When we got the jerseys, we were satisfied with most of them, but I had concerns about a few. Otto agreed to look at them and "fix" them. He explained to me how sometimes the screen print might be a little bumpy because the surface of the jerseys were bumpy, but he'd apply more heat to fix my concerns anyways.
