Needed to ship something out asap and didn't want to drive all the way to FedEx on Gale, so I called this place first to make sure they could help. The guy on the phone let me know they could, so I headed over. Super convenient, no line when I got there and I was in and out pretty quickly. I also found out they do passport photos here which is good to know for next time. Definitely nice having a place like this close by! read more

Diamond Bar Mail N More provides excellent, professional, fast and very affordable services. Whenever I mail my packages across the U.S. and locally, Calvin makes sure to find the best packaging, and specific shipping categorization to maximize the speed of delivery while keeping the cost at a great deal. They provide mailboxes, notary services, copying and printing. When I was down on my luck and out of a job Calvin helped me print and customize my resumes and guerrilla marketing materials. I got a job with AAA shortly after. If you want the best one stop shop for business products and services stop by Diamond Bar Mail n More and see Calvin. He's an amazing expert and you'll like what you get. I guarantee it. - Kevin Lim read more

I blew into Diamond Bar Mail N More today, Saturday, at 5 minutes before closing with two packages to have labels created and shipped. Calvin, the customer service representative, was so kind and patient me in getting the information he needed as the clock kept ticking. I was completely ignorant of the UPS shipping procedures but Calvin showed no signs of the exasperating circumstances. He completed all of the processes and thanked me for my business. What a great guy! I'll be back. read more

Terrible service, rude guy working can't handle more than one customer at a time. I wanted to drop off a FedEx package since they advertise that they are an authorized FedEx ship center. Well, the guy basically didn't want my "business" because return shipping was already paid for and all I wanted was to drop it off. The damn nerve of him to give me attitude and say he was doing me a favor. I took my package back and went to the real FedEx location. I do not recommend anyone to come here or use their services. read more

Very terrible service currently. Very rude & uncomfortable manner. Their manner let us feel look like they are bothered very much. After that even without in advance notice or even no opportunity to discuss or to understand further. read more

We just moved into the area and we were looking for a new place to open a mailbox so that we could have someone accept packages when we are not home at work. Porch package thieves have been ruthless as of late. This place popped up on Yelp with some fantastic reviews so we were excited to check it out. Unfortunately, the overwhelmingly positive reviews were for the past and prior owners. The shop is under new management and the new owner--isn't that much of a people person. Maybe its because he was busy but he seemed really bothered when we were asking about rates. Apparently with the new rates they put in some pretty punitive restrictions. With a personal mailbox, you are only allowed to have 10 packages sent to you per month and anything over that, they charge you $1 per package to receive. Additionally, when you receive a package, they hold it for you for 5 days. If you don't pick it up in 5 days, you are charged another fee of $1/per package/per day. Don't get me wrong, I understand that its a business and they need to make money. I also understand its not a storage unit but man, it can get punitive if you aren't in every week to pick up your mail. read more

Manny is by far the most disrespectful and rude person I've met. It seems like he brings his personal problems to his little business and is easily triggered. Very bad energy from the BIG man, stay away. I highly recommend using a more professional site like UPS, FedEx, etc. Its a petty as I love to support small businesses read more

The service was uncomfortable the employee was very rude and really seem like was being bothered. Quality was just OK I'm never going back to this business again I don't need someone that looks like they hate there job. read more

I was a long time customer of Diamond Bar Mail N More, but could no longer use them as their pricing increased along with penalties and fees for accepting packages. I would use this mailbox every once in a while and sometimes my orders were a bit large. Was never an issue when Manny ran the place. He'd work with me knowing I was picking things up same day, and would let me know when my packages arrived. The new ownership would notify me days later about it (during 2021-2022, many companies were not updating shipping information properly) and be very upset about it. I gave the new owner a chance, but being treated as an inconvenience and a problem every time I came in, in contrast to being treated like a friend by Manny, coupled with rising taxes in LA county, I had to take my business elsewhere. read more

Stopped by to get a document notarized and Manny was very friendly and helpful. Since they operate on a walk-in basis, the whole process was very fast and smooth. This is mailing/shipping center with built-in notary run by Manny & his wife. I recommend Diamond Bar Mail N More for anyone looking for professional and friendly customer service. Will return for future business. read more

Waiting time and amount of people in line is great. Staffs customer service (especially supervisor's) is not first class....

This business was the only place on a Saturday I could find, after several phone calls, that actually had a notary available to offer the service advertised. Besides that, the mother and son that own this business are very kind snd personable. I highly recommend them. read more

Manny was extremely helpful to us after UPS damaged a package. I highly recommend using his services!

The owner is rude and obnoxious...one time was here to drop off a box for USPS...walked in the store and couldn't find anyone behind the counter to help. Saw a man by the copier and thought he might know if there's anyone available to help...the man turned around and said..."What do you want?!" I was stunned and muttered, "Do you know if anyone works here?" He replied,"Yes, I own the place, what do you want!?" At that time I was already irritated and replied, "Can I drop off this USPS box?"..."it's too late. You have to take it to the post office.", he replied. Turned around and left me there...without a further note if he takes the package it will not be shipped til the next business day. So gave him another chance...need to box up another box that weighs 50+ lbs...when walked in, another customer was nice enough to let us set the heavy box on the counter while he's being helped. Once we set the box down, the owner started telling us remove the box and set it else where as he is attending to his customer. Replied,"We understand, but he's nice enough to just let us set down the heavy bo...", "I will get to you once I'm done with my customer. Once done, I will be more than happy to help you."...didn't even get to finish my sentence and I was shunned. After that, everything is just a disaster. Waited for 30+ min to get a box packaged and shipped and all the while it costed me $80+ to ship...with $7 for the box and $1 for some tape and bubbles...$80+...I even had to do the boxing myself as he was taking his sweet time... Anyways, unless if you have lots of free time and money on your hands and in your pocket...I suggest you to go else where. And this place don't even turn on the a/c!!! read more

Excellent service. Manny stayed half hour after closing to take care of my mail and notary work. Thanks!

Been coming here for a few years after I cancelled my ups account needed somewhere close to my office. Manny is super helpful and always goes the extra mile to help the customer out. Has all the supplies you need. Also I get all my notarizing done here. read more

i got some document notarized here since 2009, the guy Manny and his wife Donna were always nice. Some document was for international, Manny offered extra help by using steel seal on the document, and made it very professional. I never had any problem after the document was notarized here. Both of them are very detail-oriented. they double, even triple checked all the small detail. Now all the notary job on my business/ personal document will be done here only. For six years, they never increase the price! Think about everything else! Maybe it is the state regulation, but they've been working hard and making our life easy. I appreciate it! I highly recommend Diamond Bar Mail N More! read more

By far the best mailbox and shipping service in Walnut. I've been using their services for almost ten years and Manny has always been great. Went in with my Mom who is 82 years old. Manny the owner took great care of her and was very respectful to my mom and me. He made us feel very comfortable and took his time in going through step by step in notarizing an important document. Been going to many notaries but none come close to Manny & co owner Donna's service, honesty, respect and compassion towards their customers. Live in Claremont and would drive the distance to only go to them for all my notary work. Blessed to have met them and made good friendship. read more

Manny is the best there is. He takes his time to explain everything. We have been coming to him for years, unfortunately recently it was for vital records due to death in the family. He was very understanding and knew exactly what to do even when we didn't. Thanks Manny from the Mankins family. read more

Manny is a great guy, I had a very odd situation where I needed a document notarized, and I moved from out of state. I have my out of state drivers license with a hole stamped through it by CA DMV and an interim CA DL they issued me, as I wait for the hard one In the mail. I went to a local Notary in Walnut where the owner Rita couldn't/wouldn't notarize my document due to this reason. I found this location and gave it a call and spoke with Manny and explained the situation, he said come on down. To my delight he was able to notarize my document and saved me a lot of grief. I'll be giving him my business from now on, as he is very knowledgeable and just a plain friendly guy! Thanks Manny. read more

I was renting a room in Walnut. Because of my landlord liked to hold my mails and packages for few days or few weeks and gave them to me in one time, and so, I missed my important letters. I decided to rent a mailbox. I was so glad I found Diamond Bar Mail N More shipping center. The owner, Manny, was so nice. He told me call him before coming to pick up the letters or package. He would bring them out to me to my car. I would highly recommend Diamond Bar Mail N More. read more

Did the stamp wrong cuz I was an idiot, they help me fix it and restamp no charge! Great people.

Fast and reliable service, owner can wait a few minutes after closing if you're running late, just give him a call!

I am very happy with this store, they are friendly, respectful and you can trust them, I drive around 5 miles more than nearest office to me to get to this place, but its worth it, 6 out of 10 packages I dropped off in another place supposedly got lost in the fedex shipping transaction but every single package I dropped off here got to its distention. read more

I was there this morning, looking for some foam material for my product and also, a number stamp. I was a bit clueless of what I was looking for. Manny, the owner, not only tried to help me out, he even showed me the uline catalog for where to order them, and gave me the whole book! As for number stamps, he called the maker of whom knows a bit more about it and showed me how to order it online myself to save a few bucks... In the year of 2018, in the era of fading goodness in our world, moments with being in a store like this, a human being like Manny, reminds me of how how intended being we could all be and I am immensely grateful for him. Please support this business! Highly recommended! read more
