Extremely busy location with about 3 to 4 staff members, counter service is fast but not very friendly at all. Parking is easy to find, although you may have to walk a little bit in the parking lot. You get what you get and you don't throw a fit. read more

I've had a mailbox here for about 5 years, always quick and friendly service. Hard working staff, always a smile on their face, and /fast/. Consistently excellent customer service, even when following challenging customers. The difference in experience between a mailbox here vs a usps postoffice box or mail delivery at our apartment complex is night and day. I want to let everyone know that the service of this UPS store is very bad. The manager Seth Kawibawa discriminates against customers and has a bad attitude. We normally use the cart provided by the store to deliver the package to the store. During the process, the cart was damaged because it was old. The store manager insulted us for destroying their tools and asked us to pay $100. He also threatened us that if we did not pay, they would detain the 15 packages we put there. When we communicated with them, the store manager was still arrogant and said that I just rejected your package because you must pay. He also called the contact number on the delivery bill and asked us to pay or else he would detain our package! Is this a normal operation of UPS? We just used the cart once. Shouldn't you UPS maintain this tool that is used by others every day? Why use this to threaten customers? You don't maintain your tools well and ask customers to pay for them when they are damaged? I have been frequenting this store because its down the street from me, but solely only to drop off Amazon returns. They share a large busy parking lot in a plaza with many other vendors. I've gone throughout random times of the day, and there's always people there, but so far no long ass lines, and service is always fairly quick in and out. So far no issues here! And employees always greet you, and seem friendly. read more

Not sure why this UPS gets so much slack. I have a mailbox here that I get my business mail sent to and it's been working out great. Staff are always friendly and helpful. And if you need to ship something out, you get a 5% discount for having a box with them. Also in a great location -- Starbucks, Stater Bros across the street, and lots of shops/restaurants nearby, which means I can swing by to get my mail as i'm running errands. I went in to ship two luggage's and 1 cardboard box. The guy first was nice. He considered the luggage a rectangular shape which costs a bit over $70. Then there comes Joshua lee. He told the guy it has to be charged irregular shape which increased $20 extra for each luggage. I checked UPS website and was mentioned only irregular shape items considered irregular. Then we called the store manager, he said anything that is not cardboard box is irregular which is not machine UPS website. Joshua told me if he charged me regular price, the luggage's would be returned. I said I will take the risk. Then he said he can't because the manager said it's irregular. I would not trust them any more! They make things up just to charge you extra! I won't be going there any more! Not very honest people! read more

THE WORST UPS STORE in the area! 1) when my husband and I drop off packages for our business (more than 3 boxes), the workers here along who we believe is the owner gives us the dirtiest look! Like as if we are not even allowed to drop off packages there at all! They have actually REFUSED some boxes from us saying that they want to make room for other customers. I'll be calling your corporate on this as I'm pretty sure that doesn't follow their franchise rule! This is the only UPS location who doesn't allow more than 3 boxes while other UPS stores are willing to help and does not limit how many boxes you drop off ??? 2) I tried to do an Amazon return here and they claim they couldn't take the package because it wasn't packed properly. LOL obviously they aren't aware what Amazon notes on their return instructions ??? We don't need to pack anything, idiots! It's your job to pack them in behalf of Amazon! It's fill service, so you can bring in anything and they'll wrap it, tag it and ship it for you. Or, you can bring in your pre-printed UPS shipping forms and just dump your boxes and run. I have two mailboxes here for different business and have been a customer since they opened. They are located in the Albertson's parking lot, so there is plenty of parking. Although, if you have big packages you may not get to park right in front as there is a boba shop next door who's customers usually camp out for a spell. read more

Super quick and painless to ship something here! I came here to ship a document to my friend who needed it ASAP in China. I tried to buy a label last night on UPS's website but it kept on giving me error messages and stressing me out so I just gave up and decided to come here today. I walked in and told the employee that I needed this envelope to arrive in China as soon as they can get it there (which is about 2 business days). He said "We can do that, but it might be expensive". I checked prices on USPS, UPS and DHL and UPS was actually the cheapest and fastest way to ship a document to China with the fastest time. I gave him the address I needed to ship it to in China in both English and Chinese and he printed up a label for me. He also kept the piece of paper that I typed of the address in Chinese to paste onto the envelope for the Chinese post office to read for a more accurate address. I was so happy that it was so quick and painless because during Labor Day weekend, I was stressing out about how I should mail the document. There was also no line when I arrived! Another man came into the store a little after me but another UPS employee was able to help him on another register. read more

RUDE employee. Hispanic guy with a short shaved hair cut. How did this guy even get hired? I went to return some amazon orders. Amazon returns process clearly says, "Do not bag or pack, UPS store will take care of this for you." The employee handed me the tape gun and told me to bag up the order. When I asked about the amazon process, he said that this was not his job or he would not accept my package. UPS What is going on at this store?? He was also very condescending and disrespectful to other customers in the store while I was there. One customer was bringing in oversized boxes to ship, and the employee literally threw some paper at the customer with their policy on oversized boxes and told him to leave as he would not help him. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PRINTING SERVICES. I went there earlier this morning to print one document and I was told that for less than 8 pages I would be charged $1. THAT IS RIDICULOUS FOR ONLY 1 PAGE ESPECIALLY FOR BLACK & WHITE PRINT. I have printed at another UPS location before & was never charged that amount for 1 document. I called the one in Walnut just to make sure & even the worker I spoke to there said that he has never heard of that. I don't know what's up with this location but if you guys are tricking people into paying more than they should be, I wouldn't do business with you guys. That's not right. I ordered the package from the website with access point that was listed to this location. The first time I went to pick it up, the worker didn't mention anything about this location being access point or what not. The following week, I had to pick up another package from the same website. This time the tall asian worker was helping me , but he raised his voice to almost yelling w/annoyance saying that I can't send package to this location because the website isn't listed in their system. Plus, if this happens next time he will charge $5. Ok, Understood that part. However, I am sure it's the website's fault for listing but of course I didn't know that. I apologized nicely that I wasn't aware of this whole access point location situation. He will not stop repeating to me about how I cant send the packages here. Okay sir, relax. I noticed that every time I go here to return things, the workers aren't the nicest. I don't even expect them to be cheerful or anything. At least be professional when dealing with people. I'm usually not the type of person to leave behind reviews or send feedback, but I had such a terrible customer service experience that I felt a strong need to let management know. I visited the UPS Store at the 19745 E Colima Road Rowland Heights, CA 91748 location today (1/27/2021) at around 12:40 PM. There were two female employees and both lacked a professional demeanor. When I entered the store, there was only one customer. None of the employees even bothered to look up and acknowledge me. I kept waiting and was confused as to why I wasn't being acknowledged since there was only one customer. Finally, after 10 minutes of standing around, I asked who was going to be addressing me. Both employees completely ignored me and then one of them finally mumbled a few words incoherently. I continued to wait and finally was able to drop off my package. When I approached one of them, she didn't say a single word. I basically handled the entire situation on my own without her help. I even asked her if I could leave because I wasn't sure if she was done processing my package for shipment (which she apparently had by the time I asked). When I thanked her for her service, she didn't say a single word and basically glared at me. I honestly think both employees should be fired or retrained. They are utterly incompetent and definitely have attitude problems. If you check the reviews on Google for this location, you can actually see that rudeness is a recurring theme amongst your employees. Please let me know how you will be handling this situation. I call another UPS # and that person collects info from me and tells me that they are sorry and they will send a driver to pick up the packages to send back to the shipper, after a 20 minute phone conversation.
