Great service and staff! Always prompt and helpful. They offer multiple shipping services , mailboxes and some office supplies. The only downside is the parking can get stuffy at times and requires multiple drive around a to find a spot. It's in a busy small shopping center. Also, there are only two entry points into this shipping center. East bound on Beverly Blvd and North bound on Norwalk. May cause you to drive around the city blocks a few times. I came in here to send a package USPS flat rate. I asked the lady for a label, and she tells me to just write it on the box. She then went on to explain how they don't make money giving out free labels & how they don't make money on USPS. I give her the package and she then tells me it's going to cost $36 to ship. $36??? It only costs $18.40 at the post office and other USPS authorized centers. Wow! Me thinks not. I'm all for her making a profit, but come on! Very expensive place and strange lady. Needles to say I walled out and took my package to USPS less than 5 minutes away. Don't waste your time & money at this establishment unless you want to get ripped off. read more

Really like and appreciate this place. It's right around the corner from where I live and I have rarely had to wait in line to be helped, unlike the regular post office. The staff is always friendly and helpful and are cool with the UPS/FedEx delivery guys and once I was filling out my information and the guy was on his route and actually stopped and waited for me. Have been here to fax stuff to foreign countries, make copies, mail things locally, and internationally and have always been happy with their service and friendly staff. read more

Really had a bad experience with this place and had some interesting looks when I came in I told the lady my name and asked me for ID I showed her my old ID from school since I still haven't gotten my new one yet and the lady looked for a while and continued to make bs up that she couldn't give it to me that my iD is not up to date and I told her I could show her my receipt and next messages and any other Proof that it's my package and the lady continued to make excuses about me not being able to get my package and wanted to make my bs experience even longer that I had to email 2 emails and to get there approval to release my package so for me it wasn't my I'd and I feel it was more personal for the lady to make my experience longer so I will never have any packages near this place or think about coming here again! read more

I write this review after having been a repeat customer for over a year now... needless to say it's based on numerous data points, not just one transaction. Suanne and her team continue to exceed my expectations on "customer service"! Not only is she and her staff very friendly, they go out of their way to find the best shipping solution for your needs. A good percentage of the time, it ended up saving me money! A good example to mention is when I was recently shipping a package overseas. I had my own box and packed the items myself. The person assisting me saw a better option where I can size down to a smaller box (without crushing any contents) and save on the shipping fee. The amount saved more than covered the cost of the smaller box. BTW- my original box was a product box with a commercial brand printed on it. This might have flagged customs to question the true content of the box thus delaying the delivery. This was a double save in my book. A little annoyed by the old lady that works there. She may be nice, may have come off wrong. But i dont like her way of responding. I just moved to whittier and never even heard of a "mail room" usually its just post office i thogut it was cool. I walk in and kindly say "this place is cool its like the post office, so is this like a easier way for people to mail things since post office is all the way in town" She laughs and says "actually no, because we have been here for 30 years" ..... uhmmm okay she replied with a rude tone of voice and i quickly just changed the subject and wanted to get out of there and mail my package. She then told me she was going to open my mail because i was mailing it for my mom and she NEEDED to see if there was liquids after i told her there were no liquids. Called my mom just to make sure and my mom told me to not even bother just to drive 15 min into town anyways maybe it was ALL a misunderstanding or shes just a bitch *****to reply to her reply, no other way of doing so. Basically it's a Mail Boxes Etc. They have PMB Private Mail Boxes which are similar to PO Post Office Boxes but with PMB you can receive FedEx and UPS packages. So there's an advantage here. They also have copiers, a fax machine, make keys, money orders, shredding services, and western union. They also have a few office supplies like pens, paper, envelopes, packing materials etc, though it's pricier than other places. Suanne is the owner and pretty friendly. She's also an artist and has art for sale there including alot of penguins. read more
