I had a mixed experience at this location. I came in to get passport photos and the first set they printed had red and green lines on them. The second set came out overexposed. When I pointed it out, an associate named Jeremy told me that overexposed photos are usually accepted by passport services and that they are just college students so there was nothing they could do. For something I will use for the next ten years, I expected a proper and non overexposed photo, especially since I was paying for it. His attitude felt very dismissive and unprofessional. I told him that I would share my experience in a review and asked for his name. He then said that I was threatening him, which was unnecessary because a customer mentioning a review is not a threat. It is simply feedback. Around 5 pm he also asked me if I was going to leave because they were closed, even though I was still waiting for the issue to be corrected. Being rushed out felt rude, especially since the delays were caused by the store itself. Fortunately another associate, whose name I did not get, was very kind and willing to help. He reprinted the photos and tried different adjustments. Thanks to him I was able to leave with at least one usable photo from each set. Overall the service at this location depends on who helps you. Jeremy needs significant improvement in customer service, but the other associate provided excellent help and saved my experience. read more

This store has excellent customer service! I needed boxes but I arrived five minutes after closing time last Saturday. The store owner opened the door and helped me and I got my boxes. He didn't have to because they were locked up and ready to go home. I appreciate that they stayed open after hours to help me. Store is very clean and organized and well stocked. read more

This is hands down the friendliest and most efficient UPS store in the area. You might think all UPS stores would be the same since they're franchises, but let me tell you, there's a noticeable difference. I had an Amazon return package that I first brought to another UPS location nearby. The staff there refused to take it, claiming it wasn't packed properly--even though I explained it was shipped to me that way and I was returning it exactly as received. Their reasoning didn't make sense, and I left feeling frustrated. When I brought the same package to this Walnut location, they accepted it without hesitation. The staff here is not only helpful but goes out of their way to make things easier. They've helped me print receipts, scan return codes, and speed things up during busy times. They're efficient, professional, and genuinely care about customer service. I won't be going to any other UPS store from now on. This is hands-down the best UPS that I've ever visited. Everyone here is so friendly and very personable, and they all genuinely care about the service that they provide to you. Every time I come to this UPS, the owner Robert always comes out with a hand truck to see if I need any help unloading my packages. i don't know any other UPS locations that do that. I don't think it's a requirement. That's just the owner going beyond what's expected to provide excellent service. Robert is always so friendly and genuinely cares about providing the very best service to his customers. Another time I dropped off some packages, and one of the packages was a little wet due to a slight leak from one of the drinks I was delivering. I didn't realize this until my next visit, when Robert told me about the leak and informed me that UPS would not ship out any packages that are leaking. So he personally set my package aside to let it dry, and when he felt that it was dry enough to pass UPS shipping requirements, he went ahead and sent out my package for delivery. That's just going above & beyond to take care of your customers. So every time I visit, I am always so grateful for the level of service that this UPS provides. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful, and also cares about providing excellent service to all of their customers. Drive a couple miles to the NEXT one!!! Went to drop off my daughter's broken BOSE earbuds for a return. I bought my own box and just needed two pieces of tape to ship. They wanted to charge me $7 for two pieces of tape or $7 for an entire roll of tape. I cannot stand businesses that nickel and dime the heck out of people!! I was literally shipping earbuds!! Not a bicycle!! All I needed was 2 pieces of tape and they wanted to charge me for an entire roll of tape!! Two pieces of tape should be a courtesy because you value your customers!! These people are greedy and petty!! Two. Pieces. Of. Tape. $7!!! I've never been to a UPS store that charges for such a thing. Matt was working and had a great attitude. Two customers in line before me, and both had packages to send which took some time. When I got to the counter, I asked for a Notary and was told, "the Notary is not in yet." I inquired as to when the Notary would arrive. Matt checked the schedule and said, in two days". WTF??? The largest sign in the store is right behind the register advertising NOTARY SERVICES! Matt did provide me with the business card for the Hacienda Heights UPS store, but it was in the opposite direction of where I was headed. Always come here for sending out returns to various retailers (Amazon, Nike, etc.) as needed, and have used some of their other services, such as notary, and passport photos. A little more expensive than I could find elsewhere, but it's super quick and you're in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Quick tip - If you require notary services, make sure you call ahead to make sure their notary guy is there. Haven't used their postal or shredding services yet, but everyone else that utilizes them seems happy there whenever I stop by. Parking - close to Stater Bros and the lot can get busy with traffic through the other establishments, but you can typically find a spot right in front of the store. This is an amazing UPS store. I needed to ship out some items through UPS and randomly found this place. Generally I do not write a review for a quick 5 minute interaction, but the service was so phenomenal I had to make sure to drop a quick review. Robert was extremely friendly as soon as I entered the store and even helped me with some boxes I had in my car. I've dropped off many packages before at other shipping businesses and the employees will just watch you struggle and hold the door open with your foot while carrying an arm full of boxes into the store... Not this place! I felt like I was VIP or a regular customer. I also had alot of questions from tracking to shipping options and Robert was patient and friendly throughout the entire interaction. Went 2 days ago to have 3 pieces of paper printed and they tried to charge me $1.50 processing fee for emailing them the pages I needed printed! I absolutely understand charging for the prints, but a freakin processing fee for my email?! I have printed so many things here and have never been asked to pay a service fee for a freakin email.
