First and foremost, what sets LA Label apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. Being a family-owned business, they truly understand the importance of going above and beyond to make their customers happy. They have consistently delivered exceptional results and have always exceeded my expectations. The team always pays close attention to the details. They understand that the quality of their work reflects on their customers' brands, and they take this responsibility seriously. From the moment I submitted my first order to my most recent one, I could tell that they were committed to delivering a product that was of the highest quality. I had to make a change at the last minute to the design and Brandyn made sure that the updated labels still arrived on time. What truly impresses me about is their personal touch. They are always available to answer any questions I have and I never have to worry about my orders being lost in the shuffle. Best of all, I just saw that they are offering price matching which I didn't know about before!

I was tired of going around chasing different sized boxes and mailers so I looked around and found this gem! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They package and tape up your item to ship out. I've never had a bad experience. Cheaper options and quality materials used. The only issue sometimes is parking as it is very limited. Would recommend to anyone looking for shipping services.

I originally knew the Hayakawa's when they owned and operated the location, and when Byron purchased the business from them, that same level of personal service and trust continued. I've known Byron since he took over, and he has never let me down. Byron is awesome. He genuinely cares about his customers, always goes the extra mile, and I've really enjoyed the many conversations we've had throughout the years. I also love how involved and integrated he is in the Montebello community. He doesn't just operate a business here -- he is part of the community. I can confidently say that I feel completely comfortable and secure having my mail and packages delivered here. There is tremendous peace of mind knowing your important mail and packages are being received at a place you know and trust. I highly recommend Montebello Package & Ship, whether you need a private mailbox, shipping services, or simply want the security of knowing your packages and mail are in good hands, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Byron and his team to anyone.

Otto was very quick to reply and easy to work with. He's extremely flexible with timing and was very accommodating to every single detail I asked. He explained to me how sometimes the screen print might be a little bumpy because the surface of the jerseys were bumpy, but he'd apply more heat to fix my concerns anyways. I was probably being too particular but Otto obliged and helped me to be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this company for your screen printing needs.
