Based on a few of the reviews noting poor quality prints, I was a bit hesitant to try Ultimate Printing at first. However, when the time came that I needed a simple 3'x1' signboard with just a few words printed on it, I decided to try them out. I dropped by the store to check out what Ultimate Printing offered. Wasted my time. The address listed on Yelp & their website is actually a water filter store/mailbox rental shop. It turns out the owner/manager Sarah operates from her house elsewhere. I was able to reach her fairly quickly via phone & Yelp though. Sarah said that I would need to confirm that same night (a Tuesday) in order to have the sign ready for pickup that week, otherwise it'd be ready the following Monday. I responded that same night, but haven't heard back from her since. It's been 12 days. Will go to another store w/ better customer service. read more
