Ordered my art pieces to be printed the night before I needed it at an exhibition and I was super worried that it would not be printed on time plus it was my first time printing here. But they were very accommodating and were able to print my artworks on time for me! :) My artworks were pretty big pieces and when I went to FedEx and Staples to print them they told me it'll be ready after the time I would've needed it, so this was definitely a life savior. I wasn't sure about measurements but they helped me over the phone to fix them for me and the quality of the poster paper is amazing. Zee has serious psychological issues. Read the other negative reviews. They mirror my exact experience. I am glad Irvine Printing didn't have any of my money so it was easy to walk away. Being a buyer at this facility is a set up for ongoing massive verbal and psychological abuse... abuse that someone in your circle will have to pick up your pieces and sterilizing your wounds. My wife's business needed a large vinyl banner and we looked at several options. Most quoted several days for the job and a rather large fee after a website inquiry through email. Too much work, time and money for my taste. I also prefer to deal with local vendors as a small businessperson. Irvine Printing made it easier. I was able to get a quote in the middle of the night from their website by entering the specs of the banner. Submit the artwork overnight. I received a proof the following morning and picked up the banner the same day! The followup was fantastic and so was the product! Terrible customer service. Owner was very rude just because I had asked to check to see my final printed posters. They were partially wrapped together with a small thin strip of Saran Wrap and he said I was being wasteful, then started to get very agitated, and proceeded to tell me my project wasn't a luxury. I calmly tried to explain that this was a personal project very important to me, but he immediately dismissed me, and told me to go to Kinkos or elsewhere. All you have to do is create an account on thier website, upload your jpg/pdf, select the types of items you need (i.e. size, print material, etc.), indicate the time you need it, quantity, and pay. I had a last minute idea of printing a 3' x 6' vinyl poster for a birthday. I uploaded it at 11am, and it was ready for pick up by 3pm. I was able to have someone else pick it up for me with no problem. The print quality was superb! Of course, if you have multiple prints, do allow some time for them to complete the job. For the last 3 years I have used another banner printing service who has been great and affordable but this year I made a mistake, sent the wrong file, and received a banner I had done last year.... I was in a huge bind because our opening day was in 2 days... I reached out to my usual printer and they unfortunately could not get me the banner in time for our event... I like using small printing companies like this because they truly care about you and serving you. Our company (KPC Products) had our show booth done here and was extremely satisfied here. So, when we decided to print some marketing materials, we decided to give give them a shot at it. We called FedEx, which was a pain in the a*s. There was only one problem, we asked them to print our personalized letters in color, but when we open the box it was black & white. However, when we called them, they apologized and say they are will reprint the letters now and have it ready by tomorrow. Pros: 1. Best price in town. Beats another competitor as much as $85 on at $285 print job. 2. Quick turn around. Uploaded the file at 3pm, the order is ready for me the next day. 3. Go beyond for the customers. My PDF files have unsightly borders. I didn't want to spend more money to print on larger papers and cut the papers afterwards. So I told them it's OK and go head and print the borders. To my surprise they manually remove the borders from every page of the PDF files for me. That is what you called "going an extra mile for your customers". Also my quote was only for color front cover, and they included a color back cover for me at no extra charge. Cons: 1. Yes, they are not the most professional when it comes to communication. But they are very straightforward to deal with. I needed a large custom printed prototype flag, rectangular with a pole slot and I needed it within a few days. Unprofessional! Worst customer service!! The owner, zee is extremely rude. While we discovered mistakes on the print, we called to figure out what happened. And of course, zee went on & on that it was our mistake. He even said he noticed the mistakes & went on to print anyway. No courtesy call to us just to double check if that was what we wanted. He said it's our responsibility to get it right. And they just print! Now get this....I went over there to figure out what happened and to get a reprint. And of course, hoping they can share the responsibility of owning that they should've at least called us when they saw the problem. Also to make sure the next print will come out the way it should be. What comes next was purely unprofessional. He said every time he opens file from different computers, the file will look different. And just because it appears good on the computer, it doesn't mean it will print how it looks. What the hell!!! Then why do we even use these guys for!!! I would hope if I go to a professional printing company, they will at least print what appear on screen or at least pretty damn close to it. I have mixed feelings about this place. The owner is relatively friendly and talkative to the customers, but sometimes he'll switch it up and start yelling and cursing at his employees. It sounds really nasty and I feel out of place. Sometimes I'm worried that he'll get impatient with me (customer). But he is patient with his customers. He has taught me some formatting issues for printing off of indesign. He was probably patient because 1) im a customer 2) Im still learning the program - a student. But I have had to wait for hours for my print job to be finished. Guess you can say they dont always get things done on time. Maybe they dont have enough staff supporting him especially with the new print shop they opened up in Garden Grove. So in that sense, service is not always great. Zee is good to point out where you can save some money or if your job is not formatted right. He's a "live wire" - and has been great with me and my employees. I go to this printer because they are local and have a lot of print offerings. James is the younger guy who manages the orders and the front office. He is pretty friendly and helpful. I've had to print some business cards at this location for one of my companies I consult for and they are pretty good at delivering quality products on the time frame that they promise. Be aware that they are priced a little on the higher end however and they don't give any discounts (at least from my experience). Oh yeah and they have a surcharge if you use AMEX. Boo. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered!!! The owner Zee was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I had been corresponding with him for a week to try to get cards printed and AFTER I pay the invoice and send him EVERYTHING he asked for, including mailing him a physical copy of the example for the business cards we need printed he informs me there was a sizing problem and he cannot get the job done. Again, this was after he had confirmed everything was good to go and basically I'd have them in my hand by Friday. When I called the next day to discuss and understand the problem he completely went off on me. He began to cuss at me and tell me how he hates working with lawyers, doctors, and other professionals because we are "too demanding." I maintained respect and composure throughout the entire interaction so his insults and disrespect was entirely uncalled for and really took me off guard. He proceeded to hang up on me after yelling at me very furiously. I tried calling back a few times because I was so surprised by his reaction and I wanted to know what would happen with the money we had already paid him to complete the job and he constantly answered and hung up. This behavior and situation was incredibly uncalled for and the amount of disrespect he gave me really surprised me on how he's still in business. I am very upset by this entire experience and don't feel I did anything to get the response I got. Please save your time and money and AVOID COMING HERE!!! Terrible terrible experience and service!
