Moe and Team went above and beyond to accommodate us for our Disneyland Shirt plan. We gave the team our design, specified color, and an expected date for getting these to us and not only did they send it out about a week early, but they also shipped and packed everything neatly. I ordered a few customized Christmas sweaters for the family this past December and I couldn't be happier with the service and the results. I reached out on Yelp at the start of the month to request a quote. I provided details on what I needed and was met with very prompt and helpful replies from Moe. After a few email exchanges I placed the order and within 10 days received my sweaters in time to wrap and place under the tree. The family loved the sweaters. We wear them constantly, even now. They're super comfy and even after several washes the iron on has remained intact. This is our third time ordering from them. PreCovid we would get them done at the Main Place Mall but now that it was all digital, I was a little hesitant. But I'm glad I went with them. Everyone loves the sweaters. My sister was graduating and I wanted to make sure she knew how proud we were of her. I had shirts printed with her face and some text - "new grad who dis" on several different colors - pink, blue, green, orange. The print was very high quality. The shirts were vibrant colors. I really loved how they turned out. Amina was my contact and she was very responsive via text and phone call. She even called me to let me know that she thought the white text would stand out more than black text. And I'm really glad we went with her suggestion. I usually order my kid's birthday shirts off of Etsy. I spend a ton of money on shipping and it takes around 3-4 weeks to get it. Well thanks to Customized Apparel I will never have to do that again! Amina responded immediately to my request on Yelp. The price was super reasonable AND she said I could pick it up same day! When I arrived Amina was so helpful and personable. Great customer service for sure. I always want to make custom shirts for so many occasions but it's always so pricey and I hate waiting weeks to get it. I also like the fact that I can bring my own t-shirts in don't have to worry about the material or fit. I'm so excited to finally find Customized Apparel. These guys are amazing!! I tried calling other businesses that wouldn't take me in since their "minimum limit is 12 pieces" and some others provided me with quotes that are 5x what customized apparel quoted me. I came in with 2 Jerseys and the owner was super patient and spent time looking up the exact font I wanted to print out. They have a very welcoming attitude and are very very nice people! I told them I wanted the jerseys same day and they literally printed both in less than 5 minutes and on top of that they gave me a discount! The print turned out to be amazing and you can tell the vinyl being used is top of the line. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great quality prints! Amina made the process easy and fun for us. Moe/owner responds quickly via messenger with a no problem attitude so we drove 40 minutes to them. We left within an hour with 2 beautiful custom shirts!! Easy 5 stars. Moe was SUPER responsive, not pushy, and respectfully answered every email I sent him. Since I'm not a pro in the art/print world, the questions were plentiful and I never felt discouraged from inquiring to make sure my order was fulfilled to my satisfaction. Moe's quote and time to fulfill were spot on, and my order was PERECT (sizes, design, etc). Although there was a hiccup with one of the jerseys (not their fault), and would have been delayed past the date I needed them, Moe went to a store and personally picked up a jersey and met up with me on a weekend to make sure he met our deadline. Bottom line: Customized Apparel is legit and take pride in their name and more importantly their customers. I appreciate them and can't wait to give them more business. It was Halloween day and my husband and I still had no costume. We decided to put something together last minute but we needed a shirt screen printed. I walked in here on Halloween around 1pm and told the employee exactly what I wanted and asked if it could be delivered same day. This company truly delivered! I started out my order process by emailing them with my MANY questions, and they were very prompt with their responses which is an A+. I got to the kiosk at opening and I met Amina who was amazing! She went above and beyond with my shirts, and made sure I was satisfied with my sizing and placement of my design. The quality was crisp and it was such a quick process, considering that I stood with her for 25 minutes as she made my SIX shirts. Prices were reasonable and affordable as well. Now I understand why they have 5 stars!!! Before ordering I called around to shop for pricing and gauge customer service over the phone. By far a lot of the print shops in Irvine either were snooty, acted like we were bothering them or charged crazy fees and overpriced. But after speaking with Amina I knew she was the one I wanted to do business with. This order was 300 shirts for the one of the top 500 Fortune companies in a short timeframe so let's just say it was not an easy task with intricate designs, specified colors and a lot of special requests. Amina was an excellent communicator, stayed in touch the whole time, made exceptions for us, and on top of that was so sweet and friendly. My GF came to this kiosk as a curiosity for designing a sweater for my bday. Well let me tell you that they have great customer service and the quality on the printing is amazing!! I have washed my sweater more than 6 times, it has not lost it's color and the printing has stayed on very well compared to a few I have bought from zumies. Sunil and Amina are amazing!! Amina answered all of my initial questions over the phone about our custom T-shirt order and was really, truly nice about everything!! I called her so many times to ask questions and she was super patient with me every time. When we got to the kiosk, we met Sunil, who took care of printing our shirts. Sunil has an expert eye for design and he made sure we were completely happy with how the print looked and its placement before he moved forward with the process. Since we brought our own shirts, he even made sure that the shirt wouldn't be damaged by the heat beforehand. He stayed long after the mall had closed to finish our order and he handled each and every shirt with extreme detail and care. I called the company on the weekend when their site said they were closed but they still picked up the phone. When I asked if they could provide the service I needed in the short time frame instead of just saying "No" or trying to pressure sell me on their company they listened to what I needed then referred me to another company where they felt I could get what I needed in my timeframe. The first business I did with them was screenprinting a wetsuit that turned out perfectly and has lasted through multiple Tough Mudder races. They've also done some other off-the-wall items like vinyl decals, pouches, etc. Bottom line: Good people and good work. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

Pretty terrible experience. I tried to set up an order I was…read morehoping to pick up 5 days later. This was already considered a rush order that came with additional fees. After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! I messaged them through yelp on a sunday inquiring about the price and they responded pretty quickly despite the shop technically being closed. I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures.
