Due to a horrible experience I had at a UPS store in Anaheim, I did a Yelp search for local UPS stores and came across this one with positive reviews. It's located on the corner of 4th and Tustin behind a gas station and next to Subway. I walked in and asked the nice Asian lady behind the counter if I could print out my shipping label and she kindly said I could e-mail the shipping label to the store's e-mail and she'll print it out for me for $2. I also needed a box to ship my item in which was a bit bulky and heavy and she took a few measurements and found the biggest box she had. She said she wouldn't charge me for packing the item for me which was nice. The cost of the box plus the $2 printing fee came out to $13 which is a bit much, but I had a deadline to send this out and my printer at home was out of ink so I was fine with it. I'd recommend getting a shipping bag or packing stuff on your own at home, but if you're in a crunch this store will get it done for you. The store was very clean, smelled fine, parking was plentiful and easy to find and there's not really much traffic coming through this shopping center so it's a low stress experience. Definitely would go back here again for any UPS related shipping needs.

Do not go here. If you need a shipping label printed, they charge $2.00 to use the computer, plus additional $0.25. $2.00 to print a label?! This isn't an Internet cafe in Europe in the 90's. We are 6 days into "safer at home" mandate for COVID-19, so professionals like myself are not allowed into their usual office, hence no access to a printer. I asked the woman twice if she could make an exception since this is a hard time for everybody, and both times she ignored me. I had no other choice but to pay the fee. Terrible business decision, cold heart, zero compassion for the community. This place should not survive the

For the notary, they were careful and detail-oriented. When it came to my baby's passport photo, they initially suggested taking the photo at home since it can be easier for babies. However, when I arrived, they were more than willing to try taking the photo there--and my baby did just fine. The photo was printed within about ten minutes and it cost $18.31 for two copies of 2x2. This price is reasonable compared to other places. The staff member who helped us was very kind and patient with both me and my baby. I also noticed they assist with TSA PreCheck processing, which is super convenient. The location is clean, the staff are helpful, and I highly recommend Postal Annex for notary services, passports, and shipping needs.

I needed a Chinese visa and the photos that you need for that are quite specialized and a…read moresmaller/different size than a regular passport photo. I had heard that PostalAnnex specialized in multiple sizes passport and visa photos (Postal Annex came recommended to me for Chinese Visas - you can even pay them to fill out and submit the application for you! But I opted to do it myself but I still needed the photo). I called just to make sure and they told me they indeed do passport and visa photos (including for China) and when I asked if I needed to make an appointment - they said "no you can just show up anytime during opening hours but it's good to come at least 15 minutes before closing because the whole process takes about 15 minutes) When I showed up there was plenty of parking (it is located on the intersection of Culver and Irvine Center Drive in the main shopping center across from the McDonalds. There was also a sign on the window advertising that they do photos and the Chinese Visas so that was a good sign. The man who took my photo was very nice and knowledgeable - I liked that he seemed very experienced and had done a ton of these before. I also liked how he showed me my photo to make sure I liked it for final approval before he just printed it. You give them your email address for the digital copy and then you also get 2 printed photos for $24.99 which came to about $26 after tax. I just waited in the store (they have 3 chairs you can wait in and have a fridge with drinks to purchase too - or you can walk around the center while you wait). The woman Amrit who works there was also very reassuring and friendly and super helpful as was the man (whose name I didn't get). I chose this location because the other Postal Annex has received some negative Yelp reviews for unfriendly service but at this location (15333 Culver Dr) the service was OUTSTANDING and I will be coming here for all my future passport and visa photo needs! (They also do mailing, have mailboxes, etc.)

Since the new owner took over, the level of professionalism and reliability has changed dramatically. My last three visits in November were all problematic. On one morning, the owner arrived about eight minutes late, and another customer was waiting with me. On the other two mornings, I arrived at 9:00 AM (their posted opening time) and the store was still closed at around 9:12 AM. I never saw the owner arrive on those days, and I eventually had to leave because I couldn't wait indefinitely. I have photos documenting these late openings. These late openings were not isolated mistakes. They formed a clear pattern over multiple visits. After failing to pick up my mail during these three visits, I stopped going in person because I could no longer trust that the business would open at its posted hours. Because of these repeated delays, I asked the new owner to confirm a 9 AM pickup time for my remaining mail. I wasn't asking for anything outside their posted business hours. I even gave a wide range of possible days. Despite that, my messages were ignored for two full business days, even though I replied within a couple of hours during their business hours. When I finally received a response, it was a single word "Monday" with no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the previous delays or missed openings. The communication was consistently cold, minimal, and unprofessional. Update: I went in on 1/26/2026 to pick up my remaining mail. The owner arrived at 8:58 AM, and I was finally able to collect everything. I asked for a one‑month refund because I was unable to access my mailbox on two separate mornings in November. I waited until around 9:10-9:12 AM both times, and the store never opened while I was there. When I requested a refund, the owner responded by saying, "I called you," even though I never spoke with her. Regardless of whether she called, the issue was that I physically showed up during posted business hours and could not access the mailbox I was paying for. The time I lost waiting outside cannot be recovered, and her response showed no understanding of that point. This experience is completely different from the reliable service I received for years under the previous owners. After 8-9 years as a customer, I ultimately decided to cancel my account because the service under the new ownership no longer meets basic expectations. Everything in this review is based on my actual experience, with photos and message timestamps to support it. I also want to note that the current 4.6 rating on Yelp was built over many years by the previous owners, George and Kay, who were consistently reliable and professional. My recent experience reflects the new ownership, not the service that earned those earlier reviews.

The lady who did my fingerprints was very sweet and helpful. There was a guy there who I guess was like a security guard kind of a guy just not really in a security guard uniform who was basically just there to make sure I don't cause harm or whatever but he was I guess not overtly aggressive or anything, I just thought maybe he didn't read the clues very well and could've been a bit more friendly towards me. The cost of the fingerprinting isn't relevant to Orange Hill Mailbox but it wasn't bad, at $39 per set. It was an interesting drive to a new area for me!

Emad was kind, patient and helpful. He gave me suggestions, advice, and insights all within my business budgets. I was very pleased to hear what his price quote was. I assumed it was going to be much more expensive than it was. It turns out they are cheaper than their competitors with better care and faster services. All of the competitors slowly got back to me with double and triple the price quotes than The UPS Store and not within my time frame of expectancy. Emad was kind to text examples of what my company's cards would look like previously to printing the 100 cards that I purchased. I was so happy and surprised that it was so simple. The quality of service and business needs are exceptional. My services here were met way beyond what I could have imagined. It was fast and easy. Highly recommended and highly appreciated! If you want exceptional and same day services, I highly suggest talking to Emad at this location to help you meet your business project needs.
