I had to get some architectural plans printed to scale and my contractor said he usually just goes to FedEx Kinkos. I hesitated because over the years I've had very negative customer service experiences with the one on Katella and Tustin Ave in Orange. Same happened when I called them about this print job and I will never go back to them. So I found AAA Blueprint & Digital Reprographics and they were extremely customer-service friendly and helpful. They even called and emailed me to verify one of the pages that was slightly off to confirm how I wanted it printed instead of assuming. And has the job done within 20 minutes! Needed a "city stamped" set of 24x36 plans for the job site. Called ahead, they said 10-15 minutes, and were done! Very friendly. Even gave me a discount on the color price because it was just the city stamp that was colored. Got a B&W set for even less, so I had something to write on for "as built".They even had a candy dish while I waited! read more

I went to have some oversized documents scanned. The place was easy to find and parking was OK and the service was good. I went online first for pricing information and the owner returned my query very quickly. The turn around time to scan about 30 24"x36" sheets was about an hour and bring your own thumb drive.
