisance fee that they do not disclose before releasing my package. Spoke to company shipping product to this UPS store and they confirmed this fee was not disclosed. When I complained the store employee snottily said I should have checked their store website before using them. Trust me I will never use UPS again. read more

Argell is simply a laid back guy. As all people should be. Literally the type of guy I would hire. Dude doesn't make things complicated at all. His job is to get you outta there fast whether you're buying something or dropping off a package. Give him a raise. I've only ever done a return here but it was very quick and the young gentleman helping me was really sweet and fast. I was in and out in about 2 minutes. The store was clean, of course they had all the packaging materials you can need and while we waited for the receipt to print I was asked if I needed stamps, I didn't even know they sold stamps so that's cool! read more

I normally don't write reviews, but I was taken back on how good my visit was today at this UPS store. First, the store was very clean and organized. I went there in the morning so, the store wasn't that busy I had the pleasure to be helped by Vanessa. She greeted me with a smile and was very helpful and thorough explaining the different ways they charge for shipping. Not once did I feel rushed while I was being helped by Vanessa. I usually use this location for all my shipping. I have had no problems with the customer service. However, I shipped a return through this location and they contacted me to let me know that the package had been damaged by them. They asked for receipt of my purchase which I sent immediately. Never heard back. I had to contact them and ask for an update. They said they never received my email. Weird. You received all my other emails no problem. I went in person and STOOD THERE while I resent the email to verify it was received. The girl at the counter told me the manager would be in touch in about three business days. Never heard back. I had to follow up AGAIN. Now the manager is saying that too much time has passed and the window to file a claim has closed. And now I'm out money because of the negligence of this manager? Lovely. Wish the store would just issue my return since they messed up this whole process and destroyed my package in the first place. read more

I felt like an idiot and my time was wasted. Had I not been able to mail my package at all I would have given one star. Here's what happened: I arrive at the store and notice a large sign stand nearly blocking entry to the open door: the large sign stated: "WAIT HERE until you are called. DO NOT ENTER THE STORE. MASKS ARE REQUIRED." I'll admit, I thought it sounded a bit strange. But as a small business associate I understand the importance of rules for the customers. So, I followed the rules. I stood outside for a good 5 minutes like an idiot. After the 5 minutes another customer parked and just walked right on in. No waiting outside, and NO MASK. The employees gave her no trouble even though she clearly cut me in line and wasn't wearing a mask. So, I took my mask off that I guess I didn't need to wear (I'm fully vaccinated, btw) and went in to wait behind the customer who came in after me. As expected with my luck, the customer who cut me took FOREVER. I wasted so much time. I'm sorry that this review had to turn political regarding the pandemic. I really thought this was behind us but I guess it's not. THE STORE SHOULD NOT BE DISPLAYING THE SIGN UNLESS THEY ARE ENFORCING IT. I thought this location would be a convenient alternative for my Amazon return and USPS drop off in one spot. After waiting in a long line, I was greeted by a woman at the counter. I stated my two service needs, an Amazon return and advice on mailing a large envelope. The return was fine. For the envelope, I asked if they sold stamps. She weighed the envelope and said, "that will be about 10 stamps," then she rattled off that they sold stamps in books of 10, 20, and 100. The total for my 10 stamps...$12!!!! Wait, a stamp is only 68 cents! I was aware of the long line behind me, so carried on. But, a 75% up charge for their serviice fee? After going to the post office to mail an identical envelope (same exact size and weight), the postage fee was $3.55, which is 6 stamps, not 10...and certainly not $12.00. I won't be back. read more

I used to like this location, people are friendly, warm, and corteous. Today, everything changed. The rudest person I have ever talked in my life. I dropped off a packet, got a receipt, but it didn't get registered at the system. So, I called and asked, she kept repeating the info that I already knew, and didn't address my main question. Has been rude since the very second she picked up the call, and getting more and more rude towards the end. Update: The business owner responded promptly to the original review, I appreciate the response. So I went to the store, Vanessa and Cindy helped me. I believe Cindy is the manager. Both of them are very nice and courteous. Cindy is very knowledgeable, she explained that for Amazon return packages, they're consolidated into a bigger box, thus the tracking won't get updated for individual items until they arrive at Amazon Warehouse. She suggested me to call UPS number, I told her I did, but the automated system didn't allow me to talk to a live person. She asked me to pick up the package if I am not happy with her answer. Good thing I found a Tech Support number on UPS website, and he is super friendly, courteous, and helpful. Seriously, I hope I won't encounter this rude lady in person next time I drop off package in this location. And I hope she won't hurt other customers with her obnoxious manner like she did to me. Update: I upgraded to 4 stars. I went to the store. Vanessa and Cindy helped me, they're very nice, warm, courteous, and professional. Cindy seems to be the manager as she is very knowledgeable. She explained that for Amazon return packages, they're being consolidated into a bigger box. Thus, the tracking update will happen after they arrive at Amazon Warehouse.
