Very helpful to my business. I've been dropping off a decent amount of packages to Mail and More daily in the past year, & their service is nothing but fantastic. We have scheduled our carriers' drivers to come pick up the packages daily at our warehouse, but sometimes their trucks are either fully loaded, or doesn't come on time, so we took some of the light packages to Mail and More and have them to pick up by their routine drivers, they handle them well, & they never complaint about it. And I don't need to stand in line at the post office or UPS. Plus they have other convenient services like live scan or notary. And if you need a PO Box, Rita and Paul will take care of you. Honestly would have been a higher rated experience until I read another Elite's review and they gave her $5 off just for bringing up the price? How is that fair to other customers? Like I get it that there's a base fee and then there's governmental fees for certain specifications for a LiveScan, but the fact that $5 would have been taken off means that there would have been a markdown possible OUTSIDE OF government fees? The workers were nice and polite enough, but agh this leaves a bad taste in my mouth, especially after forking over the $$$. read more

TLDR - lost my package (never scanned), strung me along, got defensive when I said I'd need to file a police report for FedEx. Been to this place a few times before only because it's in a very convenient place however, the owners are completely rude most of the times I've been in. They almost never say hi and if they do it's only in response to my hello. I had a major issue once years ago when they messed up a shipment. Today was my last day here. I went in to drop off a box and was ignored for about a minute by both owners. When the mail owner finally acknowledged me I told him I had to drop off the package. He said to leave it there on the counter, but I asked him for a receipt. He proceeded to tell me he was in the middle of doing other things and busy so he couldn't give me one. He was literally a few steps away from where I was. It was such an odd exchange that I told him never mind and I would go somewhere else. Never again to this place. read more

I was in need of faxing service and came here to support a small business. Mail and More is owned by a husband and wife couple and they are both certified notaries. They also do passport photos, key kitting, engraved nameplates, and DHL, UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping. In addition to these services, there's also a few cute trinkets for sale - like candles, mugs, bottles, ornaments, picture frames and figurines- to name a few. And in the time of covid, they also have masks, sanitizers, face shields and gloves for sale! With regards to my service, Rita was very kind and patient with me as I had 12 different faxes to send out, about 15 pages each. She kept me up to date with the fax confirmations as they came and apologized for the wait, as fax can take some time. As she helped me with my faxes, I also saw her take care of each customer as they came in in a prompt manner. I highly recommend going here for your office needs! read more

The guy working there was very honest with me and said it was better that I keep the package vs. paying for the return given the package was worth around $75 and the return $60. I could've probably done the math and arrived at a similar place, but he also could have not said anything and attempted to make the sale. First time here and will never come back again. Although owner was quick to approach. She didnt greet nor welcome me. All she said was "drop off?". I said, "No, I need help with live scan." Immediately, she said $74. And i said, "the website said $20 and that's the reason why i came" And she said "i'll give you a $5 discount. I wanted to argue with her but just didn't feel like the mood since I already drove over. But the price different was such a big contrast, that I felt even more cheated after receiving an horrible experience. Plus she continued to be rude and just wasn't pleasant to work with. I asked how the process worked and she was just short and just wasn't even giving me the answer except, "They will get it." She didn't even thank me at the end. This has to be the worst service I ever received in a long time. And I want to save everyone the worst experience by not going at all. The prices is a ripe off and they treat you like crap. The convenience 24-hour access is extremely useful when I am not able to make it out during their normal business hours. I was in shock so I asked again ... and he repeated again just no ... so I walked out with my package. There is not one mail center that has ever denied my request for a shipping receipt ever !!!! Great service we drop off our packages a few times a week and the owners are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. They scan our packages as soon as we drop them off so UPS system knows that they've been received. I don't need a receipt from them coz I've been dropping off hundreds of packages at their place and never had any issues. read more
