This employee pretended she didn't hear the lady asking her a question over and over again, so I got close to this employee and yelled at her, asking her if she was deaf and she replied no!! I'm closed! and walked away. I said where does it say you're closed?. Your sign say next window only. Anyways it doesn't matter the customer is asking you for help and you're just ignoring her. She came back yelling at me saying, are you blind?! Can you see the sign? And picked up the sign and threw it at me, I said no I'm not blind! I see the sign but the sign doesn't make you deaf does it? Have some manners at least to your own people. The other employee even asked her what's wrong with you, when she threw the sign at me. And didn't reply. I asked to speak to her manager and obviously the manager wasn't there so they gave me a number where no one answers and you can't even leave a message. This type of behavior is not acceptable. I hope someone can help me find the right person to report this inhumane behavior.

I didn't experience that today because coming I was helped by my rep, who provided valued service in helping me ship my package. As someone who doesn't use the PS a lot I often have questions about packing and wrapping, so I brought extra items to help with the process. The rep, Lynn, not only offered to help wrap the rest of the package, but also was patient in answering my questions about shipment date and tracking. I'm glad I was able to experience such a positive interaction with her and will be utilizing this service and location in the future. Hopefully they can find more people to man the counter, because a line did form after I left. But inpatient people will also be a problem in any business and that shouldn't fault the reps.

The African American post office worker always uses the excuse that it's secured and that she always fishes out the mail afterwards, but when it's busy she lefts it build up before she gets the outgoing mail. One time my mail was put there and my bill was never paid to the correct credit card but someone tried to fraudulently make someone else with my check. She states she only puts mail in there when someone hands her mail when she is with a customer but that is totally false because I stand inline to hand it to her or other mailmen working the post office. I find her to be quite rude in her explaination because other post office workers just put the mail behind to the side behind the teller window where they serve you. It's definitely more secure since in this shallow tray bad people can grab your mail and leave. Can you replace this shallow outgoing mail tray with some more secure and replace this woman who I find to not do her job to secure our mail.

The cashier immediately can tell we both speak Mandarin fluently so used Mandarin with us. Likewise, we told her Happy Lunar New Year in Mandarin. This was just a quick visit so didn't get to take pics. Next time i buy a pack of stamps from here, I'll take pics to add some essence for this review. Fellow customers were so nice too: someone made our day and opened the door for us as we were taking off. I'll be back soon for my next postal needs

It fits my purpose, to buy stamps since all my stuff (crafts & other things) are packed away for the time being. The kiosk was definitely convenient & easy to use. It's still sticker shock, now that 1st class stamp now costs $0.78 & international is $1.70. Even my friend in Germany says that's really steep. It is what it is, probably the reason most folks do email & other means of correspondence nowadays. It was a good experience, quick & easy peasy.

I came in to drop off a package with an Arcadia return address and they told me I couldn't drop off at this location and had to drop off at Arcadia post office. I was confused because I have dropped off packages with the same return address in El Monte, San Marino, Pasadena, City of Industry, and even Garden Grove before without any problems. I even went to a different location post office and asked if I can drop off a package from a different city's return address and they looked at me super confused as if that is an issue at all. Extremely frustrating experience with USPS passport services…read more First of all, they only offer passport appointments on weekdays--not weekends--which makes it nearly impossible for people who work 9-5 or multiple jobs to access this service. I had a 2 PM appointment, arrived early at 1:40 PM, and still left after 3 PM without getting my passport. Only one person was handling all passport requests, and the environment was chaotic and disorganized. Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly very rude throughout the entire process. The first time we got to the front, we were told our form was incomplete--even though the government website says you don't need parental information if you're over 18. We had to go to the back of the line and wait all over again. Then we were told that because my partner has a Connecticut ID, he also needed to provide his Social Security card--something that's not clearly stated online. After doing some research, I found out a medical card would've worked too, but the clerk didn't offer that option. It felt like they were setting people up to fail. The office serves a large Latino community, yet no one spoke Spanish. That's a huge accessibility issue. Also, in 2025, how are checks or money orders still the only forms of payment accepted? This entire process was confusing, expensive, and deeply inaccessible. It's incredibly disappointing to see such poor service and lack of support for the community. The government and USPS needs to do better.
