This is a great place to print items like stickers, banners, posters, and much more at a very economical and reasonable price. I went there because I was campaigning for ASB at school. I needed a place where they could print quick at a cheap price. I was very happy with my purchase of 300 stickers, a 3' x 6' vinyl banner, and a 2' x 4' vinyl banner. They were all under $120, tax included. The service was great as well, shout-out to James, will definitely come back in the near future! read more

My experience with the Print Spot, specifically Wende and Robert, has always been very positive. Their work really stands out. I am primarily familiar with their print work through the Pasadena Rotary Club. Their designs in invitations and announcements is of excellent quality. Their service to a large club is amazingly quick and accommodating. They are always pleasant and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend their business. read more

Had a terrific experience with Robert here for our wedding invitations. He was very accommodating, despite me forgetting to make an appointment, and the turnaround time for the work was incredibly quick. It was as fast as what Fedex across the street quoted me, but the quality was much better. I'll be coming here again. read more

Had an urgent need for wedding programs printed on thicker gloss paper and The Print Spot saved me! I had over 100 to print and they were needed in one day and turns out my own printer was not suited for the job. I frantically looked for local print services and Robert came through-- printed and even helped me cut them, all in time. Highly recommend them and highly do not recommend not testing out your personal printer early. read more

I was at Office Depot in Montebello today and needed something to be printed. Though they were very helpful, unfortunately the standard copiers they had were not suitable for what I was aiming for. The nice woman next to me overheard my dilemma and highly recommended The Print Spot in Monterey Park near the IHOP, because they were more of a quality printing business. I walked in and met Robert and his team. All very personable and helpful. All my image needed was to have the resolution improved and the contrast adjusted. Robert knew exactly what needed to be done and successfully completed the job for me. I grew up in Monterey Park and Montebello, I appreciate small business, attention to detail, and plan to return to The Print Spot for any future print jobs that require more attention. I'll probably stick to Office Depot for my standard copies though. Office Depot and The Print Shop both good value for the different services they provide. read more

I had a complex order with a variety of sizes and printing materials. Wende and Robert took the time to clarify the many options, and gave great pricing on it all. I was in charge of making new labels for Bath & Body Works' hand sanitizers as a gift to all of my friends' baby shower guests. I had initially ordered printer and sticker paper from Amazon, and was going to use a Cricut to cut them out. I had a few technical difficulties and needed to find a printer. Most of the printers in the area did large lot printing. I called the The Print Spot and they were able to fit me in. I dropped by, they tried to print on the paper I purchased, and it didn't work - the paper got jammed. Fortunately, they had their own sticker paper in house and they were able to print 60 labels for me on the same day!! They were kind, courteous, and such a life saver. The quality of their prints were spot on too. I'm so happy with the results! Note: I designed these files, sized them for print, and cut them out. The print shop provided the paper/vinyl and the printing for these labels! read more

I won't EVER consider BIG BOX stores again!!! I had a small job, that was time critical for a wedding rehearsal dinner, and it also needed some design work. Wende was excellent to work with; she had the design done very quickly, created exactly what I needed and was super professional, kind, and easy to work with. I needed approval of the bride, who basically used Wende's design, she just wanted the lines rearranged, and Wende patiently and quickly made the adjustments. Wende also had an excellent solution for some table signs, so I did not have to ship easels to the venue. Wende is all about customer service and I can't speak highly enough of the team at the Print Spot!!! Additionally, use The Print Spot and support local small businesses owners!!! read more

Glad I stumbled upon the print spot once again! I remember get my paper printed here for school years ago while attending ELAC. I was in need of an affordable place to do my wedding invite. I've gotten quotes and samples from so many places i.e minted, staples and kinkos. Nothing compares in terms of their pricing. I was first helped by Wende! So glad to have met her. She was very helpful, you can tell she loves what she does, very knowledgeable with what type of paper I needed and also gave me tips when what pen to use when writing on the type of paper I wanted my invitation to be. She sent me a quote via email. Agreed with the pricing. Turn around time was quick (24 hours!). I had 80 invitation and rsvp cards! When I picked them up I was so happy with the results! Printing looked so fancy! I would have probably spent so much more elsewhere. Thanks for making my invites! I will be back soon for stuff I need for the wedding day! read more

I own an insurance agency in Pasadena, and the Print Spot has helped us in the past with our letterhead, envelopes, and notecards. Wende & Robert (the owners) recommended a paper wholesaler, where we picked out a very unique watermarked paper stock, which we and our clients love! The Print Spot staff then did the graphic design which we also loved, and then Wende hand-delivered the finished product. Recently, a referral partner asked us to drop off some "literature" about our insurance agency. I thought, "No one really wants to read a boring brochure about insurance...that'll go straight into the wastebin," so I called Wende and we chatted and strategized about printed materials that would actually be *useful* to our customers & prospects. So, the Print Spot doesn't merely do "printing," they do marketing, too! We will be using The Print Spot in the future and recommend that you do, too. read more

Totally happy! I bought a few collectible items (book/ record) that I wanted to protect until they were given as a gift. I called (I stink with remembering names, sorry), the guy I spoke to was polite and totally cool. I rushed right over and as I walked in the door he introduced himself as the person I spoke with. Gave me a few options as to what they could do. Done in about 2 minutes. Great job! And a totally reasonable price for a last minute rush. Will absolutely call them again for future projects. Thanks guys! read more

It never occurred to me that i'd be planning a funeral and having to learn to make programs and edit photos for resizing, etc. The situation quickly became overwhelming and I found myself running out of time, then I got a call. My Aunt saw this and had gone to Robert and Wende and our burden was lifted. Their programs and all the other things we asked for were done immaculately and thoughtfully. They were kind and with us at every phase. This gave me time to grieve with my family and put this need in the hands of true professionals. Thank you Robert and Wende!! read more

I ordered a canvas with another person prior to ordering here. It was my husbands birthday and he day i needed the other company said they didn't print the canvas. Immediately i went online and found this place and it had the best reviews. I contacted Robert and he definitely saved the day. Everything we talked about was clear and thorough. He was completely honest and the price was also way less than what i was going to originally pay through the other company. Great quality and my husband loved his gift. I ordered a canvas 24x36 and it came out beautiful. He was quick and i will definitely be ordering again! Thanks again Robert read more

It was a day before my sister's wedding day. I called in to see if they can help me print the template for the fans we are using for the morning ceremony. Wendy picked up and answered all my questions properly. I arrived and her husband helped me. Everyone was super nice when I arrived. I received my templates very quickly. I was very surprised. In addition, the cost was reasonable!! -there is a parking lot -located right across from Fashion Q & Boston Market plaza. -make sure to save your documents in pdf file, just in case they do not have your preference fonts on file. I would definitely come back!!! read more

First, I'm a graphic designer. I made a saddle stitch booklet PDF ready to print. They were agreed to give me discount as discussed. But, their graphic designer printed out wrong format twice. All of sudden, the owner came to me and said: you are making my graphic designer to do the work for you so that's why I can't give you the discount, you should make the PDF very clear for us to print. I'm not a native English speaker so I don't know how to argue with her in the right way. Then, the shop was filled with silence and discrimination. I couldn't wait to get the last part of printing. This was not my first time using this place, I thought they were nice at first. I was even ok when the owner's dog bite me. Now, I'm so regret that I chose not to sue her or ask for compensation. read more

Learn this place from Yelp. Chad and his staff very easy going and manage customer's expectation very well. Came in to print 1000 pcs of postcards and get a great quote and honest turn around time. I don't know who the lady is that now answers the phone all the time but she's given me different prices for the same job in one day. I called for a quote and then called back at a later time to verify the price for my employer. She gave a different price this time around, a more expensive one might I add, and I checked her on this and it was like cat got your tongue? She was stumbling over her words and followed it up with a "okay yes I can give it to you for the price given before," like she was doing me a favor. You did it, not me. Unprofessional to the tenth power. Today I called and was told they're not accepting new customers and this was their "new normal." What the actual f**k? I've been serviced by your company before and yet you won't accept any new jobs? How? Lol. I miss James. James wherever you are, your professionalism is deeply missed. read more

This pace is not PAD, its great! (pun/misspelling intended) I recently had 500 business cards printed (full color front-side, b/w back-side; matted finish), and 200 note PADS done (4x4.5 inches, 20 pages) for around $300 (I don't remember the exact price) All I had to do was provide them with my head-shot, company logo, and business info, and they provided me with a design concept for me to review and approve. These guys know what they're doing. Like previous posts, their actual shop is on the smaller size, but location size means nothing if you don't do quality work. I can tell you from the few jobs I've had done, these guys do excellent work. On a separate occasion I had to get a 6 "notice to tenants" printed out and laminated the same day, and they had it done in a matter of a couple of hours! I think I only had to pay less than $5, and it was a rush order too! Oh, and did I mention that they DELIVER?! My office is in Alhambra, about 4.5 miles away, and they are willing to drop off my business card & note pad order as a courtesy! I'm sure flexibility in time is required for this service, but I have NEVER heard of a print shop delivering! And on a side note, next time you go in to their shop, ask Robert to tell you a joke. :) read more

I ordered 400 books - paperback, full color, 10X10 books 2 years ago, and I forgot to leave my 5 star review. The process was amazingly easy. I uploaded my beautiful book, and they quickly processed my order of 400 units. My books came out really great, and the guys I communicated with helped me upload everything they needed with ease. The best part about this... is that 2 YEARS later, I realized I needed more copies, and for a smaller order I was able to re-order at the same rate, and I'm super happy about this. The Print Spot has been an amazing resource for my business! We're an advertising agency, and after using online vendors for years and being dissatisfied with the results, we met Wende and the print spot. They have been just a pleasure to deal with, and have really made my life easier by taking a lot of the leg work of printing and designing off my hands. They even personally deliver the final products once they're ready! I usually prefer to support local businesses, family-owned businesses like the print shop, and it's nice when the service we receive is actually better than the massive corporate competitors. This will be the go-to print shop for our business from now on and we're even referring clients here. read more
