If I could give a 1000 stars they would deserve it. I had a brochure of a house my mom purchased in 1970. Back then new houses came with a brochure. The brochure we had was old and faded and I wanted to reproduce it. Everywhere I checked for one reason or another they couldn't do it, because of the paper size, or different folds and pockets on the brochure. I went to several places including some big named stores. Copy tron not only reproduced this brochure but enhanced it and it looks like brand new.. This was done at an affordable price and the results are excellent look at the pictures attached. See Kourosh if you ever need printing or graphic enhancements done. This is the place to go. When you look at this brochure it's hard to believe this brochure is from 1970. By the way, look at the price list. New houses for $31K? The original brochure was faded scratched, scraped and everything else but this final edition edition looks flawless. I had some initial work done at a fair price. I have three stores we went back to get photos done and enlarged and they went from $20 to $71 ea. Maybe 40? OK ...but 71? It's a shame , we were going to do at least another $!,000 worth of work. Short term gain long term loss. Not a good strategy. You lost a customer! My suggestion is bid out the work, perhaps Kinko's is looking better we are now starting the bidding again. Not good. read more

I have to update my review of Copytron... I sent in an online order yesterday, for a large print job that I needed by Monday. Within a few minutes I received a call letting me know that they were going to do their best to turn my order around early if that would help me out! WOW! what a great partner for my small business! But wait, there's more!!! Later in the day, they emailed me to say that the way I had executed my online order, I didn't select the most cost effective options and they were going to reprocess my order at a much better price! Who does that? They could have just pocketed the money and I would have never known differently. I couldn't ask more of a print service if they were my own in-house printing department! These guys are amazing, especially if you need color copies on the cheap. I used them for the second time recently and needed 250 color flyers NOW. I ordered online, had a glitch with the shopping cart, but took care of it on the phone. Noel was terrific. They placed my order and allowed me to pay upon pickup. Kudos for old fashioned customer service. I ordered about 2:00 in the afternoon, said I would be by in the morning and yet they called me two hours later and they were done. I struggled working with another company in Irvine for two days and wasn't successful in getting 1/2 sheet NCR Invoices to the proof/ preview process, it was beyond frustrating. By the end of day 2 they weren't going to be able to get me what I needed before my deadline so I started calling around. Kourosh with Copytron was AMAZING to work with. 5 minutes on the phone, one e-mail and we were done. I called on a Friday, he said he'd have it ready before 4 on Monday. I spent the rest of my day marveling at how easy it was working with Kourosh and Copytron and was a little upset with myself that I struggled and suffered as long as I did with the other company. For goodness sake do not go to one of the chain copy/print centers over these guys! You'll pay more, the employees will be indifferent (at best), it'll take longer, and the quality will likely be inferior. I've been using these guys for 3-4 years now. Probably 15-20 different projects for different organizations: business cards, flyers, booklets, brochures, posters, banners, etc. Always had a great experience with these guys. I get the same service whether it's a $10 job or a $1000 job. They seem to have the best prices around, and they get things done quick too.
